10861  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: one or two coin huge pump or dump every day on: September 23, 2017, 11:46:27 AM
hi guys, so i noticed that every day there are alway 1 or 2 coin that get huge pump or dump long time ago, im sure you too.

but in my mine right now is how to find what coin will next coin will get that huge pump, seems i cant figure that out.

any suggestion how ?
and what your opinion about that huge pump and dump ?

If you are not a experienced traders, its really hard to know which coins are going to be pump. But there are groups who will exactly do that. This is a close group, but they are many. So what they do is choose a coin they are going to pump and all members would be buying this coins and if you are not included in the group, of course we wouldn't know that they are doing it. The risk here is that if you go with them by buying then suddenly they decided to dump it leaving you trap and can't get out in time. I'm not saying that you should join, but instead used your better judgment if you see coins being pump hard.
10862  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 216: Ferguson vs Lee Info and Prediction Thread on: September 22, 2017, 01:41:24 PM
Here's a little teaser for you guys.  I can't wait to see Ferguson in the octagon again.  He's so fun too watch with his weird style.  Anyway...  Do you guys know or have any news on why this isn't a fight vs Khabib for Ferguson?  The interim LW championship should be fought between those two, right?

Enjoy the video.  Wink

UFC 216: Ferguson vs Lee - Extended Preview
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VkFKiRud2SE

They are actually scheduled to face one another at UFC 209 for the Interim title. However, Khabib was having issues cutting weight, which landed him at the hospital. And even after he was released, he was not medically cleared by doctors to fight on, so the fight was totally scraped. And that's why the fight was cancelled and instead its re-scheduled but this time its between Tony and Kevin. For sure the winner between the two will call out Khabib to see the best LW right now.

The fight already started even if the two hasn't really fought in the ring. Its in the twitter sphere. If you have followed those two, they are going at it for months now before the actual scheduled fight. Unfortunately, because of the weight cut issues of Nurmagomedov, the fight is off. Let's see if this 3 gonna beat the hell out of each other before facing Connor, who is sitting with his millions now.
10863  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Jamie Dimon bashes Bitcoin again on: September 22, 2017, 01:14:59 PM
i believe this time it is more like a middle finger to everyone since recently (i think it was yesterday) that they said Jamie Dimon is going to get in to trouble with the Swedish financial authorities over manipulating the market.

it would be very interesting to see how this ends though.

ref: https://news.bitcoin.com/jamie-dimons-bitcoin-statements-reported-as-market-abuse-in-sweden/

Yes, I also read that news and I was laughing because someone take Dimon one on one. LOL. It would be interesting how he will defend himself. But I think nothing will happen out of it because its really hard to substantiate, its a free market after all.

He defies the true form of a Businessman. He doesn't care how others will feel especially to the new investors in this industry as long as he gets what he wants. This new attack that he made for sure will bring another mark down to the value of Bitcoin which in this he could take advantage of it and bought again. A typical strategy to manipulate the market especially if you are the CEO of one of the controversial bank in the world. He smells money in this field that's why he penetrates it no matter what will it cost to others.

He is after all the very definition of a businessman/opportunist. Definitely his statement will affect the price as I see it going down to $3500 now. And we still have the local Chinese exchange closing its operation at the end of the month. So it gonna be another bumpy ride starting today up to the end of the month.
10864  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BITCOIN CRAZY on: September 22, 2017, 12:20:56 PM
Do you believe that much will be surprising at bitcoin's price when it reaches 3k usd per bitcoin. I think so many panic selling that the bag holders have. and there's panic buying that happens because bitcoin is cheap when incidentally.

who suggest nyo guys the fate of bitcoin and bitcoin cash.
if the price reaches 3K then there will be a tremendous panic. we all would think that selling bitcoin is the best thing to avoid more losses. but some people must have taken advantage of this incident. there must be a way that can reduce the bitcoin price to last at least at 3500USD rates, we as bitcoin users should agree to hold, because it can withstand the decline in bitcoin prices drastically.
An alternative theory can also be that a few persons who actually made a profit in short selling by selling it at higher price and buying at low and again selling at high. I am sure JP morgan would be on the top of this list.
JP Morgan is an example about the whales create the FUDs on the market, they never tell the truth while they want to create these FUDs, because they need to make traders feel doubt, worry ... to help them buy Bitcoin with cheapest price. Wink

And the guy never stops.

https://www.cnbc.com/2017/09/22/bitcoin-jpmorgans-jamie-dimon-lays-into-bitcoin-again.html

He is trying to create another FUD so that they can bought it as cheap price. Calling it novelty and the government will put a hammer ban once they grow in the future. We have seen his sweet talking has cause a lot of panic last week pulling the price to $2800. But I think investors are wiser now because we already unmasked wants his real intention of bashing bitcoin and crypto's in general. I hope that those who have read the article won't be affected again by him criticizing bitcoin once more.
10865  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and Superstition on: September 21, 2017, 10:21:18 AM
Here in our country many people believe in superstitious not just gambling but almost everything else, It is not bad for you to believe in superstition especially in gambling because it gives luck to those who believes and obey it, and can also avoid bad luck or defeat. but there are people who do not believe in superstition they rely on their expertise and strategy and also They rely on their luck.

I don't mind people believing in superstitions. Heck even my Mom believed it in many superstitious and it was a norm in our house that you have to. But sadly, after my Mom passed away, everything chance when specially me growing up. I understand that winning is based on pure luck alone and no amount of prayers or whatever will turn the tide to favor you. So I completely abandon my mindset about it but play with logic and skills on my side. Never ever rely your life on superstitions. It will really bring more harm that good in the long run, specially in gambling.
10866  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to hit the $30.000 mark before 2020 on: September 21, 2017, 09:49:39 AM
Just spoke with several financial experts with backgrounds in the banking sector. They told me once Japan opens itself up to the Bitcoin the currency is very likely to reach the 30.000 USD mark before 2020 since
Japan has been known to be a trendsetter and have high influence on the EU and US markets.
Still bitcoin is different from EU and US markets. But you're also right that Japan is known to be a trend setter but I don't think it will actually reach that high in year 2020. Maybe around 15-18k dollar is possible.

15-18k$ is pretty far to be happen but possible if there is a big thing will boost it up for that period, But since 2020 is so far to be happen right now well maybe those possibilities have some chances but if there are some tragedy will happen then 15k$ minimum will be unreachable and maybe the one we can see is at 8k$ price.

Its a big challenge for bitcoin to really push the price around the $30K level i the future. We just lost a country supporting it and we need another one besides the current to man up and enter the picture. This is the only scenario that I consider that will really get the price to at least $20K or more in the future. Even if Segwit2x proposal is activated in the next couple of months. I don't think that $10K is possible in 2018. Well its still a long way and far from 2020, but I will remain optimistic here and wish the price could go as high as that.

WAtch out for Ultra coin,.. didn't do my research and tried to install qt to phone... asked to install Ministro II and it downloaded all my information from phone... I'm preparing for an unslaught of cyber hacking. FUCK MY LIFE

Then took a hold of all of your accounts then change password immediately and used 2FA if possible. That is the best preparation for an onslaught as you are referring to. Its really our turn to safeguard all of our accounts and information and what the above posters have said, do a research first. You should learn your lessons in a hard way mate. Goodluck and hope that nothing will happen to your wallet and whatever information they got from you.
10868  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Law To Declare Bitcoin Ownership on: September 21, 2017, 08:32:41 AM
Is it necessary?, a question that is debatable and needs more clarification before any move on doing this move. If it happens and I have huge amount of bitcoin in me, I will declare it to government but in a contract/law that this property once being stolen will be refunded by government. I don't think most of bictoin users will follow this kind of policy. We all know that government official will only care for profits than service. It will be hard for us to get those papers on holding bitcoin.

Its very tricky and debatable indeed. If government will try to go and have us declare our bitcoin then we lost everything that what has been started, decentralized and pseudo- anonymous. I'm not saying its a hidden wealth or something that is dirty that's why we are all hiding it from the prying eyes of the government agencies, but bitcoin has something to do with us being our banks, without the reach of the banking system. I don't know, maybe I haven't look at it really so maybe when the time comes we can all debate about it in depth.
10869  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do You Go to Land Based Casinos? on: September 21, 2017, 08:12:07 AM
I really had a good experience this past weekend playing at a land based casino. I went to play slots, on Saturday and I think I lost a few. Went back again the next day, and my .005BTC capital became x10 because I immediately hit a bonus which gave me .05BTC in just a matter of minutes. So I counted everything including all my cost and lost the previous day so it turns out to I'm still on the winning side so I immediately went home very happy and feeling good. So yes, I still frequent land based casino if I feel I'm going to win, of course, gut feeling I guess.  Grin
10870  Economy / Economics / Re: To be a millionaire in the United States is to still be poor on: September 21, 2017, 07:55:08 AM
Being a millionaire is relative. Some countries which has a very low cost of living and having a million dollars would be awesome and you can buy not just a house but a building. But if you are in the States or other country which has a high cost of living, then 1 million dollars would be nothing. So it really depends on what part of the globe you are. But I know for a fact that not all states have a high cost, so if you really want to spend and buy apartment then you should research which part of the US you can buy cheap house.
10871  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So when do you "actually" plan to cash in your bitcoin? > or <$1,000,000 on: September 20, 2017, 05:21:38 AM
Yes, we all want bitcoin to hit the $1 million mark, but do you plan to sell before then or even if it hits $1,000,000 would you really sell then? So the question is, have you thought about when you plan to cash in or don't you plan to cash out?

Its really depend on the traders itself. Take a look when we hit $5000, its a mental barrier so a lot of trader have sold of at that price. But then again $1M is too big a target so I don't know if you can ever touch that price. Holders will be holders, however they will sell one time or the the other. Some may target $5000 while others $1000. If you needed the funds then you don't have a choice but to sell it as well. So there's no general answer to your question. Its a case to case basis.
10872  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-09-19] China May Try to Block All Bitcoin Transactions in the Country on: September 20, 2017, 04:51:16 AM
A would be surprise if they wouldn't. They have started this war so I don't know if they are just stopping now. For me, they will totally ban bitcoin in their country and the next target will be the miners. Being a citizen of China and bitcoin lovers don't look very good as of now. Just so sad the sudden turn of events, from one of the haven to anti-bitcoin. I can only understand that they really think that bitcoin is a risk for the country, financially. Well, its time to move ahead and forgot them because the ecosystem will survived without China to back us up.
10873  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: FunFair jump 10x in 15 minutes and goes back to the same price on: September 20, 2017, 02:39:03 AM
FunFair jumped almost 10x and fell back to the same price in a 30 minutes interval on the 4th of July 2017. Do anyone know why and how these huge jumps can happen in such a short amount of time?

Its called Pump and Dump, usually a group will choose with coins to pump, in this case its Funfair. So there will be a lot of buy orders and those who are suck into buying will be trap once the group decided its time to dump this coin and take home the profits. You need to be careful and as much as possible stay away from this group because like I told you, if you are swayed into buying this coins then suddenly they dump it, you will take a lot of lose, while those guys are laughing because they have made good money in a span of 30 minutes. So be cautious not to be fooled by this people.
10874  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Pacquiao vs. Horn - REMATCH! on: September 20, 2017, 02:02:04 AM
This will be a disgrace for Mr. Pacquaio if ever he losses again for the second time against Horn. I'm thinking if the boxing industry wants to build another Floyd Mayweather, I mean a fighter that has 0 loss. And I can see it possible with Horn, this industry now is not entertaining anymore as it's obvious that they are for promotion, PPV and other shares.
It will be a total disgrace but Bob Arum will not let it happen if this fight will push through in November in the Philippines or in any venue Im sure that Manny will win this time because boxing this days is not all about pride and honor anymore its a business its all about money .

I think Pacquiao has been milked already by Arum and already a dispensable item to him if you are going to ask me. And Pacquiao has been given cold treated by Arum already. And I read that the last fight with Horn is Manny's final fight in the contract with Top Rank. And maybe in the rematch, Arum is bargaining that's why the rematch did not push through. Maybe Arum has found his new cash cow with Horn already. And I also believes that Terrence Crawford is also Top's Rank new cash now. Boxing is not the same anymore. Its all about making the most money in every fight.
10875  Economy / Speculation / Re: Welcome back $4xxx bitcoin! on: September 20, 2017, 01:21:18 AM
Wonderful, that is a good news to hear.
Bitcoin is recovering fast more than ever, that is a good sign showing Bitcoin will reach another all time high in few weeks. Cool
If we note the past of bitcoin so we can find it easily that bitcoin recovers very fast. To touch back the subject figure has taken only one week and I personally welcome bitcoin in 4000. I hope after a month the subject will be welcome to bitcoin in 5000 because bitcoin has recovered very fast and now it will get raise most fast as it has break down all the speculation and now people are once again confidently buying bitcoin.

In an average, bitcoin price is just above ~$39xx, but it's still good though considering the painful two week that we have been through. I think this is the true value of bitcoin now minus the Chinese market. Bitcoin once more proved its resiliiency, so holders are very much happy to see the price jump quickly while those weak hands who sold at $2800-$900 are just shaken their heads and regretting their decision. But to go to $5000 is anything thing. I don't know what significant event we need to see to really push the market price to $5000 once more.
10876  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China vs BTC? on: September 19, 2017, 10:33:30 PM
There are news on the internet and you can google it if you want a specific information about it. But for giving you a short info, China is not trying to ban bitcoin. It is not literally they are banning bitcoin but it's like the message they want to send to the crypto people there is they want to regulate the transactions of bitcoin and other alt coins, so they banned exchanges and ICO's.

I hope that the domestic exchange and ICO ban is all that will happen. There have even been suggestions that these bans are temporary, and that the government will institute a licensing regime for them.

However, there is some scary FUD floating around that would be much worse:

Quote
(Unverified) report that China is trying to block bitcoin exchanges and p2p network in China by GFW @cnLedger
https://twitter.com/btcdrak/status/908998917995552776

They can't really block access to the Bitcoin network anymore than they can block access to Google. That is to say, average citizens can probably circumvent it. But if true, this could provide another major round of FUD that could rock the markets.

I have read those articles that you mentioned about the ban is just a temporary thing. China seems to block and ban p2p trade / network, what are they really want to tell us? There is also a tweet from viabtc and they are worrying about "what If" mining will be banned in China.

Yeah, Haipo Yang has been laying on the FUD very thick ever since the rumors emerged. I wonder why. By all appearances, ViaBTC has always been a proxy for Bitmain, and Bitmain holds a lot of BTC (and are heavily invested in its future). I don't see how him going around tweeting "if China gov say mining is illegal, we are fucked" helps their cause. Jihan Wu, in comparison, has not shown the same level of worry.

It would not be surprising if China blocked the P2P network within the country's Great Firewall. It wouldn't be effective at restricting use, but it would discourage average citizens from using it and thus using BTC for capital flight.

But given BTC's trajectory on the world stage and China's dominance in mining, the government prohibiting mining would be shooting themselves in the foot.

These shills wanted to manipulate the market, I don't know if they are having a secret discussion together with the Chinese gov't authorities for their problems or with Dimon or anyone that is happy with what's happening on China. And there is a news that China started to block p2p network these country really wants to discourage it's people from supporting bitcoin.

For me its very simple. They saw that bitcoin could be a threat to them financially that's why they have to get rid of it. Their people love bitcoin, unfortunately, their government hates it, So who gonna suffer from all of this? its all the bitcoin enthusiast from China. But they can't really stop bitcoin now and other nation can also take over from them. Its just that so pity that traders/investors from China are taking all the heat and can't do anything about it.
10877  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fake news :Bitcoin is not banned in china on: September 16, 2017, 09:57:28 AM
Don't panic and don't sell your crypto  Angry, it is only fake news , they can't bane banne bitcoin  Cool
I have told you that some Chinese exchanges might be banned according to our own sources. Do not forget China cannot ban Bitcoin and is not banning bitcoin. The market is going down a bit now but in my view it will recover. Do not panic. Tongue Roll Eyes

Who said that bitcoin is ban in China? You just misunderstood the fact that China is not literally banning bitcoin, but exchanges and it's ICO's. And I've read an article that these are just temporal so we can see on how China is taking it's sentiment for bitcoin in the first place. They just want to regulate the crypto currency transactions in their country.
I agree with you . China wants to control its users and avoid shifting to other countries, which is justified because China owns more than 70% of the total number of Bitcoins and the ban is never going to happen.

I don't have an idea if they are owning more than 70% worth of the total bitcoins in the circulation. There are a lot of news that comes out from China and everything is aware of it and this weekend we can breathe widely because the price starts to get up again. And China is a big player in the market that has a lot of miners, investors and traders so the news did affected the market.

Really happy to see bitcoin got up in the last 24 hours. We really don't know what's real news coming from China anymore. The fakes news has already affect us in a very damaging way that the price plummeted below $3000. However, we are already in the road to recovery so I guess people already know how to react from fake news, by buying more bitcoins. Let's see if the trend will continue despite negative from the Chinese government towards bitcoin ecosystem.

Alright, it landed now at $3,800 so there's a big hope that we will going to see bitcoin again at $4,000. Those news are coming from China can be found in news crypto articles and those people that are relying to Charlie's Lee status on twitter they are so many of it. And many are taking advantage of those news for spreading fud's on internet and made people to sell.

As per preev.com its above $4000 now. I think the drama is over for now. We have unmasked the entities behind this FUD and the massive buying as well. JPMorgan is really the brainchild adding the fake and negative news from China. Its a relief from 2 weeks of seeing the market going down in shambles. I'm seeing a massive bull run already boiling and the steam has just started. Let go and move forward from the China news, they already impacted the market so much already, its about time to see the steam of bitcoin and where will it take us.
10878  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Good news to bitcoin traders. on: September 16, 2017, 08:31:28 AM
"Chinese government said it is impossible to ban bitcoin that they are just trying to regulate it and they actions should benefits blockchain" https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/6zzmyy/official_press_of_china_it_is_impossible_to_ban/ for fundamental analysis traders, the best time to buy bitcoin is now as this is the best significant news that come from China after the banned of ico and the fake news or rumor of banned of cryptocurrency exchangers in China.

This is a breath of fresh air. However, the damaged has been already and seeing the price now at $3800-$3900. I consider the earlier fake news that someone or some big entities have already benefited from the string of negatives news coming from China. Maybe they have sold already around $4700-$4800 at the height of the massive bullrun, and they spreading fake news so that they can buy in this dip. I already think that Chinese banning or closing down local exchanges are really a band move on their side. They should put a tighter regulation and this is a win-win for all of us. Hope that the dust is cleared already and investors started to go gather and buy bitcoins once again.

I think we have uncovered the biggest fraud and price manipulator of them all, JPMorgan and Chase.

https://steemit.com/cryptocurrency/@cryptowarrior88/breaking-news-peek-a-boo-jpmorgan-i-see-you

They are the biggest buyer of bitcoin when the price hits bottom 24 hours ago. And Dimon has manipulated the price and riding from all the bruhaha that China has started. I suspect from the beginning as well that there are indeed entities behind trying to bring down the market price and sway it in this favor. There might be a lot of news that will be out regarding this discovery, but I don't know if JPMorgan will admit to it or not. Lessons learned. Do not trust bankers.
10879  Economy / Speculation / Re: That was the bottom. It's going back up. on: September 15, 2017, 03:03:09 PM
Was never in doubt, happens all the time with bitcoin. Thankfully bought at 3000 now can sit back and watch those profits take off!

Nice mate. I'm seeing the price going to $3500 now. $600 in a few hours. I don't know if this is a trap, but its good to see bitcoin recovering again after such mess that China has made to the ecosystem last few days or so. Wasn't able to buy though, and since I'm late in the party, I might as well see how it turns out tomorrow. Someone says that dead cat bounce, which is a temporary recovery. But let say how it goes.

Looks like OP nailed it, it bottomed at $2800 and right now we are at $3520 and climbing back up. Other reputable price analyists like Tone Vays called a $2800 trend reversal too.

It really cannot get any worse than what we saw. The impact of China banning Bitcoin was obviously priced out already and not only that, but the implications of no Chinese exchanges were greatly EXAGGERATED as we are seeing a massive bull happening right no without Chinese exchanges.

I agree. It was grossly exaggerated and I guess some big entities have already benefited from such FUD. Chinese exchanges are dumping heavily but if was already offset by another massive bull run that we are seeing. We may see $4000 again. And for holders, this is a good day, and it paved off. Losers again are the weak hands that panic during the dip.

I just woke up seeing the price at Preev at $29xx and have a breakfast little chat with families and then when I came back I'm can't believe that it jump to $34xx now. I guess its to early to rejoice but this is a good sight to see that finally we are able to go up again after going down below $3000. We all have seen this price last week of July, prior to Aug 1 split. We need to be calm I started to open my wallet now and will observe in the next hours or so to see if the trend continues. Finally a relief for all of us after almost 2 weeks of bloodbath.
