10622  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vacation tours in major tourist cities on: December 04, 2014, 09:00:56 AM
Maybe not right now but in few more years to come there would be significant changes. What I would like to see is a complete tour package from accommodation to foods to sightseeing all in one. To think of it that gives me a business idea on creating one. Would certainly sell for bitcoin lovers

Great idea but this depends of number of bitcoin users available in some country or place.
Local businessman will offer such tourist programs (or any other offer) for bitcoin users if they find financial interest, so everything depends on demand.
if just a few users, I don't think we will see such scenario soon.
10623  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think will happen? on: December 04, 2014, 08:56:49 AM
I think in future banks can also start to use BTC and make payments, so banker can say - thank you friend - our bank earn a lot with BTC  Grin

I don't believe in this scenario.
Banks believe in centralization and regulation.
Bitcoin users believe in decentralization and no regulation.
Our concepts are completely different.
Basically, we want financial freedom and banks don't want to loose us Smiley
10624  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Everyone still using BTC? And what on? on: December 04, 2014, 08:51:34 AM
I earning some bitcoin through signature campaigns on this forum, and when I collect enough I cash out and spend Smiley
10625  Other / Off-topic / Re: How do you earn money online? on: December 03, 2014, 07:44:10 PM

https://www.paidverts.com/how_it_works.html seems easy if you want to make a small amount of money with no skills and no research

I will research https://www.fiverr.com/ https://www.clickbank.com/ and the translation service http://www.lionbridge.com/ later on.

And asn?

You will not earn much in Paidverts if you don't invest there.
Lionbridge is not only translation service but also concrete administrative work for Google company.
You are paid for concrete Google projects through Lionbridge company.
Paidverts pay pennies if you don't invest.

Lionbridge seems interesting.

If you are young, move to a first world country and become and a doctor will get you a nice life.
Yes, Lionbridge is great and very serious business company, not some Internet program.
You are paid there for real administrative work.
If you will need more info about this work please let me know.
Yes, doctors usually have great salaries but to become doctor is very hard and expensive job.

10628  Other / Politics & Society / Re: World War III on: December 02, 2014, 04:28:06 PM
From many of the posts here, I see that most people feel that we are very close to World War III because of political conflicts and tension between Russia and West.
In my opinion, we already had third World War (cold war) and now we are at the begging of the fourth World War, hopefully again cold war, not hot (like first and second World War).
10629  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Arrested for feeding homeless people on: December 02, 2014, 04:24:00 PM
Cops are the topic I see on every other thread in this section. I think that says something itself.

The only question here is, cops do their job, so what is wrong with what they did? I can't believe law is overtaking people's common sense nowadays/

I cannot believe an state has a law that forbid a person to help others.

I also.
It seems that in USA is completely different mentality and culture than in Europe.
In Europe we have public kitchen for homeless and many civil organizations helping them (including individuals).
I'm happy that I live in Europe.

10630  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mozilla accepting Bitcoin on: December 02, 2014, 04:13:25 PM
What we need is a big "donate bitcoin" button on the firefox frontpage so people wonder "what is this" and learn about it.

Yes, very good idea.
We need many more such big ''sites'' to accept bitcoin.
Only in this way bitcoin can become more popular in the public and mainstream eventually.

10634  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you buy movies online? on: December 02, 2014, 10:40:11 AM
I don't see any reason to buy movies online.
Why if you can find any movie on Internet free and watch without paying.
If I want to find and watch some movie, I will just put the title of this movie in Google search box and find several sites where I can watch it for free Smiley
10635  Other / Off-topic / Re: Best Hosting and Domain at Cheap Price on: December 02, 2014, 10:37:32 AM
I personally use Hosting24.com !
5.8$ / Month (Unlimited Space & Bandwidth) , free Domain   Shocked

I use their free version, no domain fee and no hosting fee and I'm very content with this free service.
For me, this free version is enough, and I don't need their paid service or upgrade.
10636  Other / Off-topic / Re: I believe all life is evil. on: December 02, 2014, 10:33:48 AM
All life is evil, because all life is selfish. Our greatest evils are sex and apathy.

Sex is evil, because it creates life, and all life is evil.

Apathy is evil, because ignoring the plight of your fellow man is evil.

Taking life is not evil, but the way in which you take it is. Taking life in apathy is evil. Sometimes taking life is necessary to avoid apathy, like euthanasia.

So, how did you come to this conclusion that all life is evil because all life is selfish?
Surely, some people are selfish, more or less, and some people are evil, more or less, but you can't generalize in this way.
Many people like Mother Theresa, or jesus in the past, was completely unselfish, and gave everything to others.

I worry about this statement you just wrote: Taking life is not evil because if we accept this, we justify killing.
Life is God's gift and blessing, not something we own and we are not free to do with it as we wish.

10638  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Start-up business and Bitcoin... on: December 02, 2014, 10:18:11 AM
Hello,

Until recently I had only vaguely heard of Bitcoin but during the course of starting up a new business we came across a web developer who requested to be paid in Bitcoin, thus marking my nose first dive into all things Bitcoin. I'm still incredibly new with all of it and at first it was more than a little overwhelming but I'm learning more and more and plan to continue doing so.

On to my first point, I was wondering if anyone had a strategy for buying Bitcoin... it seems to be a bit volatile to me so come on guys, what's the secret? Money is a little tight and I'm finding the fluctuations either cause quite a thrill or a sinking depression. Any advice?

Lastly, we're considering accepting Bitcoin in our new business. It's a largely online venture and it seems to be a good option for Bitcoin but I'm not sure if my excitement is getting the better of me, are there any intricacies or major complications for businesses and Bitcoin? Especially come tax time or maybe something else altogether I'm not thinking of?

Thanks for taking the time,
Grant

I think that right now is very good time to buy Bitcoins, because price is very low.
Generally, when price is low, it's always good time to buy and sell later, when price id higher Smiley
Regarding taxes, if you do bank wire, I guess, you will have to pay taxes but if you cash out your BTC at Bitcoin ATM, you don't need to pay anything.
