With Bitcoin transactions being completed via PayPal, there is almost no way to win a dispute. If the PayPal sender quotes a false reason and not a convincing one, there are chances of winning it but mostly for all digital goods, chances are NIL. Trading via Ebay is recommended as Ebay offers a seller protection for those who buy and sell via the website. Trading with non trusted forum members is a big No.

There are positives and negatives with regards to many currencies but I guess all being legally recognized doesn't make them look shady but bitcoins being a virtual anonymous currency makes it look even worse. If it can be misused, there are many benefits as well like tax saving, speedy transactions and so on but oh well, all negatives make this currency look so bad.

Account farming for the sole purpose to sell the accounts and take loans from every account with no intention to repay is definitely frowned upon. It's necessary to check the accounts that are offered as collateral as that itself solves all the doubts. In fact there are many things that are frowned upon but still allowed here.
@jonald_fyookball: Agree with your post. The main reason why account farming is allowed is because of the trust factor which shouldn't be dependent on the rank but it has many a times back fired as well. Account farmers should be discouraged as except spamming, they aren't beneficial to the community. It's like the same person posting in each section of the forum under different accounts.

Like Bitcoin Discussions? I don't find it necessary as with regards to bitcoins, there are so many doubts that arise but what are the doubts with regards to gamblers? "What gambling site is the best? Where should I start gambling? How much have you gambled?" There aren't too many threads in this regard and having a sub forum as of now isn't needed.

If you post too many spam posts in the Off Topic section, it still can get you a ban as even that section is moderated for spam posts. It's only signature campaigns that don't pay for those posts but many non signature campaign members do post there to increase their post count and rank and mostly they are account farmers. I certainly don't know how many spam posts can get a person banned. Is there a limit for that?

It's not only women but also men are reluctant to invest in bitcoins. I've known few who think it's not worth their time and they can't convert bitcoins to fiat and pay their bills. Some are worried about the legality of using bitcoins but those who are really interested in cryptocurrencies and want to give it a try can be explained the minute details of holding a bitcoin and it's market value can make them think about investing in it. In my country, 1 BTC = INR 15000 which is a big sum and hence it's beneficial to own bitcoins and trade in it.

Then how will bitcoin ever grow? People will keep holding their coins thinking the price will rise but when it won't they'll just sell it and leave the bitcoin world for good. Currently, people love bitcoins as they hope to earn profit when the price reaches $1000 like 2 years ago but $200-$300 is not worth their wait.

It will happen. I'm a long term bull. But in the short to medium term. We are generally going down. Best case (side ways for a while). Probably hit $133 or so. Just my smooth-cents. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Breaking $200 will be very disappointing for me. I had factored in a 'worst case' scenario of $200. Even if it does reach, there's nothing to worry about as bitcoin is a currency that doesn't keep following a down trend. Patience matters a lot and I've been witnessing it's price fluctuating from $295-$210 since few months but have never gone in loss due to the price. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

You can ask a tester to test your website for any vulnerabilities or weak links here on the forum itself or use a good hosting website to protect it from hacks. The later will be more expensive though.

It's reaching $235 now and it's only going to increase from there not decrease. The demand for bitcoins has increased and highly doubt it may even touch $200 now.

When I was a newbie in the bitcoin world, I gambled just 0.01 BTC that I had earned and then lost all as the website in which I invested was fraud. That was just because I found nobody quite interested in buying bitcoins and my loss was too little to bother about.

If bitcoin dooms, I won't be trusting any other crypto currency again. Bitcoin has been the best for me and I trust it till it remains. After it, I'll only invest in Forex and Stock Market. Other Altcoins aren't trustworthy to attain the success bitcoin has acheived.
