ich bin aktuell dabei Monero (XMR) zu minen und bin gerade auf ETH aufmerksam geworden.
Habe mal kurz gegoogelt und in einem mining calculator rausgefunden, dass eine R9 290X angeblich 220$ ETH im Monat produziert.... kann ich aber nicht so ganz glauben...
1. Ist das Mining aktuell rentabel?
2. Kann man unter Windows 7 mit 3 x HD 6950 was reißen bzw. läuft das überhaupt? Habe nur die R9 und 7950 als Auswahl gesehen.
3. Würdet ihr empfehlen auf ETH Mining zu wechseln?
4. Welche Miningsoftware, welcher Pool?
Also ich habe mit einer r9 290x gemint, hat mir 0.8-1eth/tag eingebracht, ist jetzt aber down da in den ferien  ..... Hey Leute,
es geht zwar nicht um Bitcoinmining, aber ich denke ich bin hier trotzdem richtig.
Ich mine cryptonight (GPU) und habe folgendes Problem:
Das Mainboard geht bis zum Boden meines Gehäuses so dass der unterste PCI-E Slot nur einen Slot Platz hat. Meine 3. Karte braucht aber 2 Slots, somit muss ich sie über einen PCI-E riser anschließen.
Da soll es wohl massive Unterschiede geben zwischen welchen die "powered" und "unpowered" sind.
Kann mir jemand von euch ein konkretes Produkt empfehlen?
Außerdem wollte ich fragen ob jemand Erfahrung hat wie die Performance aussieht wenn man von PCI Slots riser auf PCI-E nutzt.
Wie viel Leistung geht dabei ca. verloren im Gegensatz zu PCI-E x16 bzw. x8?

I used the DDU application and installed 15.7.1 clean. Now it works...
But I'm a bit confused.
I have got a notebook which GPU does about 100 h/s and it finds share by share right away.
My 6950 is shown at 320 h/s and it has only found 3 shares in 10 minutes. That's even slower than the 100 h/s notebook.
How can that be?
Both use the same claymore miner.

It's 64 Bit which should work with claymore.
I just recognized, that catalyst is 15.8 but the drivers are still 16.2.1 ... maybe that's the problem.. or it needs even lower catalyst than 15.8
Would be nice if the developer would sometimes take an eye in his own thread.....

Claymore doesn't work.
I tried with Catalyst 13.9 - it detected my card but it has got problems with virtual memory, so I upgraded to 16.1.2 which can't detect the GPU ... so I downgraded to 15.8 (which should work because claymore supports 14.X and 15.X) but it still can't find my card....
I'm looking for an other miner...

I'm looking for a cryptonight miner that runs with catalyst 15.8 on windows 7 with an AMD HD 6950 GPU.
I already tried claymores and it doesn't work so please don't mention this one.

The first post says it supports 15.X.
I downgraded to 15.8 but it still says no cards available...
This is shit... Only problems with this miner.
Does someone know a miner for cryptonight on Windows 7 64 bit with catalyst 15.8 and a HD 6950?

I updated the Catalyst from 13.9 to 16.2.1 now... now it says "no cards available".... Does it not support 16.2.1?

I start it with a batch file. If I start this "as admin" it pops up and closes imediately.

I did set the virtual memory to 64 GB ... but I still get the exact same error every time (after restart)

I have a problem with my mining PC. It says it needs 16 Gb of virtual memory - and it doesn't find that. The system has just 2 GB of Ram and a 6950 with 2 GB Ram and a HDD with 160 GB free. How can I get thios to work?   |

Every time I do a transaction from mymonero I need to pay 0.015 XMR.
Is this a fee from mymonero or is it a necessary transaction fee from the network?

Nichts für ungut. Angesichts deines Trusts und der Tatsache, dass es das ab  regulär zu Kaufen gibt, solltest Du ggf. nochmal über den Preis nachdenken. Dennoch viel Erfolg Billigstes Angebot ist 0,375 BTC bei 393,33€ / BTC. Wer sich mal die Trustbewertungen angesehen hätte wüsste dass die für den A**** sind
