Belgium vs France over 2.5 goals is defitinely possible giving the good attack and bad defence the Belgium has  . I am doubting of Croatia vs England will be over 2.5 goals, Croatia has not convinced me the last couple of matches and I think England will win with 1-0 or 2-0. it has been very risky to bet for full time winner and goals over/under in this world cup but I feel about BEL-FRA same way as you, I even made bet for score myself 2:3 to France in full time CRO-ENG you may consider bet for corners, like over 11.5 or similar I'm not sure about the corner bet on Croatia vs England match, and also over 11.5 is so many corners too. Well i only have 2 wallets though, 1 wallet for bitcoin and 1 wallet for altcoins on myetherwallet and i never had any problem so far. Just always clean your pc, don't click and download something suspicious on the internet. Also having multiple wallets is good though, for safety.

I think with that 20% saving you can use it to invest on ICOs, because i have a friend that is really into ICOs and invest his money on it. He always get profit though. So i think if you want get an extra income, you can invest it on ICO. Of course you needs to find out the best one before you invest.
