10681  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does the location affect when we gamble? on: May 29, 2017, 05:57:40 PM
I still wondered after watching one dice gambling tips on youtube. she suggested to use a vpn American countries. Do you think the state and affect our current location to gamble? , please give your opinion
if you asked something like does gambling from certain parts of the world affect your bonus allocation...
i would say yes, some bonuses are allocated based on location  but when it comes to chances of winning based on location it does not apply  its all the same for everyone on cryptocurrency casinos thanks to the provably fair system
10682  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: May 29, 2017, 04:04:26 PM
....because I find Bitcoin to be more interesting and practical  than cash and you can apply the grow your money by investing in bitcoin unlike cash which never grows in value no matter how long you hold it!

Bitcoin has also given us total control of our money elimatinating middlemen expenses Grin

I think we have to give them the benefit of the doubt
had they not wanted to pay for the campaign first batch payments would not have been released but hoping they clear what's due to everyone this week to help the dev team focus their energy on getting taas back on the right track in terms of publicity and get in onto a bigger exchange
10684  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: JAXX WALLET on: May 28, 2017, 05:06:57 PM
I would never use 3rd party wallet.

Do they have access to the keys or are they specific to Jaxx? I don't really understand how that all works.  I mostly run Core programs, except w/ BTC.
we wouldn't discreetly know but seems like they don't have the access to our private keys other than ourselves as  they have declared not to help anyone that loses their jaxx backup phrase.

Is this a wallet you could recommend to someone I have noticed a lot of bad press about them...either missing funds or delayed deposits or undisclosed fees, are these guys legit?
10685  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CRB] Creditbit - ERC20 token on: May 28, 2017, 04:16:01 PM
Hey dev,
I recall you said Creditbit will be listed on JAXX wallet and saw an announcement of a partnership between JAXX and  Bittrex on twitter---> https://twitter.com/jaxx_io/status/867458978816684032 doesn't that make it easier to be listed on Bittrex Exchange
10686  Economy / Economics / Re: If bitcoin price is $10.000, will fiat be worthless? on: May 28, 2017, 05:19:18 AM
No a big no.
Fiat is the thing that people uses everyday not like bitcoin that not that popular but someday all people around the world will know about bitcoins and they will regret that they didn't buy it in a low price Smiley

As things stand bitcoin is not the best alternative for everyday transactions because of its slow transfer rate and high tx fees

which in a way makes fiat even more valuable to use because there are no transaction congestions and already as demand
10687  Economy / Speculation / Re: We're reaching $3,000 soon! on: May 27, 2017, 07:24:56 PM
This dumping will end, and people are going back to buy bitcoin again. I think the dumping will not go below $2000.

current price on bitfinex is $1948

https://www.bitfinex.com/stats

BTC/USD    1948.8         2401.9    -453.100000 -18.86%

The prices are crashing like anything. I was expecting a correction (in fact I even made a post about it yesterday), but I never expected that it will be this bad. Now it has gone below $1,900 in Bitfinex.
I personally did not expect a correction of over $700 lost from its all time high of$2,791.70
and to be honest  nobody would have predicted it will dip below ~2000 in a short period of time. We might not see $3000 this year
10688  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Europa League/Champions League Lounge on: May 24, 2017, 11:11:59 PM
congratulations to Manchester united for wining the 2016/2017 Europa league and qualifying to the champions leagues
Hope to see more silverware next season Grin
10689  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are you enjoying the crazy Bitcoin price rise? on: May 24, 2017, 08:48:22 PM
Im not enjoying the bitcoin price that is happening right now,and i hate myself because of selling my btc when the price hits 1500$.  But still its ok because i still get profit for what i did.

You can still have profit if you reinvest again. There is always a time have profit because bitcoin price are continuously rising. So don't be regretful if you sell on low price.
Many people are believing this this be a bitcoin bubble same as of the bubble in the end of 2013, but this time it is on a large scale and in this many people are gonna loose much more money than the previous bubble.

But I think this time this this price rise is genuine and it is due to Japan and other country coming forward and accepting the Bitcoin and its technology and giving legal status to their respective country. Due to this more users and business peoples are coming to awareness of bitcoin and taking it seriously in business.
there are speculations that backlogs are responsible for the price raising but what ever is causing the price to rise hope it goes on like this Tongue
maybe others will suddenly be convinced to invest in cryptocurrencies for their benefit and enjoy this as well
10690  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How is trading *not* gambling? on: May 24, 2017, 08:19:18 PM
Becuase in trading if you lose it just a paoer lose and also. Why would you sell it if it's in negative?.... Think of it if you know that your a real traders. Well we all have strategy and most of it are not the same. So for me trading is not a gambling, you'll realize it because in gambling your money is in 50/50

You have just revealed the greatest difference between trading and gambling. A loss in a gambling is a complete loss and no recovery is possible. However if you are in trading and your invest coin is at a loss, you still have chance to end up in profit if you do not sell at a loss and wait for the price increase.  Thats why trading is NOT a gambling.
I have to disagree with this trading and gambling are very much related, take for example you start with a bank roll of 0.05 btc and because of a loss you are left with 0.01 btc that doesn't mean you can not recover what you lost. And just like holding your coins its a gamble that you will actually
get a profit because its not a guarantee that prices will surge to your expectations.
10691  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is it dangerous to store all bitcoin in 1 address? on: May 24, 2017, 06:38:30 PM
Should I divide them among multiple addresses and how many?

Separate question - is this a standard practice?
How many addresses you choose to use does not matter
you need to understand the whole idea behind multiple addresses is to ensure privacy and security on your side
and in one way or another minimizes loss should you lose your private key
10692  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Currently, Trading is the best waay to increase your bitcoin. on: May 24, 2017, 06:00:42 PM
I have been trading lately, from my experience in trading both in commodities, binary options and forex, I don't make the kind of money I do make from bitcoin, altcoins flipping. I see trading now as the best way to increase my bitcoin.

Yeah but the whole point is how.
I mean as a noob it's freaking hard to know how and where to put orders.

My positions are always shaky, I never know what to do Cry
That is what i always ask my self every time i see others talking of trading been one of the best ways to increase bitcoins, just how will you do it

Just how do you get into it with no guide of how to perfectly make your orders and grow your bank..
10693  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are bitcoins worth to become a career?? on: May 24, 2017, 01:45:17 PM
Bitcoin is not a career but its technology can be used by many professionals.
There are many careers that can make use of bitcoins technology mostly benefiting computer programmers that can help altcoin owners
create valuable and robust coins.Their actually some online courses that are also teaching people about bitcoin to get a better understanding of it.
10694  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptos success will probably lead to a global financial system reset on: May 24, 2017, 05:43:32 AM
Already bitcoin with the innovative technology has made a big change in the financial system. Now becoming more popular and valuable bitcoin will make lot change in the financial system further as banks too have committed to creating their own digital currency making it an commonly used currency and investment.
Bitcoins success is because of people who adopted it, big business when adopting will attract more people since they
can integrate bitcoin as their system, however as long as there is a government who made a law, the can manipulate everything
and will ensure that their fiat digital currency will be more valuable for people.
Lets not forget Bitcoin is still a discentralized currency and will not have any central government interference whatsoever even for countries
that have chosen to recognize its existence . Isn't it too early to declare Bitcoin to be successful considering support is not from a big community
inspite  Big businesses endorsing the use of the blockchain technology
10695  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin for $5000? on: May 24, 2017, 04:44:54 AM
How do you feel. Will we see $5000 price per 1 bitcoin in this year?
I do not know whats really happening with bitcoin we all wanted that trip to the moon but this is happening so fast. i hope the bubble does

not blow in our faces...i expect a correction after segwit activation when the backlogs are cleared.

Atm am now starting to think we can get to $5000 next week!
10696  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tried to send some eth, got 'cancelled' and 'out of gas' on: May 23, 2017, 08:41:22 PM
Hello, i tried to send 3 eth via Ledger Nano wallet three times.
In each case I had 'out of gas' and 'cancelled' status for each operation.
where is no possibility to increase gas during sending a transaction in ledger.
what's wrong? help!
As jacafbiz said myetherwallet.com is one of the easiest crypto wallets you will ever use for ethereum and any other  ethereum based tokens

if you can access your private key from your Ledger Nano wallet you can easily move funds there fast and easy
10697  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Is that possible to earn bitcoin with Youtube Channel? on: May 23, 2017, 07:19:11 PM
Youtube does not accept Bitcoin, and the future is also not acceptable, because if you pay with Bitcoin, youtube will not be able to manage users, affecting revenue youtube

I think that youtube or google is not going to adopt bitcoin.  But if ever they are going to let their earners choose on what payment they preferred. It could be with PayPal or bitcoin that will be a good upgrade for them.
I dont see that happening were Google gives third parties a chance to expand their business horizons like Pyapal or bitcoins
So that upgrade is never coming maybe using google pay, nothing more.

The only way to earn bitcoins on youtube would be through a tip jar when you leave you BTC ad on your channel.
10698  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Europa League/Champions League Lounge on: May 23, 2017, 05:45:34 PM
The odd on Ajax to win the Europa league is very low at only 2.96 . I have been following both championships , the premier league and the eredivisie and I can say with competence as much as I know football that Manchester has had a better season. They need to recover a few key players for the final and Ajax cannot stand before a team of the Premier League.
2.96 is a very small price for a team expected to lose Tongue and other bookies have priced Ajax to win @4.5 odds in a match that Manchester has no option but win for a slot in the next  Uefa champions league competition. But you have to agree with me Ajax have a shot at wining this Europa cup and  has had a better season than Manchester who have heavily relied on players such as Rashford, Zlatan.
10699  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to reach $4k on: May 23, 2017, 03:33:30 PM
In my opinion, Bitcoin will reach the double of the price right now within this year, making it $4000 USD per Bitcoin.
To be honest prices are unpredictable at the moment its almost as if we gaining a 50 dollars increment each day and we not even passed mid year(June) guess ~$3500 sounds practical

Quote
What do you think about this and if yes, is 2017 enough for this speculation?
Should the  scalability of bitcoin be addressed with a solution we just might get there before the end of the year...Bitcoin value is really a good rewarding investment
