Based on many spam attempts we have noticed, we won't count accounts that were created after the campaign start (after 3rd of August)

Most of these accounts registered in June 2016. Just check. Our campaign manager DECENT Bounty will take care of this. The obvious spammers will be deleted as well. However it's not possible to detect everyone. There are huge numbers of people trying to abuse our bounty campaign as well on Twitter and in our newsletter: http://decent.ch/twitter-bounty-campaign-spam-protection/http://decent.ch/newsletter-bounties-spam-checking/Every user will be personally contacted after the campaign. Just participated in the Twitter and Facebook bounty campaigns. Hope i'm not too late! Noticed that there are quite alot of people abusing bounties. Have you guys considered using https://theviralexchange.com ? The recent Stratis ICO benefited from it quite well I heard. Prevented around 80k Stratis tokens or more from potential abusers. Can't remember the exact figure but I do remember seeing it from Stratis slack. Have a good ICO everyone! Great thanks for advice. We will consider this option. For now we are simply trying to manually check everyone and either we contact suspicious participants or we delete them automatically. The lists of participants will be public probably next week. No worries, just signed up for the Signature bounty as well. So am I doing that calculation correctly when I perform it in order where it says 5000 DCT/1 BTC/55 ETH?
I was told that decent team are reviewing the DCT ICO price. The valuation will depend on the market value of BTC and ETH at the time of ICO ICO updates will follow next week. Thanks for understanding, we are reviewing all the remarks we got from our community. |

If there is concrete prove supporting this claim, this people some be disqualified. They won't help the cause of these project in the long run, they would be part of the greedy dumpers We will try to delete all obvious spam attempts. What are the advantages of Decent over Steemit or Synero? Jesus, everybody keeps asking this question. Synereo is like Facebook/Twitter Steemit is like Reddit DECENT is like Netflix/Youtube The first two are social networks. Synereo gives you a personal wall, while Steemit has a shared front page for everybody. DECENT is not really a social network, but more about non-social multimedia. The original creator is tracked, and content such as books, songs and movies are disseminated without the use of a middleman Thank you Just to add, DECENT is focused on its long-term goals that have been specified in our roadmap. It's not meant to become another blockchain app rather a network of connected individual and organizations that will build the infrastructure of decentralized content distribution network. As mentioned above, DECENT is not a social network even though it has some social aspects e.g. reputation  |
