11221  Economy / Economics / Re: How would you double $100,000 safely? on: September 09, 2016, 08:07:57 AM
Wait for XMR to crash and buy the dip, then wait for the next pump and you'll double your money.

I don't think it's that simple. Monero is on the rise from Aug. 20, people are still buying it and it's very hard to predict when the crush will happen if it will happen at all. And if it will happen there's no guarantee that the price will be doubled in one year.

Neither me nor anyone else can tell you how to double $100,000 safely, in that I'm sure.
11222  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as a gift for a baby? on: September 09, 2016, 07:51:38 AM
i doubt a baby would even enjoy getting bitcoin as a gift. you could give itto the parents to get started with a college fund or something, or show them how to set it up.

You are right in way but on the other hand who knows what a one year old baby will enjoy as a gift? I've spent lots of time with babies of that age and I can tell you that what they value the most is attention, not things of any kind. They like when you smile to them but somehow they feel whether it's genuine or false and they react accordingly.

So I think Bitcoin is a great gift for a one year old baby. Bitcoin and a genuine smile. )
11223  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can gambling help you with your life? on: September 09, 2016, 07:32:34 AM
Gambling sometimes help me because sometimes if ineed money i always play my last money on my bitcoin wallet where i can win or double or triple that money i think i have luck on my side because everytime i need money i always win on gambling website and if i dont need money i lose.

If that's true than congrats, you are very lucky and don't forget that you are a rare exception so you can't be an example for other people. We all know that if we are in need of money gambling is the last thing which can make things better.
11224  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you accept bitcoin as your salary? on: September 09, 2016, 07:20:30 AM
Wow. Interesting bitcoin as salary... yes because nowadays bitcoins become larger and larger worldwide.

That will be interesting only to those people who are involved in bitcoin world. Even though bitcoin become larger worldwide it doesn't mean all employee must be pay through bitcoin, that will be very difficult to be happen and unless the government accept bitcoin as their currency into their country. For sure the employee can do nothing about it.

Actually I don't understand what's the problem with receiving payments in Bitcoin. Why should we care whether the government accepts Bitcoin as their currency or not?

It would take only one more step before you'd have your payment in any currency you want - you should make the exchange,  that's it.
11225  Other / Off-topic / Re: If i give you 10 BTC what will you do? on: September 08, 2016, 11:17:29 AM
If I had 10 BTC I'd buy a good computer for 2 BTC and I would hold the rest until the price is around $10,000. Then I'd buy a nice flat which is possible to do for $80,000 where I live. What I would definitely not do is trading or gambling because that's how you lose what you have.
11226  Economy / Gambling / Re: losing from freebitco.in on: September 08, 2016, 11:10:31 AM
I just want to share of losing my small btc.

I'm almost in my goal of .05BTC yet when I sleep last night I forgot that I clicked the auto bet because I want to try some,  I went to my bed start dreaming, then when the morning comes, I saw my computer still open and when I saw the tab of the site there you go the surprise Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked..... no more btc left for betting... Cry Cry Cry

Just an advice mates!!

Don't you ever leave your computer open.. hahahhaha
but no joke, everything must be safe, though its just a little BTC still I expect that I can withdraw in my desired amount.

That's very unfortunate, I'm sorry mate. For me 0.05BTC is a pretty big amount, I have less than that in negative profit from 2 years gambling on primedice. I hope you'll learn from your mistake and will never again leave autobet running while going to sleep, especially on freebitco.in where house edge is huge and it's almost guaranteed you'll lose in an hour or two autobetting.
11227  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: why harware mining is not profitable at the present time ?? on: September 08, 2016, 10:48:45 AM
Well mining BTC is really hard to profit from today. You would probably need free electricity to make money. Try looking into other Cryptocurrency that can make yourself some decent profit vs expenses.

The problem with other cryptocurrencies is that they may drop significantly in a short period of time or may even disappear at all (normally one whole altcoin costs 1 satoshi in that case). So I would bettter stick to mining Bitcoins becuase for sure it will not disappear and the the price of it is rising in the long term.

11229  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: September 08, 2016, 09:05:11 AM
I almost stopped using freebitco.in since last one year. Before freebitco.in and freedoge.co.in are my favorite faucets.I stopped using all other faucets but only using these two but due to low payout after adsense ads removed i stopped using them. But again when reward points system introduced i started using it again. Good thinking Smiley

Yes,i  have also same reason. Before adsence problem i was regular visitor in this site. After that i almost leave this site for giving small amount.
i thing if all are done that same as before it's good thinking attract more and more visitors.

The site now is not as it used to be two years ago and that's why I almost stopped using it. I visit the site once in two months to check if anything has changed for good but it's always the same: very small awards, never winning lottery, huge house edge in dice.
11230  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin without Altcoin ? on: September 08, 2016, 08:55:49 AM
I just wanted to get your opinions on this one , what do you think Bitcoin would be if there was no Alternative coins such Litecoin & Dogecoin and the others ...
I mean it would be better with or without them Bitcoin would have no value at all ?

I don't think that without altcoins Bitcoin would have no value, but I think they are helping Bitcoin to be more adopted. People, young kids especially, like to collect some altcoins because for some reasons it looks like you have more if you have say 1000 DOGE instead of 0.00037 BTC.  Smiley

After spending some time earning altcoins they realize that collecting Bitcoins is better and hence Btcoin gets more adopters.
11231  Economy / Economics / Re: If bitcoin price is $10.000, will fiat be worthless? on: September 08, 2016, 08:33:18 AM
I think the price of bitcoin will not affect the fiat. Fiat will stay the way they are, and if the price of bitcoin reach $10.000 i think many people will start using bitcoin. Realy can't for image the on the day.

I think it's just the other way round, first more people start using Bitcoin and then the price of it rises to $10k or whatever. IMO $10,000 for 1 Bitcoin is not that unrealistic as it may look. I think this might happen when 20 times more people than now will be using Bitcoin (probably a matter of 2-3 years).
11232  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where do exchanges get their Bitcoin? on: September 08, 2016, 08:22:11 AM
Where do exchanges get their Bitcoin?

Aside from the transaction fee which is deposit and withdrawal fee they get Bitcoins.
Maybe they also get their Bitcoins in every coin that want to be list in the exchange Wink

Whenever an exchange list a new Altcoin they get paid by the Coin owner to list the coin on the exchange. Secondly for every trade they deduct the trading fee. The difference between buying and selling is also earned by the exchanges.

I was always wondering how much exactly a coin creator must pay to Yobit for example for their coin to be listed. I think it's around $200 but Im' not sure.
11233  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your gambling strategy on: September 08, 2016, 08:00:59 AM
Well, if we are talking about gambling without investing your own money in the process then I propose to try this: Get the faucet money and bet them all at once with 1% winning chance. Worked for me several times.
11234  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Megaupload + Bitcoins on: September 08, 2016, 07:55:13 AM
I do not understand how this will work ? will he spam the bitcoin network with tons of micro transactions for his site benefit ? and will the users pay for downloading or he will Cheesy

He says that he has the solution how to use bitcoin for micro payments. But as far as I know he has not explained anything about it yet. Smiley

Bitcoin indeed is a very good tool to use for micro payments. I think if done right then both will win: his service and Bitcoin. It's always a pleasure to see that Bitcoin is going to be used for a big project because this will definitely raise the demand for coins.

11236  Economy / Economics / Re: If you were in desperate need for money.... on: September 07, 2016, 08:36:04 AM
I think that I would get a job because I am not going to ask someone for money because that only costs more money.
Maybe I would ask my mom, maybe she could help me but I am making sure that I am never desperate for money.
You are lucky you have a mom that can help you when you are in need of money, in my case I cannot depend on my parents because they also need money, maybe getting a loan from a bank is my last option and I do not have a choice but to pay for the interest just to solve my problem in money.

From my experience getting a loan only makes things worse. Use your logic, if you already have problems with money how taking a loan can help you, taking into account that they also want the interest? Taking a loan is not solving your problem, it just makes it much bigger in the future. Better sell something or work harder but never take a loan if you have money problems.
11237  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hacked BitcoinTalk Data Finally Surfaces On Dark Net on: September 07, 2016, 08:20:56 AM
if you ask me, he can take my encrypted password and shove it up his ass.

Thanks for this comment, I laughed.  Smiley I have read all the comments above and I think this comment sums them up perfectly.

Stealing is wrong btw, too bad some people do not realize that when they are stealing it's bad for them in the first place.
11238  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice | Most Popular & Trusted | Huge Community | Free BTC on: September 07, 2016, 08:00:29 AM
PM me any issues and I will get them sorted asap, things seem smooth right now.

We're going to be editing roll bar ASAP to add a third option. We're trying to accommodate everyone.

If you're trying to accomodate everyone, Stunna, what about effective chat moderation? Like IP bans or only one account allowed? Because now everyone suffers over few retards destroying chat everyday and it seems nothing can be done about it. Not to mention mods are much less seen these days and sometimes those assholes can do it literally for hours. And yes, I know there's ignore function, but I think that's not the point - if it was, why keep mods on chat at all, right?

Don't be greedy Stunna. Sacrifice few btcs for proper solutions, which will be good for whole pd community.

Yeah I noticed that happening more and more lately. Basically I think its immature kids who are doing this. Because they all seem to have alot of time on their hands.

One of my computers can never connect to PrimeDice though first I found PD on that computer around two years ago and I played several months on that computer without problems. Now I always get this error: ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH
11239  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pokemon GO and Bitcoin would be a killer combo on: September 07, 2016, 07:22:47 AM
Well I played around with a Chicken faucet last night, where you walk around in a 3D world and you pick up coins,  it was very basic but fun to do. I can just imagine porting this idea into Google maps and walking around in the real world, picking up Satoshi's.

Who leaves a Penny, if you see it laying there on the ground?

Just now checked the faucet. Chicken offers: 50 (75%), 100 (24%), 500 (1%) Satoshis for every dispense you claim. Average is currently ~67 Satoshis. Claim a new dispense every 120 minutes!

Around 67 Satoshis every 120 minutes??? Sounds like a joke to me.

I wanted to check the site because for some unknown reason I never heard about it, but I stumbled on MoneyPot login. I don't have MoneyPot and I don't want to make one. Is there a way to login to the site without MoneyPot?
