I have spoken directly to the CEO Joseph David about this issue and he has informed me that they have been extremely busy dealing with a number of emergencies around getting the new data centres up and running.
This clause in the contract is a MISTAKE and you do NOT need to be an accredited investor. You simply need to leave the Appendix A completely blank, do NOT initial any of the accredited fields and send in your forms. You will then receive an official digital copy of your shares which at that moment means you are the owner of them.

Thanks for this.

Did he mention anything about putting an official statement out about this?  New revised documents to download, etc.?

my current balance is  0.00006663 BTC and i have mined my ass of for 4 days to get that lol

Ok I'm a complete newbie to this and I don't know if I should drop my BTC Add or Microwallet username based on what the OP had written. I wanna take part in the lotto too. Thanks

Your BTC address. The newbie lotto doesn't use microwallet or any other faucet payout services.

At the very top of the OP is the link to information about the newbie lotto.

add microwallet user polkrb please

I can add you to the newbie lotto using the btc address in your sig., but you will have to use your microwallet account yourself with the relevant faucets.

List updated with new entries:

Free Bitcoin sites

Microfaucet

Multifauceted

Fibonacci Faucet

free-btc.net.tf

Not exactly Free but popular "earn" Bitcoin sites

VisitBit
Earn bitcoin visiting websites

To repeat what I said elsewhere about these recent additions:

You can input a microwallet.org username instead of your btc address and [ visitbit ] will payout to microwallet.org right away.

You still have to wait to build up a minimum balance at microwallet.org but if you have multiple faucets, etc., sending their payouts to your microwallet.org account then things go faster.

All of the entries above can use microwallet.org accounts.  I have confirmed payouts from microwallet.org. That is why all of these sites have been confirmed and added to the list at once.

If anyone is using their own btc address instead of a microwallet.org account then please let us know how things go.

Thanks
1107  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Where do I get free Bitcoin? The maintained list of verified free Bitcoin Sites. on: January 13, 2014, 01:53:30 AM
Would it be possible to add BitcoinReserve.org to the list?  We already have a lot of offers to get BTC on our site, no minimum payout, and are actively working on adding more offers to the site.  We also have an Android app that lets users in 23 countries earn BTC by watching videos and trying apps on their phones.

For 'earn' bitcoin sites like that I leave it up to the community. If there is enough positive feedback it can be added to the
Not exactly Free but popular "earn" Bitcoin sites category.

I, and many others, have had bad experiences with 'offer sites', ( other than those that just have one view websites or videos where one doesn't have to download anything or give out their email or other personal information ).

Downloading the 'free' apps is a good way to download a virus.
Filling out surveys and inputting your personal details is a good way to start getting a lot of spam.

I usually advise people to stay far away from such 'offer sites'.

The newbie lotto is still going on. You might not get much if you win but a bonus draw using the newbie lotto database takes place from time to time where you can win considerably more.

When trying to cash out from peerbet the bitcoin (>0.0001 BTC) I got from dailybitcoins.org coupons, I got this message:

"You cannot make withdrawals as you do not have a valid deposit."

What does this mean? What do I have to do to cash out? Do I have to deposit some bitcoin? How much?

Did you use the proper format?

"Please input your withdrawal request in the following format: N.NNNN! Example: 0.1234. Format: .1234 is invalid!"

0.12345 or 0.12345678 also won't work.  Did you try just 0.0001?

There was no form to enter anything. When I clicked "Withdraw Coins," I got that big red message immediately.
Anyway I've asked my question once more at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=280487.msg4414139#msg4414139

I've never encountered anything like that. Hopefully you can get some help in that other thread.
