Like last time, right?

Next time listen to your betters BEFORE you have to be publicly humiliated, smartass.
1142  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Lawsuite against BFL on: August 31, 2013, 02:39:22 PM
Some of the research that my lawyer did shows that the companies legal documentation for their corporation is delinquent.  To him this indicates that the company likely realizes there is a problem and may be preparing for bankruptcy.  Obviously this is speculation, but gives concern that they may feel lawsuits will take longer than they will be in business.

Hardly news, but anyway.
1143  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: My analysis of the claim BFL is violating law by not registering with FCC rules. on: August 31, 2013, 02:37:10 PM
Here is my analysis, I actually spend a few hours researching this.

Lolk.
1144  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BFL FRAUD Continues on: August 31, 2013, 02:36:16 PM
Prototype pics of it hashing are now a pre-requisite for any orders. That's my personal policy from now on.

A little late but better late than never eh?
1145  Economy / Services / Re: Jacktheking [Selling Post For Bitcoin] on: August 31, 2013, 02:35:36 PM
I think that it might be a good idea to offer this kind of service

Explain your rationale. Be explicit. Use examples.

On second thought, what do you think the definition of "service" is?
1146  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why MP is your God. on: August 30, 2013, 04:09:50 PM
Just bumping this to see which of the "important" members of the community that had promised Kenna their support in getting his scam off the ground will admit to having been a) despicable worms for even trying to prop scammers and b) soundly and thoroughly beaten to shit by MP.

Come on, be men rather than rats. Let's hear it.
1147  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: EVE Bitcoin Corp on: August 29, 2013, 09:24:27 PM
Moving right along: the very first ISK to corp share sale took place today, netting the buyer 2 shares of 1BTC for a total of 1.36B ISK.
1148  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: August 29, 2013, 04:21:59 PM
I will post more chip images, pictures of running miners, specs, documentation etc. as soon as it becomes available. I would also like to point out that the 'TheSwede' on bitbet.us is NOT me. I have made if clear before and I stick by the fact that I do NOT trade, bet or in any other way personally profit off any access to news or events regarding Labcoin. Doing so would in my opinion be unfair and dishonest. I also will not ever comment on development or share price etc. through personal messages or emails in any form.

No, you are not betting on it because you know it's a scam.

Your entire "asset" consists of Burnside pasting fake trades to create an illusion of interest, and that's all.
1149  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: August 29, 2013, 04:12:44 PM
Let's see if a pictographic description of reality has any better chances of getting through the fog inside them towers of genius than simple text:

Quote
scamlab about 16:1 against atm, so if any of those fake trades want to take part in some real action... one btc could yield 500% once they deliver.
via.

Get it? Nobody is actually buying this shit. You're all stuck in a lulzy alternate reality where Burnside is faking the trades and Labcoin is fleecing what few bitcents you've managed to collect by clicking on faucet sites and begging on dice sites.

Towering geniuses of powerlol.

A treasure trove of game mechanics and concepts is up over at Trilema. Details on anticipated development milestones, too.

A Downright Scam?

Labcoin belongs to iTec company, which is actually located in Shenzhen  Integrated Circuit Design Industrial Base (SZICC) ,in the company's contact column, post the real phone, but when somebody call for asking labcoin matters, who answered the phone seems to be surprised about the phone number' reveal.  shortly after the call, the contact page of the company was changed immediately, and now the webpage closed (http://www.szicc.net / Portals / LinkUs.aspx? UID = 227).

1152  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] Bitfury ASIC sales in EU and Europe on: August 28, 2013, 01:11:25 PM
Hi!

I had order #217. It's hashing with only 54 watts from the wall!!

Very much thanks to Punin & Bitfury group!

Very nice.

I'd like to ask everyone that receives one to consider posting proof so the bet may be accurately resolved.
1153  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTC-TC] Virtual Community Exchange w/ Options, DRIP, 2FA, API, CSV, etc. on: August 28, 2013, 10:23:59 AM
Awesome.  I had a lot of respect for you and MP

Herp, you had a lot of respect for your betters up until such time as you decided to start scamming at which point you got called out and so therefore you don't have a lot of respect for your betters anymore? Seems perfectly logical.

You won't become MP by putting up a scratchpad on some wall of your house whereupon you keep writing ever larger numbers. It's not how this thing works.

Derp. MPOE-PR, I don't have you on ignore like so many others here, because while your comments are nearly always incendiary by design, they're nearly universally brilliant as well. That said if your only basis for accusing burnside of "scamming" is that he's made your grapes sour, then I may soon grudgingly join the ranks that have you on ignore. I've been trading on burnside's exchange(s) since before there was a btct and I've never detected the slightest hint of impropriety. If you have *ANYTHING* at all then let it fly, be the savior of the community, prevent another BTCST or GLBSE fiasco.

Otherwise...

Please, tell me how this is so. Ethan's tremendous singing voice perhaps? Perhaps he's the crypto world's Rolo Tomassi?

1. Get over yourself. Irrespective of what you may think, you're nobody in this discussion.

2. Clueless noobs arguing about how the WoT is broken because Pirate had high cumulative ratings; clueless noobs arguing about how Burnside is credible because of high cumulative ratings on this forum. The wonders of infinite hitpoints with you people.

Nevertheless, this isn't how these things work. It's your job to learn how they work, and you have absolutely no right to expect me to do your schooling.

3. What you don't know can't hurt you. Carry on, have fun.
1154  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Quostion about Scamer Tag or other Tag. German community. Groupbuy over 30.000$ on: August 27, 2013, 07:00:45 PM
I'm a member from the german bitcoin community.

Sorry for my bad english but the german mods don't act.

We had a big group buy in the germany community. It was managed by candoo https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=39818 and we have many controversial and disagreements.

Candoo had change some time the contract details without ask the shareholders.
Candoo give the leadership from the group buy to a unknow member without to ask anybody from the shareholders. Click the link in the last post to see the contract. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=160797.1160
The new Threads. The now owner is salazarian https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=274019.0  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=274579.0
Candoo had delete and edit many posts. The new group buy leader too.
Candoo had a back buy garantie (with a discount) for the shareholders. In any time and he want pay back in 14 days if somebody want give the shares back.

If Candoo do not had the back buy garantie then he never had sold so many shares. Becouse the last change of the contract and the change of the ownership is very bad for the shareholgers becouse he give to a unknow member the leadership and the back buy garantie runs now 14 days out.

Some people want use the rebuy garantie but candoo don't pay out all people. And candoo want pay out the people with a bank transaction and not with bitcoins. He want have from the people the adress and the full name.
Some peoplo (who he like say he) pay he out in Bitcoins. But the other people only with a bank transaction. Candoo say that he need the name and adress that nobody get two times the pay back for the rebuy garantie. But other germen member say, that he need the name and adress from the people to reduce the tax in germany.

This is a thread who candoo don'T can delete posts. It's about this groupbuy https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=274183.0

The german mods don't act and one mod had don't answer me. It's is not possible for a mod in the german forum to don't see it or don't know about it.

I want ask if it's give here other Tag's like Scammer. Maybe untrusted person, Attention, or something other. And what need I do that he gat a Tag.

Sounds like SkepsiDyne/gigavps is only now becoming fashionable in Germany. You folks are about three years behind the times.
1155  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Possible fraud or deception by BFL. on: August 27, 2013, 06:58:41 PM
Regards,

In February this year I made an order for a Jalapeno, after two months or so, I requested by email the delivery and was told it would be for June, so that about the beginning of May, I decided to place another order, this rather larger, which divided into two parts.

Not very smart. Stop sending stuff to scammers. Read more, act less, etc.

1157  Economy / Securities / Re: [CLOSING] PUREASIC: Shipping this week on: August 27, 2013, 06:45:57 PM
According to BFL the order with 15 SC Singles has shipped.

Early July 2012 to late August 2013, from imminently shipped to allegedly shipped. Quite a 14 month ride.
1158  Economy / Securities / Re: [PicoStocks] 100TH/s bitcoin mine [100th] on: August 27, 2013, 06:45:06 PM
Wafers still need to be thinned, diced and packed. I'm expecting chips in ~2 weeks. Fingers crossed!

Is it ok if I uncross my fingers yet?

Oh look, another two weeks.

For all of the I dunno, two, three idiots shivering for the fate of their collective sub-Bitcoin "investment" in this particular scam, here's a little something: The positive market effects of the delivery bet.

Picostocks generally, along with the imaginary farm are, as you might expect, just about at zero.

I never really clarified that the reason I started updating this thread is due to a conversation I had with Tytus.  He was/is so busy, I suggested that I would keep you all informed.

No, actually, the reason is that you are a professional liar. Having broken your credibility over the bASIC fiasco, you perceive yourself immune from prosecution and generally further ill effects, in the sense that once it comes to that there's already enough to sink you, and meanwhile might as well turn a buck doing more of the same, not like it makes a difference.

That, for your side. For his side, tytus is eager to insulate himself from the actual responsibility for the scam he's running, much like convicted felon Sonny Vleisides prefers to use Inaba to insulate himself, and much like the Jonathan Ryan Owens-Alberto Armandi troop of scammers used the services of random clueless busybody Meni Rosenfeld.

1160  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BTC-e's credibility hits rock bottom. Doesn't stop. Carries on to Earth's core. on: August 27, 2013, 06:40:22 PM
The disadvantage of any muppet-infested system, such as anything of definite utility which also encourages adoption by "people", is that discredited operators/proven scammers have little incentive to stop at any point.

Take Jared Kenna: everyone in the know knows he is dishonest, and has ripped off a bunch of people and used the proceeds for dubious land development projects. That doesn't physically stop him from pretending like he's still running an exchange.

Take Mark Karpeles: everyone in the know knows he's about to collapse, leaving a shakuru-esque crater behind, but that doesn't physically stop him from pretending like he's still running an exchange.

Take BFL: everyone in the know knows they're professional scammers working the noobies with google ads and hot air, but that doesn't physically disrupt their operations in absolutely any way.

Take the Bitcoin Foundation: everyone in the know knows it's a scam front created by an unholy alliance of the MtGox scam and the BFL scam to cover for their joint scamming of the community, while the despicable Vessenes character diverts donations to his own "businesses". That doesn't physically dissolve the Scam Foundation, nor does it in any way prevent it from clamoring for relevancy.

Sure, the people in the know know, and wouldn't touch the shit with someone else's ten foot pole. Nevertheless, these don't work by dealing with the people in the know, they work by fleecing the noobs trying to gain positions in Bitcoin, and those people certainly aren't in the know, and so the entire discussion certainly doesn't help them.
