10701  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you want to become Rich you need to Put Higher bets on: September 28, 2016, 03:58:10 PM

but there is always very little chance to make more profit from little investment, and little investment is more risky than higher bits, because in little investment you can only bit a few and you never have a chance to recover your lost, but in higher bits or playing  gambling with high amount of money you can get more chance to recover your lost or to make more money.

Well it depends on what type of gambling people are playing.

In sports betting, you can have a good returns even for a small amount if you take a risk to bet on higher odds. But like I said "if a person will take a risk". So for a less risk, put ourselves in a safe bet and don't bother to think of becoming rich as long as people are getting profits.
10702  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Buying clothes with bitcoins? on: September 28, 2016, 03:26:00 PM
Here in our country, we have such way or possiblity to buy goods (including clothes) with our beloved bitcoins in Amazon thru purse.io as an escrow*. And the good thing, we can have a discount at Amazon price (but not that much) if we use their services.

It is possible with the help of our local wallet exchange here, the coins.ph. Not just on Amazon but also for other merchants.
Yeah coinsph right now are adding new feature like buying in newegg.com using thats site and many more feature that they are added that you can convert your bitcoins into giftcard that you can use to shop in us based directly to ship in the philippines and i think more adoption will come to our coins ph wallet..

With the lots of partnership they are dealing with, expect more merchants in their services.

Their portfolio is getting bigger day by day and that is a great factor to be considered by those new merchants they will deal with in the future.
Coins.ph last year has no merchant now they have many features that we can use bitcoin to shop online and i think i saw before that there is a giftcard for malls that you can exchange your bitcoin into giftcard that you can use to shop in any malls..

I think you just missed it. There's already a supported merchants last year of 2015 although the numbers are not much. Also back then, we can purchase goods from Lazada too. I just don't know if it's still possible as of today since no such link about that Lazada thing.

About the giftcard, I never heard of that but I saw some talks about there will be bitcoin prepaid card or something like that they will offered soon.
10703  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is see the new pump is building up, $660 in 2 weeks on: September 28, 2016, 02:51:01 PM
Chart lines and other indicators are nothing if there's a pump happening since it's a rapid one and instant*. Even you took the analyzation for yearly, monthly, weekly and daily average it can't say that there's a pump around the given time. It just show some continous accumulation around the certain price which is good for deciding whether to act bull or bear.

*only applied for cryptos but not on fiat currency trades
10704  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Best Time to Become a Trader on: September 28, 2016, 12:05:03 PM
any time you can become a trader. but my suggestion, when you start the better the earlier you already have a basic trade and try with a small capital. so you will not lose much in the beginning, and small capital is very good for learning.

It's really a good practice to start with a small amount since this is the first step in building a good trading experience. It's fine if a new trader lose in some of their trades at first since even good traders today still experiencing lose.

What really matters is, they must learn with those mistakes. If in the long run, winning percentage has really a terrible stats then people are not doing well after building trading experience. Better forget trading and do other things instead.
10705  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Off-Season on: September 28, 2016, 11:10:11 AM

Vince Carter is hanging in there. Haha. The retirement of those we idolized growing up is paving the way for newcomers and superstars in the making. I remember buying NBA cards as a high schooler and trade them with my classmates and would argue who's the best player in the league.

About Vince Carter, there's no such thing as retirement on his mind now. He stated that months ago. Well as long as there are good offers and still he can play, why not grab it? Smiley Dirk Nowitzki on the other hand, I wish he will play for more seasons to come.

I remember that awesome NBA cards. I remember collecting the cards of Reggie Miller, because they all collecting Michael Jordan and I dont want to be part of their group that why I collected Miller.

NBA cards are hype here too back in 90's. Michal Jordan cards are really rare unlike there in your environment. I didn't even have a chance to own one of the MJ cards lol.
10706  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: How much can a Faucet Owner earn from his newly open faucet? on: September 28, 2016, 10:22:12 AM
About the thread title, newly open faucet will have a hard time gaining profit at first since it's new and you are in the stage of promoting your faucets which chances of people to use your faucet has low possiblity. Nowadays fauceting are not that interesting method by those bitcoin enthusiast so they are finding other ways to earn bitcoin especially those newbies unlike back then.

I am seriously considering opening up my own faucet. Can faucet owners here in the forum share on how much they have earned from there network ad campaign provider?

I have the same desire back then but after hearing experience from those faucet owners here, I decided to change my plan instead and began focusing on other methods to earn bitcoin. Back then, there are really lots of faucets who pays well like 1,000 satoshis every hour but in just a matter of days or weeks, it become wreck. To give users a 1,000 satoshis every hour, the capital must be decent.

And can you please share to me what is the best ad provider (Coinad, Mellowad, A-ad or any other provider) in terms of payment and how easily they accept your site.

as  an ex-faucet owner I can assure you that the profit you get is not worth the effort and time you put into it
as was stated above,Adsense doesn't like faucets and loves to block your account after 3-4 months under any pretext
to profit form a faucet you got to have a decent hoster, preferably unique design and good bot protection
you have to balance payout vs profit on a weekly basis(sometimes even in 2-3 days when btc is volatile),know how to get traffic, analyse competitors and all that for under 300$ a month
without google adsense you will have to use a-ads,mellowads and other ad networks that are already saturated with faucets
so think twice before starting a faucet, you may earn some money, but  the majority of faucets live 1-2 months, some even less

10707  Economy / Marketplace / Re: What kind of service/business would you create if you had funding and.... on: September 26, 2016, 05:34:33 PM

I would create a bitcoin lottery website where people could buy tickets with small amounts and has the chance to win very large amount of bitcoin, like how freebitco.in is doing in their faucet site, that gives you profits as well as the winners.

I see that is not interesting as people nowadays are wiser in terms of spending in a lottery tickets eventhough the selling price is small. But anyways it's your choice. Just giving my own statement.

Anyways on topic, my favorite one and being discussed in my family is to have a food business. This is really profitable here in our place. The capital you need is that big and you can start at small cafeteria then eventually upgrade it as time passes by.

For much advance business that really requires high capital, I want a house for ren business as this is also demand here in our place especially around popular urban areas.

10709  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Which site is the most/more accurate at showing current crypto value? on: September 26, 2016, 03:39:11 PM
.. Are both values accurate but, the two sites just have it at different values?

As posted above by the others here, exchanges sites may vary  in terms of bitcoin price value.

So for a trader, they are watching the price obviously on the exchange site where they are doing trades. So if you have trading funds on action then monitor the price in your specific exchange site. Or in other cases, you have to convert your bitcoin into cash, check the price on that exchanger.

For instant result, you can just type "btc to usd" in the google search box. The result came from the first site of the result.
10710  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I'd like to get some bitcoins. Is now a good time to do so? on: September 26, 2016, 02:59:40 PM

True, I think any time is a good time to get bitcoin just start out slow and analyze the price how it's behaving.
It's very hard to predict the next thing though because alot of times randomly the prices shoots up or down.

That's why face the risk and decide to buy or sell based on people's self preferences. "Right" doesn't mean that it is an accurate thing to do.

To make the strategy more effective, try to analyze the situation, "what is really going on with the current price" , "what is the trend all about".

Yes, it can't give a person a 100% winnings but it's a good option to consider before making such move.
10711  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Off-Season on: September 26, 2016, 02:07:49 PM
After Kobe Bryant, Tim Duncan and Kevin Garnett, another superstar will bid farewell to the league.

Paul Pierce will retire after this upcoming season. He will still play at the Los Angeles Clippers with the guidance of his coach for a long time, Doc Rivers.

It's really hard for us fans who watched them in their entire era to see happenings like this. Now I know what is the feeling of those fans back in the time of 70s, 80's, 90s who watched those superstars in their entire peak.
10712  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: how much time you have spent gambling? on: September 26, 2016, 01:19:48 PM
we know guys, bitcoin create for trading and buy something, maybe open online shop.
but we can't deny if bitcoin also used for gambling.
many people interest to gambling because faster to double money, only in second right?

so,how much time you have spent gambling?maybe hour, day, week,or month do you spend it.

Generally can't state the exact time or even have an accurate answer for that. Im a sports betting enthusiast and everything there was to only placed bet and wait for the match result.

I do sports betting when there is a match that I think worth to bet especially basketball games.

10714  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is your trading strategy? on: September 26, 2016, 11:24:43 AM
My trading strategy is to invest small amounts of money in coins which are worth barely anything but have potential to go up.
Like this I have tons of low value coins which are only able to go up in price almost, which makes it low risk and high return for me.

Tons of low value coins? Can you state that coins you hold and let's see the chances of those "high return" and "low risk" to you?

Well if you found it good then it's fine as different people have different trading strategy.
10715  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin rising to 600$ , pure manipulation ? on: September 26, 2016, 10:49:26 AM

Yep, we agree that No matter which TA tool you use, or even if you don't use any, the volatility is the biggest challenge for any Bitcoin trader. And some weak hands are not able to deal with that.

In the first place, those trading chart tools or indicators are used only as reference purposes to make a good output of what will be their next trading move.

After analyzing all factors around the current trend based on their references, then expect a trading moves execution later on.
10716  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin gambling on: September 26, 2016, 07:56:45 AM
Hi,

What are the best gambling sites for altcoins?
I know PD4, satoshidice, betking,... for Bitcoin but what about altcoins gambling?

Thanks

Which other altcoins do you preferred to use? And what gambling type you mostly played?

If you are a dice enthusiast, you can check Yobit's dice which offers some variety of options of what crypto will you used to bet. There are just-dice.com for Clams, Directdice (as suggested above) which supports LTC, Doge, Dash and ETH. bitsler

For sports, you can check Directbet.eu.
10717  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is there a stable cryptocurreny? on: September 25, 2016, 03:22:10 AM
Please I want to know, and what do you think about Thether?

Is there a stable cryptocurrency? Most of the people involved in those currency are treating this system as an investment so no way it can't become stable. Even bitcoin is not stable since it's inception.

Go for the most stable of course bitcoin and coins that already has merchants and community built in it,also there are some start up coins with innovative features, you're lucky if you can stumble one .

In terms of price bitcoin isn't stable. Now imagine, bitcoin has been accepted now in some of the merchants and yet the price isn't stable. How come to those other crypto?
10718  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Was there ever a profitable cloud mining site? on: September 24, 2016, 11:00:05 AM

So I ask this. Was there ever a profitable cloud mining site? Is there one now? Please post your answers and I will try to do my research on your service to see if what you are saying is true.

Was there ever a profitable cloud mining site? No "technically".

Was there ever a profitable cloud mining site (as seen in their site)? Yes but that's not a real cloudmining site operation.

You can really get some profit in those famous cloudmining site back then because lots of investors are being paid resulting for more new investors but it doesn't mean they are really mining on action. They are just using some computation based on the mining difficult or any factors that will affect mining. In other words, virtual and eventually will turn to a fraud one.
10719  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Off-Season on: September 24, 2016, 03:52:40 AM
This is it, Kevin Garnet now hanging his jersey after 21 season. The Big Ticket is one of the loyal players I have seen in the league because he just left his first team Minnesota Timberwolves after decades due to frustration about what is happening on this team. He carry Timberwolves many times and even bring this team in the Western Conference finals which is unusual.

Kevin Garnett Says 'Farewell' After 21 Seasons In The Nba

Ron Artest should be given enough minutes to make the game entertaining, I like the way he plays because he is so physical and that makes his teammates to be inspired and will play as hard as they can, they have a lot to prove this season because they cannot make excuses anymore that Kobe just ruin the game.

Yeah when we talk about Ron Artest it's really a physical one and even in Metta World Peace still he's physical. Tongue
10720  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If Satoshi reveals himself, what would be of Bitcoin? on: September 24, 2016, 03:32:13 AM
Although the odds is low about that revealing thing, let's put the situation there.

Likely, I see that nothing will change in the whole bitcoin ecosystem just because of that "except" how will the people in charge will respond to that situation. If they took that as a negative thing and began to think how to erase the whole blockchain then that is a problem. But of course there are contradicts that also part of that people in charge so rather erasing, they will took the advantage of it.
