A bitcoin, a light coin, and a ripple walk into a bar.
The bitcoin asks for a beer and the remaining .92 BTC enjoys his beer. The litecoin asks for a beer, the bartender refuses to serve the litecoin because he's not rich enough. The ripple asks to exchange an one beer IOU for a beer. The bartenter looks at the IOU. Felling sorry for the ripple he accepts the IOU and serves the ripple a beer. The ripple then says that'll be 100 XRP.
I wish I had more sig space, because this would definitely be going in it!

Still confused as to how bitcoin central has such a lower 24 hour avg. than MTGox though.
People on MtGox were willing to pay money money for BTC, if they had deposited their money on bitcoin central then they would've saved themselves a bitta money.

Yes you can but you'll notice the following:
a) the volume of buy orders at 23 and the volume of sell at 20 are pretty low. b) by the time you move the BTC between the exchanges (3 confirmation wait) somebody else will have taken advantage of the arbitrage opportunity.
There are arbitrage bots that do this. Also as mentioned be careful of the exchange fees.

All the scammers are using their sockpuppets to get free XRP in the ripple giveaway, they seem to be making big bucks at the moment.

I've been ripped through escrow before don't fancy it again.
Uhh.. Are you sure you know what escrow is? If you do it correctly you can't be "ripped".

Private key imprinted onto a tiny plastic chip, inserted under the skin pretty much anywhere on the body. Kinda creepy, but I imagine that would be an option for the ultra paranoid who don't particularly trust themselves to remember a passphrase.
You could store the private keys on one of those microchips they use to identify cats/dogs.

Its the gold circle, press it for 1 second to generate an OTP from slot 1, and for 3 seconds to generate one from slot 2.

It can be assumed that at least the first 100 or so block reward addresses belong to Satoshi. It's been a while since I bothered to check, but last I checked (IIRC) none of those coins had moved. Ever.
I believe only Satoshi and 1 other person were using Bitcoin up to around block 170 (where the first ever BTC transaction happened). I was bored and just checked a bunch of the block reward addresses, none of them had moved.
