Halving happened in may, that means if we take 12 to 18 months into play, that means price should be going up between may of 2021 to November 2021 which is why there is no need to rush anything. I understand that people want to see super high prices already, but that is not right now and I doubt it would happen again very soon.

Moreover, we are not even sure if bitcoin will go up 12-18 month after halving, that happened in the past 2 times and that is why people say that it will happen again but we do not know if it will happen again or not, we just assume because of the previous ones, so there is now to things in our hand; either it will not happen at all or it is too early to even happen if it will happen, which means for today and right now, there is nothing we can do about the price and halving affect on it.

I get your frustration but you need to understand that the market is behaving in a way in which we can't exactly predict with 100% accuracy what will happen next.
The fact that you're asking when the market will show a strong bull run indicates to me that you're not at all familiar with cryptocurrency, again nobody can know for sure.

As it is all crypto markets and in particular BTC is not doing that bad, there is no need to panic, things could get worse but for the past weeks we have seen BTC stabilise more or less around 10k.

When involved in crypto markets you need to learn patience, and if you joined hoping to get to how it was back in 2017 then most likely you will lose money by being here, as you need to understand how things work.

We cant really tell that its already a bull run when we arent already there,considering that there are instances where bull traps do happen.

We can't predict when it will going to bull or worst thing if is it going to dumped. Year 2017 was a very lucky year for a crypto world and it was also a year where traders and hodlers of BTC are such a lucky person and can enjoy of the token they have because it was definitely a huge break to remember. But suddenly all that good thing happened in cryptocurrency just degraded time to time. The only thing i can is the world of cryptocurrency was definitely unpredictable.

Bull run just after the halving is not really going to happen all the time, even now the market is acting in the way as you mentioned when pandemic hits the price almost dropped to very less value but soon after that managed to recover at very fast pace it doesn't mean that we are hit by bull run since the prices are still at 10K to 12K region for a long time after that quick recovery.

We do really love on coming back into the past and making it as a reference on what would be the things that could possibly happen in future years which i can say that it is totally irrelevant on most cases

This is not a crypto crash but a good correction before we finally see real bull market. We expect a lot from the incoming bull run since we already a good basis last 2017 bull run. Nobody knows when will be the exact date for big bull run, everyone is just fighting the market alone so they can profit, which I think is a big challenge everyday for a trader. Just wait and see it in the future, know for now how to ride with the whales.

This year bitcoin has one of the best price movements and for some of us that has been here since 2017 I think we are having a repeat of the event that happen that year again. Bitcoin might moon this year again and this might happen in December 2020. I am seeing good predictions about bullish market and some are even saying it might get to $100,000.

When speaking of volatile coins like Bitcoin, you can't speak of "normally", unless "normal" is already in your mind that Bitcoin is really indeed unstable.
There isn't single problem right now in the market. It is just stabilizing like Bitcoin being above 10.5k lately but <11k.
You don't expect history to repeat itself, so don't think of 2017 anymore. Think more of breaching past 20k aside going back from it.

There's nothing wrong with the market thats how it really works. If you have been here for years already then you'll understand the flow and the possible reason why sometimes the market is bullish or bearish.

Year 2017 is indeed the year of crypto because most coins are soaring high but its a rare moment. It can happen again in the future thats why it takes a lot of patience.

Individual choices, it is entirely up to you to decide whether you want to be in crypto or leave or take a break from the ups and downs till when things are somewhat stable (which I really doubt is possible in crypto space, market volatility is part of crypto otherwise the market will not function properly) but there is no stability in crypto, price can not be stagnant nor will it keep rising without correction,

Then it all depends on your expectations, from my point of view crypto has improved a lot, from 5 years back to date you can not compare the improvement crypto has made both in price and adoption wise, but your real problem is to see price pump like 2017 which may happen or may never happen again, you need to learn patience, it is the best remedy to handle crypto stress.
