Hey thanks so much for that link! what about 6970 /6950 - it says on that link they get 450kh/s and they cost on ebay only around 80-100pounds?
No problem, bookmark it. Basically any AMD card is printing money, the higher you invest, the more money you get. If you can get a 6970 cheap, go for it if you can afford it, otherwise used x770 cards if you just want to test the waters, as they have a lot of bang for the buck. Also check if your mainboard has PCI-E x1 slots where you can put additional cards into using riser cables.

For 100 pounds you should get two or three used 5770 which each give 200kH/s.

there are evidences that YBC GPU miner exist from the beginning, it was released later of course, otherwise where are the advantages for the devs, how do they cheat?
I know the facts that when many of these coins released, the GPU miner exist, only hidden by the dev, and they use it for 100-1 advantage. You deny it? I know the truth, I know some of these developers, these is an implicit rule to create these coins (to have a GPU miner ready before releasing the coin that publically advertised as CPU-only coin).
DO NOT continue to fool people here!
Show your evidence.

Wish I knew about crypto world when Quarks were launched. I would have surely mined some and stored them forever in hope to bring it in Top 3. Nonetheless, I'm a fan LOL I mined a shit ton (500+k) and sold it all for 0.2 btc or so. FML

Matrix was a little joke, ofcourse it's a bit too large (for now ). Fahrenheit 451 is an excellent idea. Catch-22 would fit very well too.

I want one or two if they are still available.

A copy of the first Matrix film.

why do you want a QRK GPU miner when it's already mined up and not worth it?
it is not mined up and will never be (1 million coins will be mined per year forever after the block reward has sunk to 1) so many scam coins , why people don't just stick with litecoin .
Because it is not ASIC resistant and will be 51%-attacked.

pic plz and I'll take all 3.

Sure there are botnets, but there are also billions of CPU's in home computers. Can't say that about ASICs. Which is more centralized? Yes there are a few ASICs in consumer hands, but those are nothing compared to the farms in the factories of the ASIC miner builders. Now think what would happen if one of those companies was bought out by US gov? 51% attack on an established CPU coin? Near impossible due to decentralized nature of CPU mining and high cost of CPU. (made it bold, CPU mining is decentralized despite some botnets) 51% attack on Bitcoin? Very possible if you have the funds (a few billions should be enough).
|
|
|
My point is, a CPU coin (that is truly ASIC-resistant) is decentralized, while an ASIC coin will be centralized (51%-attacked) when someone with a grudge against Bitcoin and enough money will make a shitton of über-fast ASICS. Note that I used when not if.
