So: were the followers of Mohammed true Muslims or not? And if not, then who is? was? has ever been?
I am afraid we can ever get known to REAL history ...
everyone is a terrorist you just need to push them ...
History does not show that everyone who has just been pushed becomes a terrorist.

Not only history has shown that. But psychology and genetics can testify that being terrorist is a product of to many factors (including genes) that it is difficult verified for all the human kinds and every person.

A terrorist gene?

This is why political science majors shouldn't refer to themselves as scientists

Exactly what I have been saying for a long time.

Watch all the things that the scientists say. For example. Evolution scientists might say that they know for a fact that living man evolved from the inanimate over millions of years. Well, they are wrong according to evolution science, because evolution science has not been proved to be right this way. Yet these same scientists are right according to political science, because political science says that if you can propagandize people into believing you, then you are right.

The trick is to be able to separate what is political science from all the rest of science so that you can know the REAL truth.

Smiley

You just proved my point. Political science majors deny evolution/climate change, and reinforce Biblical creationism as science in public schools.

Just curious, have you proved gravity to be "right"?

School releases victim blaming letter in a mundane attempt to justify suspending Ahmed for three days.

"While we do not have any threats to our school community, we want you to be aware that the Irving Police Department responded to a suspicious-looking item on campus yesterday. We are pleased to report that after the police department’s assessment, the item discovered at school did not pose a threat to your child’s safety."

This is worded to mislead the reader into believing the Irving Police Department arrested and detained Ahmed for a "suspicious-looking item", when in actuality, it was the school staff that misinformed the Police Department that a student brought a bomb to school.

Furthermore, the letter claims that Ahmed had brought a "prohibited item" to school, despite the fact that at least seven other students had been reported to have brought homemade clocks to school.

"I recommend using this opportunity to talk with your child about the Student Code of Conduct and specifically not bringing items to school that are prohibited."

Ahmed gets to meet Obama now.
This should soothe things.  Smiley

If only all the hatred and racism in the world could be undone by people getting to meet Obama, maybe the victims of chemical warfare still suffering from Agent Orange in Vietnam and White Phosphorus in Iraq and Hiroshima/Nagasaki in Japan would soothe their genetic abnormalities by meeting Obama.

Something about this story smells. I'm not buying it.

Ah yes, it's those reptilian shapeshifters fabricating news stories again.

Would You Think This Was A Clock?

Yes, for two reasons:

1) The premises were not evacuated under a bomb threat announced by the school, as they should have done under standard procedure
2) A bomb looks more sophisticated, there have been reports of at least seven other students bringing homemade clocks to the very same school without facing consequences

At the end of WWII, we were so fed up with Hitler and all of Germany, that we bombed them worse than they bombed Britain. We could do it again.

Smiley

That's not very biblical now, Mr. Sage
You are right. Clear "pictures" of America and Europe, including the Bombing of Britain and the bombing of Germany, don't seem to be in the Bible. However, there are people who think that they (Germany, America, Britain, the bombings) are coded in somehow.

Also, it was religious sites accommodating innocent civilians in Japan that were victims of the bombs. They were too pussy to drop a bomb on Nazi Germany.
Perhaps the bomb scientists knew about the fallout that might cover other areas of Europe that were our allies had they used the bomb on Germany. Did we have allies in the areas around Japan?

By the way I love how you made such a happy face after that.

It is simply one of the smileys offered by the forum. I didn't know you liked them so much. After all, popcorn1 uses a lot more smileys almost all the time.

Muslim teen detained, arrested after Texas teachers call homemade clock a bomb

Wednesday, September 16, 2015

IRVING - A fourteen year old Muslim teen's education was severely disrupted after teachers alerted law enforcement that his homemade clock was a bomb, in MacArthur High School, Texas. The student, Ahmed Mohamed, was arrested on Monday, claiming he had built the clock for his engineering teachers. Though there has been no evidence of explosives within the device, Mohamed could be charged with a "hoax bomb", for apparently causing disruption amongst school staff. He has been described by The Dallas Morning News as a skilled student who can construct “his own radios and repair his own go-kart.”

The majorly conservative state has had issues with racial intolerance in the past. In February, Mayor Beth Duyne falsely stated that Muslims have opened a Sharia court in Irving, TX. “We have no information that he claimed it was a bomb,” [Police spokesman James] McLellan said. “He kept maintaining it was a clock, but there was no broader explanation.”

I mean, to really get going on this one, you have to ask (suspect) what the COMBINATION of radios, clocks and go-karts could be.  Maybe a vehicle that auto turns on, and turns it's rock music on at full volume, exactly when each class ends, so that you can ride it down the hall to the next class?  Then it auto-turns off when the bell sounds.

This could be very, very subversive...

Hahahah

It's safe to assert you're overthinking it. Which is really not a bad thing at all. I encourage thinking outside of the box whenever and where-ever I can.

How could anyone believe that a sharia court is in Texas? We all know that only happens in Kentucky.

I was confused by your post at first, then I saw the picture and went "Oh, I see what you did there"

Why don’t people behave in more environmentally friendly ways? New research presents one uncomfortable answer: They don’t want to be associated with environmentalists.

Your research is wrong, plenty of people enjoy the company of environmentalists and/or feminists (as long as they're not trying to love or castrate me!)

According to some research plenty of people die of aspirin allergy every year. I enjoy the company of people not allergic to aspirin every day. I have never met anyone allergic to aspirin... How do I know the study saying plenty of people are dying from aspirin allergy every year is true?

Our generation needs environmentalists, because the problems that corporations are advancing today will certainly affect our children, and I mean, our children, I don't mean grandchildren generations further down.

I wouldn't provoke any religious/political group if I didn't wanna get my ass beat. Treat any ideology related assembly like a gang.

It is up to the cops to ensure that gangs act within the law.
Religious groups should be treated no differently.

Depending on whether or not the place of worship is public property or requires registration, they could potentially have been trespassing on private property.

The problem with social media is that it combines the power of stupid people in large groups. I do see your point, everybody wants to be a victim now. Which is a real shame, because it usually involves one group of people trying to make another feel apologetic for what was done several years ago.
this is something i cant wrap my head around; what in hell are these people thinking to think they are entitled to special treatment over something their parents of ancestors of generations ago went through? LGBT groups were looked down upon for many years? true, that's a fact, but that does not mean you, who was born into today's generation, went through that suffering, nor does it entitle you to pity from everyone around you. your ancestors were slaves? that might be true too, but you werent one.

What truly matters is preventing the same mistakes being made again.

"History repeats, first as tragedy, then as farce"
~Karl Marx

Marx was a pretty insightful guy. Not that I am for his political agenda, but in religious studies we just covered some of his writings.

Marx would go on to proclaim that religion was an opiate for the masses and even though he felt that religion had a good and a bad side he ultimately thought of it as a symptom of the sickness of society.

Sorry to go off topic but your quote brought it out.

Nope, we're not going off topic. Marx and religion are not too far off.

Okay, this is interesting. A kind of a merge of two posts I've been actively following on this sub-forum

"Why do people hate Islam"

France: Topless Femen dragged off stage at Muslim conference *EXPLICIT*

Two Femen activists half-naked and with messages written on their bodies jumped on the stage and disrupted a speech of two imams during the Muslim Salon in Pontoise, Saturday.

-------------------------------------------
I have never seen so many men kicking a half naked woman while on the floor. She was like a soccer ball...

I believe that while the actions of the people inside the mosque were unacceptable acts of violence, I also think that the "protesters" interfering in religious practices like that was intolerable.

What are your thoughts on this?
