1141  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are You A Sellout (Or Did You Hodl)? on: August 12, 2017, 11:14:22 PM
With the 1st of August in mind what actions have taken or not with regards to your bags of Bitcoin?
It is still good to hold our coins in a long term. Were everyone here are doing the same thing for believing they could get a lot of
benefits of it. Just be patience in waiting always calm and control our emotion and don't get attract or panic so easily if the price drop.
1142  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The reason that keeps me from investing in bitcoin on: August 12, 2017, 11:04:50 PM
The main reason why I keep buying bitcoin now is I believed that bitcoin will become more than 10, 000$ by next year.
So if I save more of it, by next year 2018,I could have a big savings for sure, it will become x3 or more of my capital for sure.
I can't wait to that moment.
1143  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is this for real? I could be a millionaire? on: August 12, 2017, 10:57:59 PM
Please forgive my cynicism.
I was offered bitcoins in I think 2010 when they were 50p each.
I was tempted to buy £200 worth but had been just lost £200 to a ponzi money scheme so decided against it!

I have seem recent reports saying they are now worth £2,500

Are these the same Bitcoins?
So would I be able to actually sell for cash or money in the bank?

Sorry to ask, but I see lots of people saying they are millionaires but don't think I have seen anyone with the actual money banked.

I mean, my 400 bitcoins would now be worth £1,000,000 and I could actually sell them for £1Million less commissions?

You gotta see I'm sceptical.
Please tell me I haven't made the biggest mistake of my life?
Many of the coins now are good in hype, and most of it are ponzi scheme. So, in your case that's was a pity. And it is true that lots of community here now became a millionaire because of bitcoin. They are now successful one, so I am dreaming to become like them too.
1144  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin finally legal in India on: August 12, 2017, 10:43:43 PM
This is a great news again to all of us here in this industry, Another one country decided to used bitcoin as their legal currency.
More expectation again for the price increase.
1145  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The reason that keeps me from investing in bitcoin on: August 12, 2017, 07:12:36 AM
As for my reason why I am investing in Bitcoin, well I don't really put my money in Bitcoin but what Bitcoin I earn I hold it in my wallet and hope the price will grow. Also for spending as well , I will just use my Bitcoin as my last resort if I really don't have any fiat currency left. So there is no reason for me to spend my Bitcoin,  it is like a great chance for me to save as many as I can because it is a perfect opportunity for people who are on a tight budget.
I don't buy bitcoin, but I earn bitcoin for signature campaign that I joined in then when the bounty gave as payment to my job to their campaign of course I will trade the coin then automatically converted to bitcoin balance. So its a good opportunity for me as well.
1146  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did you first hear about bitcoin? on: August 12, 2017, 06:12:34 AM
I've heard about it 2 years ago from a facebook friend which is also looking for a referral too in a small bitcoin investment. Bitcoin rate last 2015 is just about 200$. Wish I have invested more money in it .
Im about being frustrated on how to create money so that i can provide my needs in school, but i dont know how, then suddenly i found bitcoin and I find someone who will help me too, then from that day i love bitcoin and it helps me a lot.
Actually, when you heard bitcoin, meaning it is an opportunity for you. Now its up to you if your gonna have an interest to know more about it. Since that you are a student while discovering this things, I think you shouldn't be frustrate on how to create money at all, besides bitcoin is here for you to give the money you want, just learn and study it first.
1147  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is instant way to get rich ? on: August 12, 2017, 05:41:49 AM
what do you think about this topic?

For me, bitcoin is not an instant way to get rich, Because if you believe in this things, it shows that you are depending on luck which is no difference when you play in gambling more in luck dependent. Because before you become rich into bitcoin it needs process and time and effort.
1148  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin transaction fees fair? on: August 12, 2017, 05:12:16 AM
Everyone wanted higher bitcoin price and we achieved this but another problem become transaction fees. When bitcoin's price was low, we had to pay also low fee and now when it rised, we have to pay high fee in bitcoins and plus that high fee is more higher with current price. Is this fair? The higher the price, the more money miners have with bitcoin exchange.
To my mind when price becomes high, we have to pay low fee and when it becomes low, than fee has to be high. To my mind it had to be done like this from the begining.

I think in that case as one of the community in this industry, we do nothing about it. In fact, in every exchange site platform they are not the same percentage in every transactions that you/we are going to make, like correct example in yobit they will charge you with a
minimum 0.001BTC while in bittrex there minimum charge was 0.001BTC, but whether they charge you high fee's I think that would be fine if you will withdraw a huge of bitcoin but if not, that's the problem. Sad
1149  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin a good way to invest your money ? on: August 12, 2017, 04:30:49 AM
Like all things, you can invest a percentage of your money an save the other. That will guarantee you to be calm if bitcoin doesnt's works in the future, but i will suggest you to take the risk and invest your money.
I will support your suggestion mate, your opinion was a very safe actually were if there is someone will follow your tips, it will surely in a long run that person for sure will going to have a savings in the future. And we are in business industry, therefore as a business minded person we must always take the risk if we want to multiply our capital.
1150  Economy / Economics / Re: stable currency on: August 11, 2017, 07:35:47 AM
Of course the stable digital currency was still Bitcoin, the highest value amount ever in crypto world. Where nobody can surpass it, as in none of them can defeat bitcoin. As long there bitcoin community supporting it.
1151  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: August 11, 2017, 06:30:15 AM
soo invest is the best way

Depends on what you mean by the words "way" . It actually depends on how you want to "keep" your money. Some people just love to keep them for the sake of security and some people "keep" them in a way to get more . Not everyone is into investing because you are exposing your funds into something with higher risk. Saving on the other hands is exposing your funds to risk as well however the risk is pretty much smaller if you compare it to investing

so true,
saving money or investing, having your own risk
depending you choose to dare to invest with greater risk
or save you money with little risk
they have their respective advantages,

because I'm the one who dared to take risks, I choose to invest hahaha
how about you ?

Investment is always a better option as compared to the savings. And at the younger age you can afford to take the risk where you know even if your investment was not a successful decision you start working hard on making money and wont repeat the same mistake in coming future as you cannot afford to take any risk at the older age.

hahaha you know what my age is 63 years, is too old right ?
to dare to take risks should not young age

Hahahaha, wow! I admired people like you, imagine at your age like that still you've became opened minded into this things sir.
However, your aaage is not a hindrance to save some of bitcoin as long as you're breathing and also you can still do investing it too mate.
God bless Sir. Wink
1152  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you keep your bitcoins? on: August 11, 2017, 05:41:02 AM
I have all my coins in on an online trading site (paxful) (low volume)

I plan on making a large investment very soon, and want to safely store all of my coins
I.E I basically want to drop a couple thousand, and keep them in the safest possible way, where I can revisit them in 5-10 years or so and reap the benefits, or cry about the loss.

What is the best way to do this, and what's the best way of ensuring a backup?

How do you currently store your coins

thanks in advance for any inputs

So far the best thing I think to store your coins which is bitcoin was Multibit hd, or electrum wallet, as long as you had the private key, key words it will never be gone. You can keep it as long as you want it be.
1153  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do bitcoins better than bank cards like debit or credit cards? on: August 11, 2017, 04:12:41 AM
I do wonder which is really better between using these two types of digital payment system for both sides of transactions as to:

1. speed;
2. reliability; and
3. security.

Well, for me bitcoin is better than bank cards, because bitcoin is a form of assets or investment of yours where it has a capability that can produce money anywhere you go. Unlike bank cards is not the same as bitcoin have. And it is very,  secured and safe than anyone else.
1154  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do your children a favour and save bitcoin NOW on: August 11, 2017, 03:37:58 AM
Why not it seems like a good choice to save for our future even if its not bitcoin Fiat could also be a good way.
Even if we still don't have a kid right now let's try to save for future expenses .
Yes, your right dude! actually, whether we have kids or not we can save bitcoin for the future. I also know that bitcoin helped a lot of people
all around the world in terms of source of income. And savings for the future through bitcoin,
1155  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is BTC for you? on: August 10, 2017, 06:44:00 AM
What is bitcoin for you? Is it a chance or a scheme to get rich? Or is it actually to keep your wealth to yourself.
What lead you into bitcoin world and what's keeping you here?
Bitcoin for me is a kind of savings in the future, also a kind of job where I worked without any boss and without any log in attendance. Instead, handle my own time here where I can earn bitcoin whether daily, weekly or monthly. Because bitcoin is money for me, very simple as that mate.
1156  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is the ticket to heaven ... on: August 10, 2017, 05:57:45 AM
nothing is impossible maan.... this is a new generation, with the money we can do anythings. we can do criminality or somethings for justice.
"Bitcoin can drive us to heaven? Are you kidding buddy?" Maybe some people assume like that but everything in the world is only tool.
The tools we choose, whether we use for good or evil. The star of evil only leads us into hell and vice versa.
Your choice is the path you choose, so please choose your own path!
Lol, how come that bitcoin is the ticket to heaven? that's not possible actually, especially literally. I think you've became over exaggerated about in bitcoin. Though your right bitcoin can be use for good and evil things like in illegal activities. But of course let us not abuse it in a bad things. God bless Wink

When it comes to bitcoin transaction fee charge, they are different percentage. There are some exchanges site that giving high fees and some's are low fee's of charge like example on  bittrex the transaction charge fee's was 0.001BTC while in yobit was 0.001BTC which is really shit. Bittrex is more better and popular than yobit but its insane, isn't?
1158  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How greedy you are? When will you stop and withdrawn? on: August 10, 2017, 04:22:00 AM
I do gamble but I'm not a greed one, I remembered there is some one here said that if you are winning in the game that would would be fine, but if you are loss in the games most of the time but still continue doing it, it is called greediness. Which is I agreed in you mate Cheesy
1159  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Benefits from Gambling on: August 10, 2017, 03:55:34 AM
I've been gambling for almost 10 years now, I used to be an addict to poker and other card games but now I do gamble Occasionally. Normally, If others heard about gambling they'll probably be say bad things about it * which is fact*. Though, based from my own experiences. Gambling do benefits me in a way, especially Mentally and Emotionally. Mentally, As a teenager who started to gamble at the age of 15. I don't care about losing, I don't value money. But as I grew, Gambling did really change my perspective towards money and decision making. I became mature and I must say that I did enhance my strategic awareness. Emotionally, I must say that gambling did really control my temper. I don't why, but whenever I play poker my state of mind became so calm. Even after I lose or win I'm calm and happy. At the age of 19, I learn how to control myself. Mistakes are part of our life which really is good set back for a good comeback!.

How about you guys? What are the benefits you get from Gambling?

But, I highly suggest not to become addict to this industry.

I believe it depends on how the player react everytime they lose a game or money from playing gambling games.  You are lucky you are able to wake up and fix yourself from addiction.  I also agree that gambling have some sort of benefits but people overlooked this benefits in exchange of winning money.  They are blinded by greed, even those who just played to entertain themselves find themselves being hooked due to the promise of possible huge amount of winning.
You maybe have a lot money, that's why it doesn't matter for you if you lose in the games. Well, anyway for me it gives me amusement in that way it relieves me in my stress even I gambled in small amount of bitcoin. I think that's the benefit I could could get in gambling even I do it very seldom.
1160  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What did you buy for money won? on: August 10, 2017, 03:14:33 AM
Hi guys!
It's often discussed here that you can't make any money from gambling, but in general it's just not true. House edge is usually quite low so the most of the money go back to players. Of course some one wins more than he bet, some one wins less and loses in the end. It's all about luck. I am sure that the most of you was lucky at least once and made some nice money. So my question goes here: How did you spend this money? Did you buy some presents for your close ones? Did you buy something for you? Did you invested it, saved it or even put back into gambling (and then made even more or lost it?)?
Share your stories Smiley)
Cheers,
OshiHugo
Well, I never experience yet the feelings of winning in gambling so far. And if ever I win in the games, I think I will treat a blowout my girlfriend in the restaurant who is Payment bitcoin accepted. So that she will witness how good to have a bitcoin in our lives.
