Probably not going down, litecoin on the other hand it looks like its falling and im pretty sure if it goes down more to 3-2$ bitcoin will rise because all the people that dumped litecoins will probably go back to bitcoins, i mean it happened when litecoin crashed from 8$ then bitcoin went up to 300 It is crashing now to $278. I was right that it will reach $250-$230 as it's price is just unpredictable. |

As people have already commented on him being active in busting scams isn't the main criteria. Vod and tomato don't report many posts at all whereas QS does.
And no, tomato wasn't. His account is just an alt account of someone to bust scammers on as far as I'm aware.
It isn't about Scam busting as in any case this forum doesn't moderate scams. It's about how one addresses any query and their way of handling reports. I guess he might be able to handle the reports but may not be a good moderator to give an unbiased opinion. It's totally my POV. |

Well for me a Moderator is a user who is unbiased and sees both side of a coin. Currently, Quickseller doesn't exhibit the same IMHO. May be later there will come a time when Theymos/Badbear thinks he is fit enough and consider him worthy but I don't think currently he could be a responsible moderator else even Vod and Tomatocage could be appointed as moderators. It's only a constructive criticism and not to take anything personally  Was Tomatocage a moderator anytime? |

My friend's account was recently closed due to a large number of transactions. Skrill just verified the transactions and sources and when they dint find anything, the reopened the account. No questions were asked but they do it just for the account security.

yeah he posted pictures of my kid and girlfriend too. The fact is he says he has information that I am a scammer , but wont show anyone  He keeps asking me for BTC and says he will delete everything if I pay him. Just feels wrong.I already found fake facebook's under my name , I have no idea how he has my passport pic and I don't have access to all my emails. Im starting to think I got badly hacked.I also think he may be the one behind all the scams he claims I have done. It all sounds impossible , I have very little thoughts left so drained by all this. I will send the admin an email. I totally understand he has the freedom to say what he wants , but doing so and withholding any proof he claims to have is totally out of order. Most likely admin wont do anything because scams are not moderated and doxing is allowed as well so your only option is to get him banned because of spammy or insubstantial posts, of course that wont solve your problems in any way, as i said you better contact authorities, you wont solve a thing here. This is not the case of scamming anyone but it shouldn't be allowed to share anyone's personal information on a forum (especially not a passport photograph) which can harm the person in reality. Sometime back I read the admin's post of not sharing personal information like passport ID or SSN on the forum so I guess that it is not allowed to do so. |

You can report to the admin to delete those posts as if you haven't scammed anyone, nobody has the right to leak out your personal information.

I don't know when did signature campaigns start in this forum but it appears to be active since a year. When it has been running since a year, the admins must have thought many times to ban these campaigns due to the spam and hence I would leave it to them to decide what's best for the forum and this bitcoin community. I'm no one to judge here but these topics are repeated too many times and it gets boring to talk about the campaigns over and over again just like the DT list conversations have become boring to talk about.

I still feel that you gave a negative trust just based on "assumptions", cuz it has happened before so it will happen again, and as a "trusted" guy hasn't scammed before, so he wont scam in the future. I just feel the neg trust should have been converted to a neutral one(negative is too harsh cuz u gave it based on ASUMPTIONS), and so because of your assumptions, making an account bleed with red trust, is too harsh! I sincerely feel that it could have been a neutral one. If someone has to get scammed he will even get scammed after seeing a red trust, this is just because people tend to ignore the trust ratings because of the way neg. trust gets distributed by other members. The credibility of neg. trust has been reduced a lot and cases like this are making the red trust loose its importance.
I feel the case was more like : The op felt he is trusted, statistically he's untrusted, he offered escrow, hilarious took the offensive approach to defence the community, hilarious gave him a negative trust.
Could have been neutral imo.
@bold: The negative isn't a permanent one. If the OP proves to be trusted in the coming months, hilariousandco being quite responsible while leaving ratings might reconsider this negative one. This negative is more like a precautionary one rather than a scam accusation. |

See dear, this thread is why your current account is givne a negative rating. You should have started a thread to defend your ratings on your BTCBlogger account. If you are admitting the ratings of being a thief and extortionist, then what should I say. I haven't left those ratings but those claims were made long back (about 2-3 months back). Nobody except Badbear can be trusted after Theymos. Theymos has done a lot for the forum and has brought back the forum after the 2 hacks.

Actually in this case though the feedback was given without any scam accusation, it is pretty valid as the person was trying to work as an escrow without any reputation or experience here. Since many people here request newbies to use an escrow to be safe, such new users who offer escrow service would harm the community and become escrows to just scam. There have been other cases of scam as well and hence an escrow without feedback should be on the watchlist. I don't agree with the bought part as it doesn't matter if a person is trustworthy irrespective if he has bought the account.

First you should try to remove the feedback from your earlier account rather than creating new ones as all will get the same rating.

The current price is a good sign but many are worried about the unconfirmed transactions due to many spam TXs these days and even since I am using Blockchain, I thought my transaction won't get confirmed with 0.0001 fee won't get confirmed but it was confirmed within an hour. The negativity is just too much since few days.
