1081  Economy / Reputation / Re: Uncovered a scammer who defaulted loan on: June 23, 2020, 04:45:01 PM
Okay, nothing to do here I guess? There has been a lot of digging going on, and by that time I don't have any connections. But one thing for sure now, Daboy_lyle isn't Arshe26.

Maybe there's some issues back then but the connection between two users is the only thing I can't agree with for I already met Mam Arshe26 during the Binance Meeting back on 2019.

Feedback will stay:

Counter to suchmoon for False Accusation. I simply both know the accused and the scammer.
The (owner of Arshe26) accused was an employee of Binance and don't have any connection to David Bermas Lyle.

And don't get me wrong on this. My whole point is the connection between the two not the other things that has been implied to the user.

Will remove feedback until they give the appropriate feedback.
1082  Economy / Reputation / Re: Uncovered a scammer who defaulted loan on: June 23, 2020, 11:58:37 AM
I can see Daboy_lyle is author of the kenkarlo website but his profile is gone.
I really don't know where to laugh here. Just a bit more and almost all of these are going to be false accusations.
Seriously, @adultbit don't talk like you know something.
Kkenkarlo website has nothing to do with this. The owner of that website is not Daboy Lyle for he is just a student who can't support his needs, now tell me how can he even establish his own website?
The owner of DaboyLyle is just a kiddo and a student.

Compared to the owner of Arshe26 and the owner of the website that you're talking about.

Don't look away. Its all there approved by suchmoon.
Approved what? suchmoon did agree but the evidences are quite short so the Negative will be surely be removed to Arshe26. But the other two will stay.

Reading back again, there's no such approval and it's a whole different thing.
1083  Economy / Reputation / Re: Uncovered a scammer who defaulted loan on: June 23, 2020, 10:19:03 AM
The quote above is from the scam accusation with his facebook account. Is that his real name here?
The previous one has been change to:
https://www.facebook.com/davidlyle.bermas.9

Edit:
...
Arshe26 is the author of more translated topics.
The accusation is false (connection to DaboyLyle)
Reason: The owner of that account is an employee of Binance and well-known in our community also an admin to my FilCom.

It's really good to have this list.
Already removed two users from the list, so kicking the bucket again to move up.
P. S. Checking the Hero and Sr. for I have still enough gathered sMerits to spend. (sMerits from Sauce is for Local 🤣)

Edit:
Done. Two users mostly posts on Local so I can't give them.

Instead of generalizing on what may be happening on (some) Local Boards, it would be much more enlightening to bring some concrete cases to the table in any case, and not to generalize over some kind of grudge over what your personal experience may be....
Just giving some highlights.
This is more accurate IMO, so everybody can get a stare on it for a while and maybe your concern might get a solution (Just maybe, if its really reasonable and necessary)
1088  Other / Meta / Re: Need some statistics on merits on: June 21, 2020, 03:02:57 PM
You can actually used these for an individual users.

BPIP. Org
LoyceV site
Time Series Analysis on Distributed Merits in the forum (daily, weekly, monthly)

Merit distribution on specific board can be requested. I think DmdrDmdr, tranthidung and LoyceV can do these maybe if you request they can provide for that sections.
Or specifically just ask the Geniuses @DdmrDdmr @LoyceV
1089  Other / Meta / Re: Meriting: local boards posters vs rest of boards posters on: June 21, 2020, 02:46:33 PM
Probably lots of merit abusing are already happening on local boards just to help each other.
Helping out users on the local boards doesn't mean there's an abuse going on. In local boards there are also contributors which are considered to be good on giving out activities and let the board be alive. These users just deserve what they trully deserve.
Like what I've been doing recently, my whole focus on being a Source is for my Local, also already helped a lot to make their accounts ranked up. For me Merits are now an award. Therefore, I give awards to users as long as they do something good.

P. S. I did lower my standards a bit (maybe not but for me I actually did it) but I don't consider giving on repeated topics. So recently, there are still a few on my inventory to spend compared before.

My point:
There's nothing wrong on helping users to rank up.
You post something new (depends)?
You post something that can help(depends)?
You post something very informative(depends)?
Then yes, you'll be rewarded(depends).

Note: Depends whether it has been given or on a repeated topic.

1091  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: [FREE RAFFLE] Win $10 worth of BTC! (Only for What If (S1) Participants!) on: June 20, 2020, 03:40:59 PM
Seems like we're not getting the attention of the past participants due to our thread for S2 continuously getting deleted. Though I'm not getting any warning, but it might be not necessary to have another what if.

So if we still don't complete the list by end of the month, I'll just ask the current participants to add some for their picks. Thanks everyone.
1092  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Businesses in Manila accepting crypto as payment (hotels groceries, cars, houses on: June 19, 2020, 09:40:18 AM
It's kinda hard to find a merchant or shops that actually accept crypto payment here in Manila...

1094  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: "NEW NORMAL" Betting on: June 18, 2020, 10:15:06 PM
[snip]
Just imagine if you're on a gloves the cards might fall out and might show itself before you know it LoL. Especially if you're the dealer.
Well, I don't think if gloves are needed for table casinos. They are not handling patients that have positive of the COVID virus. Cheesy
The protective mask is already enough or the shielding mask, --sanitizing hands are also enough to kill viruses if there is. If someone has a virus on the casino, it is transmitted through mouth or sneezing. That is the reason why we cover our mouth and nose through the mask. New normal is good enough to resume gambling businesses that did not have physical contact.
https://i.imgur.com/k1ySxSf.png
Indeed, there is a tool that can distribute cards under control by the dealer.
That's just an example maybe, and that's cool I think they just limit the player within the tables, more reasonable than having a long table just like what I said before LoL. 🤣
Seems like these people aren't worried at all.
1095  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: "NEW NORMAL" Betting on: June 18, 2020, 08:40:47 PM
New Normal Betting?
Applies IRL, I think?
Really can't imagine playing poker on a very long table just to have enough distance on each player, can't also imagine how the dealer would react on this. Though they might use a screen projector just to see the cards being shown up on the table. LoL.
wow, a strange change...
I can't imagine how difficult it is for dealers to get used to this condition. actually, there are other options without having to provide a long table to the players ie the players must use the doctor's PPE shirt for safer and a room full of hand sanitizers.  Cheesy
And that could be annoying IMO...
Besides it wasn't 100% guaranteed that PPEs are good to prevent the virus from getting in. And even with sanitizers and alcohols it wouldn't be much of help if there's a person who got it.
Just imagine if you're on a gloves the cards might fall out and might show itself before you know it LoL. Especially if you're the dealer.

I've really thought someone has opened up a new thread about this, LoL. Didn't know it was just you iasenko. Changed Name. Though how much longer do you think we still need to wait before a few changes on MSs?

Things changed but I'm still tje same.
Now I have no clue how long we need to wait. Gmaxwell mentioned something about six months or so but now since we already crossed half a year we might need to just bump this until themos decides that it's time.
We wait...
Seems like reasonable... But if we're going to count it by then it should be 3mos or so, though I just hope we really can see changes by this time especially the ones who're asking for another increase just like me.

Just been saving so I won't run out again...

1100  Economy / Reputation / Re: An obvious case of trust abuse (DT members welcome) on: June 16, 2020, 09:38:32 PM
You had me in your trust network and you trusted my judgement before I called you out for trying to help scam yobit advertise here/whatever and after I tagged you, you excluded me.
Prior to that, you trusted my judgement for at least 34 weeks...
Observations  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
Yeah, excluded you so I wouldn't see my red.
After that I did just remove you. And didn't trust your judgment again, it was all a mistake and some misunderstandings. BTW it's all in the past now Tongue

In my case, I just wanted to see his feedback on my profile.
I remember some users were called out because of this in the past, this is not good use of trust system...
Code:
List the users who you trust
Like what I've said:
I just had a smooth transaction by that time with him and considering he's generosity to my Charity, how can't I trust him...
Means I did trust him.

Anyways, my last reply here, Hoping deisik would be satisfied from my action.
