I think idex team is quite active in their telegram channel, you can simply go there and tell them the problem and they will definitely listen to you and solve the issue, i have seen them listing new coins on the request of community members in telegram channel.

I do not know what is the definition of failed used here, if it means price dump then we cannot say that the project has failed, while i think only the low quality projects have faded away who have struggled with everything like presenting a product or service or even listing on a decent exchange. Yes you are quite right, i have seen many good projects that have ditched the bounty promoters, Centra which is a good project has also not paid most of the bounty workers which is very sad. Also some projects like Atlant are delaying token rewards for months, it is like 6 months after ico but bounty hunters are yet to receive their reward tokens.

Zrx is a good project but it grew rapidly in dec-jan and achieved around 5x and i think it will consilidate here for a while before moving more up.

Im confused about BAT, no doubt it is a great project, the product is also working and revenue model is partially working as well and the team is un-matched but the price seems to be stagnant between the current range from many months, whereas even weak projects with only an idea are mooning, i hope BAT will grow big this year.

I was more into trading earlier a few months back but now i prefer to hold, im trying to learn the market cycles and to learn when to buy and when to sell in long timeframes so im ok with holding for several months.

Although if a large number of people sell a coin simultaneously then definitely there can be a big dip, but we cannot say that bounty hunters are the reason, anyone can cause this, some big investor who needs money or want to cashout can dump the price and similarly the team that holds big chunk of coins can also dump it, so blaming bounty hunters is not right as vast majority of them holds for a better price just like investors and supporters of the project.

I do not think KYC is a bad thing, you just need to send them your ID documents and its done, this will be good for crypto projects, investors and the icos in the long run.
