1081  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: US Presidential candidate announces plan to back the US dollar with Bitcoin on: July 21, 2023, 08:17:17 PM
I'm not sure how true that statement is, but it's an idea that has a low probability of coming true. Politicians back bitcoin because they want to get a lot of support from the community, that wouldn't be too surprising. Perhaps this idea is a bit unreasonable because the president does not work alone in making decisions, so even if this plan is implemented, the plan may change due to government pressure.
1082  Economy / Speculation / Re: $30000 is becoming the resistant price on: July 20, 2023, 08:31:18 PM
It drop a bit below $30k, but after that, it seems the price is going to trade sideways again for this month. Unless there will be a break out run again to $31k++. But so far we haven't had any positive news yet. So it's better to think that the price will go on this pattern and not expecting big.

On the other hand, we want to see the price just above $30k and no more declining to $29k'ish or below. The market though seems to be bullish, and perhaps that waiting for a news just like the spot ETF filling or maybe its approval will be the catalyst for a great run at the end of the year.
I think bitcoin prices tend to fall ahead of the halving, but something different could be possible if the market gets a lot of positive support from big investors. We would expect the market to continue to fight back to eliminate any more potential downside below $29k, but that is highly unlikely as there is a lot of panic every time bitcoin corrects.

If anything a correction is always possible, but I don't expect the price to drop any lower than $29k. It's very close indeed, but $29k is solid support so far. I agree that the bitcoin price is currently in a sideway, but an up trend can be expected towards the end of the year due to growing seasonality of investor interest.
1083  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't expect everyone to embrace Bitcoin on: July 20, 2023, 08:20:07 PM
Bitcoin is not for everyone because some people don't want to identify the things which are necessary for success and blindly put money without realizing what to do next. Other reason is that in some countries bitcoin investment is not permitted therefore they cannot take benefit of bitcoin even if we convince them for making investment until they moved to the other country.
Bitcoin is for everyone, but not everyone is obligated to use it or accept it as a means of payment or anything like that.
It doesn't matter how many countries do not support its adoption, but what is clear is that bitcoin has the same criteria to be used as a means of payment. Bitcoin is an alternative solution for anyone willing to accept it as a means of payment, but it is never mandatory so bitcoin is only useful for those willing to accept it.

We can just share knowledge about bitcoin but convincing someone other is not an easy task because everyone has different opinions and they can think about their profit personally. One can also not easily convinced from bitcoin investment because new comers are in a fear of losing money when they heard that risks are also involved in it.
There are a lot of innovations that bitcoin has brought in its financial system, so anyone who wants to learn about it, of course they will get more knowledge. Bitcoin is not legal currency in most countries, but bitcoin has also been used as legal currency in several countries. There are many places in various countries that have adopted bitcoin as a means of payment, so bitcoin is not only useful as an investment asset or a traded asset.

The Onana deal is finally completed for Man Utd then. I’m not too sure how much of an upgrade he will be on De Gea, he is prone to making big mistakes. It will take a lot more to make them genuine title challengers.
It is hoped that André Onana will have more positive influence on the defense system that Ten Hag built at Manchester United. He might help Manchester United's defense stronger than what De Gea has done so far, but Onana still has no experience in the Premier League. André Onana is very excited to find himself playing for Manchester United next season, but I hope he can prove himself worthy of replacing De Gea at Manchester.

The signing of Gvardiol really strengthens the defence of City. They are losing Gundogan, Mahrez, Kyle Walker & possibly Bernardo Silva. It could be an open title race this season.
Manchester City are focused on defence, but they have not shown any seriousness in a potential replacement for Mahrez. Mateo Kovacic is good to replace Ilkay Gundogan, while Josko Gvardiol will strengthen Manchester City's defense. I wonder who will replace Marez and maybe Bernardo, but the rumors are that they want Raphinha from Barcelona.

Graham potter had the chance and opportunity to reshape Chelsea but failed to deliver ordinary top 6 to Chelsea despite with funds that was made available for him to buy good players, he actually splash money on 5 good players such as Enzo, Mudryk, Madueke and finaly Malo and what did he do with them for all his months of stay in Chelsea, there was nothing to show to the club after emptying the pocket funds that was given to him by the club.
We all also know that Graham Potter had the opportunity to make Chelsea better in terms of performance and quality, but in the end his plan failed because Chelsea did not play as expected. Many things were missing at Chelsea despite bringing in many quality players, one of which was team cohesiveness and mutual understanding.

Players are forced to play better and adapt to other players, but many of them fail to do so because they are still in the adaptation process. Pochettino will certainly face the same problems at Chelsea, but we don't know if he will make it through the challenge or will fail like Lampard and Graham Potter.

Pochettinno is kind but I'm not too confident in his ability to transform Chelsea but just maybe he is right about sending off all those players that left the club and the ones left will be in good form to pressurise other teams to climb up the table as fast as they can to bring worthy to Chelsea ones again.
Pochettino has the opportunity and ability to do so because of his experience with big teams, but if he is too confident in his abilities then maybe he will fail like the others. Not all plans will go smoothly even if a coach gets extra support from the owner, especially in terms of spending on players.

I also think that Napoli will still be very similar to last season, even though there will be slight changes at Napoli, it will definitely not be so bad for Napoli because they will still be one of the strong candidates in Serie A next season. Although I also agree more with what you said because before the season starts speculation for the Napoli team sometimes wouldn't be more accurate to say, so it will be better to see how Napoli do at the start of next season in the league.
I think Napoli's performance will no longer be the same as last season so they can secure the title again next season. Napoli have lost their best coach who brought them success last season, so the same expectations and quality will never be the same again next season.

I don't know too much about the new Napoli coach next season even though he has coached Roma for several seasons. Rudi Garcia is a coach who actually has a lot of experience in several Ligue 1 teams, but he hasn't had much success in his career. Yes I will probably doubt Napoli next season a lot, but that team still has a lot of quality players.
1087  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: July 20, 2023, 06:26:41 PM
We agree, that Osimhen will not leave Napoli. the problem is, it's not that the club doesn't want to let him go in this summer's transfer window. however, not many clubs are willing to propose to Osimhen at a very fantastic price. so, that's why Osimhen is most likely to stay in the Serie A League. Speaking of Real Madrid, there is a lot of speculation that says Madrid must look for options to replace the successor to the benzema succession. but in fact, so far Madrid have not made any moves in the transfer window to sign striker number 9.

To be honest I don't know what Madrid are planning, because so far there have been lots of rumors and wild speculations until now. it could be, if in the end Madrid will negotiate with PSG for Mbappe. or as Florentino Perez said, that he won't sign another striker because they have Joselu. But anything can happen, because in football there is a lot of uncertainty. besides this summer transfer window still leaves time, we'll see if Perez is interested in Mbappe in this window, or...
Napoli's expected value for Osimhen is too high to be true, but it is a good strategy so that Osimhen does not leave Napoli during the open transfer window. Osimhen is good to get the opportunity to play in elite European clubs such as in several Premier League, La Liga or Ligue 1 teams, but for his high value it is difficult to get him to move easily from Napoli.

There are only a few teams that can bring in Osimhen with such a fantastic value, but I never hope Real Madrid to be willing to pay Napoli that much just for Osimhen. It makes more sense to pay Kylian Mbappe 200 million euros instead of paying Napoli 180 million euros for Osimhen. But the current value of star players is really crazy.
1088  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Minimum Age to gamble on: July 18, 2023, 09:56:21 PM
However the required age by most online casinos in different countries is 18 but to me I prefer 21 years because most 18years are still not matured enough to control their actions and most of them are still financially backed by their parents they feel comfortable when they lose because they don't know the stress of making money and could fall back to their parents for more funds.
Different countries have different age limits for engaging in gambling, but the average is 18 in most countries. Some countries have an age limit of up to 25 to play casinos, that includes the age limit for gamblers in some countries like Portugal, Armenia and some others.

If you are interested in knowing more, then see more here: Gambling age
Asian countries have age limits from 18-21 years, but some countries still forbid gambling, especially in countries with the largest Islamic base such as Indonesia and Malaysia. But some others are illegal for other reasons.

It seems I also agree that Real Madrid must forget about Mbappe this summer because Real Madrid must be able to use this summer wisely enough to get the players they want with greater certainty. Instead of waiting for players who are still uncertain to come into the team, because now not only is Mbappe a good player for Real Madrid, but there are many other players who might also be very suitable for Real Madrid even though you have also said that Bellingham is actually more than enough for Real Madrid.
Kylian Mbappe has no doubts about Real Madrid, but so far Real Madrid have not wanted to pay PSG too much for his transfer. PSG wants any team to pay dearly for Kylian Mbappe, but I think Real Madrid prefers to step down and focus on other players until Mbappe's contract expires at the end of next season.

We have the possibility of signing Mbappe for free if negotiations with the player go well, but PSG will definitely not let Mbappe go for free for any reason. I believe PSG will try to sell Mbappe and make a profit, so Real Madrid won't 100% put him first.

Hazard is a reference that money cannot buy prime time, meaning that when Hazard was bought from Chelsea by Madrid in 2019, Zidane was behind this scenario. Zidane wants the Belgian player's service to strengthen Los Blancos during his coaching period, of course Zidane has also prepared a suitable scheme and tactics for Hazard in the Madrid squad. However, the slow adaptation process coupled with prolonged injuries was the main factor in Hazard performance decreasing slowly, in the end Hazard was given a free transfer status because Madrid no longer extended his current contract. I agree with your sentence that he failed miserably at Madrid during his 4 year career.

The striker position left by Benzema was temporarily covered by Joselu and my prediction was only for a moment, before Madrid made official the new signing of Mbabpe.
I can't deny that in the end Hazard was another worst signing for Real Madrid in recent seasons. Hazard did not contribute much to Real Madrid's game after being brought in from Chelsea, it was a very bad experience for the player and detrimental for Real Madrid.

Of course I don't expect some of Real Madrid's current expensive signings to also end in failure. Jude Bellingham is one of two high-priced midfielders that Real Madrid have signed in recent seasons, the first being Aurélien Tchouameni. I don't expect either of them to fail at Real Madrid, but Aurélien Tchouaméni may face a difficult challenge next season considering the battle for a place in the main squad.
1091  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin will accepted worldwide for legal then price rising $100k?? on: July 16, 2023, 08:47:27 PM
The more adoption bitcoin has in real use cases then I believe the more stable the price will be and the lower the volatility will be. Bitcoin won't fluctuate as much as before if it reaches mass adoption, but that's not a certainty either because manipulation can't always be avoided.

Adoption can support price stability and low volatility in bitcoin, but I believe not many investors really want that especially if they are not adopters of bitcoin as a means of payment. While governments are still pushing for a lot of non-friendly regulation with bitcoin especially in its real use cases as a currency, it is a difficulty that bitcoin has faced so far.
1092  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How was your first experience with gambling? on: July 16, 2023, 08:33:28 PM
The most reason people get addicted when gambling is because they lack discipline that makes them to have poor money management habits. They go after losses and this make them to keep gambling pass their limits and when they realized they have already spent a lot.
I tend to think that someone gets addicted to gambling because they see about the possibility of big wins. It will increase their self-confidence constantly so that they really don't care about the risk of losing, this is also known as the curiosity about winning.

Discipline in gambling is only part of how you don't lose a lot of money, but it's not the way to not be addicted. You only need to change your mindset about winning and gambling goals so you don't get addicted, not learn about discipline and good budget management. Even if you are disciplined and have a budget limit for gambling, then you will also be said to be a gambling addict if you come back the next day or for another session.
1093  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: July 16, 2023, 08:18:25 PM
No doubt with Manchester City is very strong teams right now, but current update many important player leaves Manchester City and I don't sure they will sign the same level players. İlkay Gündoğan and Kyle Walker have confirmed will leave Manchester City next season after accepting join with Barcelona and Bayern Munich, its still not stop for players leave Manchester City because Bernando Silva announced not extend contract with City and will follow İlkay Gündoğan for joining with Barcelona.

Inside Manchester City loss Mahrez after joining with Al Ahly as Saudi Pro League teams, many composition change with Manchester City next season and actually new players will need time for adapting with Guardiola games style.
Manchester City will not really lose the quality of their squad depth even though they will lose some important players. Ilkay Gundogan, Kyle Walker, Riyad Mahrez, Bernardo Silva are important players, but I think Manchester City are ready to part ways with them any time. Bernardo Silva might dampen Manchester City's strengths in attack a bit, but others won't especially as some of these players are old enough to play at the high level Manchester City demands.

Barcelona does have a good affinity with Manchester City so far, this also includes the problem of player transfers. Silva is another player who has been linked with a move to Barcelona, but I believe Barcelona would not have had it so easy to sign him if Silva not come on a free transfer.
1094  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: July 16, 2023, 08:04:27 PM
The Englishman needs to win a trophy; after all, he's been with Tottenham Hotspur for years and has not yet triumphed a trophy, despite giving everything he's got. Bayern Munich is demonstrating an immense interest in Harry Kane; I hope he takes the best decision by going to the Bundesliga this summer, but only if trophies and triumph are important to him. Thomas Tuchel, the Bayern Munich manager, is always willing to work with him since he is the premier attacker capable of filling the void left by Robert Lewandowski. Harry Kane should investigate possible reasons for his departure from Tottenham Hotspur, after all, he has made significant contributions to the club.
We all know about Kane's loyalty to Tottenham so far, it was definitely a big sacrifice from him for a club he loves. Dismissing Harry Kane's loyalty to Tottenham has definitely taken a toll on him in terms of his achievements at club level, but it seems Harry Kane is content with his personal achievements as a player.

Harry Kane will have to make a difficult decision if he is to win the title by moving to another club next season. Maybe Harry Kane can't make up his mind and force a cheap exit from Tottenham, that's not going to happen. If Bayern Munich really wants Harry Kane, then of course they will have to pay a high price to Tottenham. Kane has the chance to change clubs, but it all depends on the club interested in him and Tottenham.

Lukaku have rejected with all interested from Saudi Clubs and seems he won't play there any more right now although has chance for few years later depend on how excited salary accepted. Last option for Lukaku between returning back to Chelsea or join with Juventus next season but need waiting done deal transfer fees with Chelsea. Its not easy for getting done deal about transfer fees after Inter Milan withdrew for signing Lukaku after second proposal with 35 million euro rejected by Chelsea.

Juventus is bigger teams and Lukaku have been adapted well with Serie A competition, its not difficult for adapting again for Lukaku if join with Inter Milan rival teams next season because regular position is most important for Lukaku than returning back to Chelsea where difficult to be main player under Pochettino.
Lukaku must be very disappointed at the final decision Inter and Chelsea met regarding his future. Lukaku really hoped to play at Inter next season, but unfortunately the deal fell through because the two clubs did not agree on the value of the contract.

At Chelsea Lukaku knows that he will find it difficult to find himself back after Chelsea have many better and more agile players than him, but Pochettino may not keep Lukaku forever if his main line-up doesn't play well especially for a striker. I doubt Lukaku will get a main place in Pochettino's plans for next season, but I believe Lukaku is a player who still deserves a lot of chances.
1096  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: July 15, 2023, 09:54:46 PM
Big disappointment must have been felt by all Dortmund fans last season if we imagine that they really became champions but they wasted that opportunity. On the Bayern Munich side they have been the most consistent team as the strongest domination in keeping their throne as the title winning team for the season to come. Nothing will surprise us enough next season because we know Bayern Munich is the strongest team in the Bundesliga and they will be champions again next season.

Moreover, next season Dortmund will again be left by its best player, Bellingham. So they will be back in their strength balancing stage next season. For other teams they are still not too strong to be compared with Bayern Munich, so their hopes of undermining Bayern Munich's reign will be quite difficult to come true.
There's nothing unusual about Dortmund and that's how it is. Dortmund is a competitive team in the Bundesliga, but they are likely to find it difficult to stop Bayern Munich's dominance as the best team in Germany. Dortmund's transfer policy has cost them merit, of course, as they seem to lean more on a business perspective than on team achievements like winning titles.

Dortmud often release many important players in the transfer market as long as they get big offers. Dembele, Haaland, Bellingham and several others are the star players they have sold for big profits. Check the list of players they have sold here. Had they been able to defend it all then I can't imagine how many titles they would have won so far.
1097  Economy / Economics / Re: Ignore this Classic Business Law or Follow Your Instincts? on: July 15, 2023, 09:44:43 PM
-
Sometimes it's true but don't completely trust your instincts because it's not completely true and you have to trust it, so I think there should be a balance between instinct and also some knowledge before investing.
if you only rely on instinct in investing then it's the same as we just hope for luck, the success rate will be very small so I think it's better to balance it.
Instinct is not always right and can even be misleading if it is based on the desire for big returns so easily without having to work hard. See how easily many investors lost their money on ponzi projects or investments in the past, it was also because they followed their instincts to expect easy returns.

One that is recommended before investing is to study what your investment assets. One should not invest in crypto if they don't know what crypto is and how the market works and know what its huge potential is in the long term. Investments are promising, but not all of these investments will bring them the expected returns in the short or long term.
1098  Economy / Speculation / Re: Good time to invest in BTC? on: July 15, 2023, 09:30:26 PM
2 or 3 days ago when the price reached $31600 then a lot of people on social media were hoping the bitcoin price could drop again to $30k and now the $30k price is happening again so I think it's an ideal opportunity to buy more, we will regret not buying now because the potential for prices to skyrocket is huge.
Of course the potential is huge, but it all depends on your patience and how long you are willing to wait to get a good profit. Now bitcoin can be said to be at a key level of support and resistance. For the uptrend to continue, bitcoin needs to break the 32-33k level. But so far this is not happening for the first time. That is, if bitcoin does not break the resistance, there is a possibility that it will fall again.
Even bitcoin also has the potential to experience a correction even though the price has managed to break the $32k resistance. There are many traders who will take profits in that area which in turn will push the price down to find another support. Traders panic too easily and you also need to consider that some large investors who have been waiting for a long time to recover their losses will also be selling their bitcoin for a while.

At the moment it is true that the $32k resistance is something that might trigger price to break another resistance at $33k and $35k. But I don't think that will prevent a correction so if you are not a long term holder then you also consider the risk.
1099  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to grow the bitcoin you have? on: July 15, 2023, 09:23:30 PM
Trading would never be an option for me thats if am trying to grow my bitcoin because the risk involved with it is just too much and I like to term it more like advance gambling because there is every possibility that me being the one to add some bitcoin to the one I already have will end up loosing the little I have, I think I would rather just go with DCA strategy as its convenient and less risk when it comes to loss of coins.
To grow your investment portfolio then of course buying with DCA strategy is recommended. But considering that the price of bitcoin is very volatile where the price can fall after an overbuy and can also recover after being oversold, of course you have the opportunity to grow your bitcoin by trading. You just need to do the analysis to know when to buy and when to sell, it's a great strategy to consider if you don't have the extra budget to buy DCA.

I know trading is risky, but as long as you sell your asset at a higher price then you never lose. While some people take advantage of price volatility to build their portfolios, that is also worth considering.

I believe its best for Mbappe to move to Real Madrid; he had an amazing performance in the worldcup and also finished the season on a high with excellent performances but he is no where near balon d'or shouts after being overshadowed by Haaland treble win and Messi world cup win. A move to Arab means he is planning retirement soon haha
If Kylian Mbappe decides to move from PSG to another team, then I have never doubted he will choose another team besides Real Madrid. Mbappe is known to have wanted to play for Real Madrid for a long time, but he has not moved on from PSG, which tied him to an expensive contract that was difficult to refuse. PSG may not be able to keep him around for much longer once his contract expires at the end of next season, but there is a possibility PSG will sell him to another team if they accept a reasonable offer.

Kylian Mbappe wants to win the Champions League title, and so far that plan seems perfectly achievable with Real Madrid. I also believe he can play for another top team in the Premier League, but so far Real Madrid seems to be his main objective.
