11461  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Raise the minimum transaction fee on: July 10, 2015, 09:15:06 PM
The transaction fee set for blockchain can be adjusted while I pay a fixed fee of 0.0001 BTC. Now since there is an issue with blockchain, I need to raise it to 0.0005. I, however, don't want that too be a fixed fee for all my transactions and I want to decide the minimal fee every time.
11462  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is now preferred to fiat on the street on: July 10, 2015, 07:38:41 PM
I dont agree with you when you say "Bitcoins are very easy to transfer from one account to the other"
These days it had been very difficult

These days only...But bitcoins are still easier to transfer rather than other currencies. One can create a wallet in seconds and import their private key in that account. These days there were a lot of spam transactions taking place but overall, it is easier.
11463  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: PM TO BTC on: July 10, 2015, 03:02:05 PM
If you are still interested in selling your PM for BTC, let me know via pm. I am taking $1 more than the market rate.
11464  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can you use escrow with an ebook and can you give negative feedback for begging? on: July 10, 2015, 12:41:10 PM
Don't sell him your ebook. That's the only advice I can give you. Even I sell an ebook and if anyone asks me to give him a copy and he'll pay me only after the matter is useful to him, I wouldn't see him my book. I don't think the buyer deserves a negative feedback for this.
11465  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for those who wants to earn bitcoins with playing games and uploading on: July 10, 2015, 12:25:37 PM
Kindly pm me the app link and I'll join as your referral. I don't own an apple phone but an android one.
11466  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is now preferred to fiat on the street on: July 09, 2015, 09:44:17 PM
Bitcoins are very easy to transfer from one account to the other and hence those who know about them, prefer them to fiat money but at the end everyone converts their bitcoins to fiat at some or the other points. Banks will never adopt it as they may end up losing a lot but they may offer people to buy bitcoins and trade in them just like demat accounts which allow trading in shares.

My friends would never trade in bitcoins as here people consider it illegal (though it's not legalized and not illegal).
11467  Other / Meta / Re: How do I get in touch with a mod? on: July 09, 2015, 09:20:53 PM
If you haven't done anything wrong, you can just talk to BenAh and get the matter resolved either in PMs or here. Your earlier transactions that have been completed don't matter but what matters is the reason why the negative was left.

The thread which you posted here doesn't show any relevance here as the last time you posted there was in June and the trust rating was left just 1 day ago.

"Ponzi scheme, I will never trade with this individual or his so called company ever! " Seems the user has just given you a rating since you're running a ponzi which is often termed as a scam. MODs cannot help in this case.
11468  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buying an account without signed message [Is 1 month holding the money in escrow on: July 09, 2015, 09:14:21 PM
Not a good idea to buy a potentially hacked account unless you don't mind losing the account or the money you've paid for it. The person might be a scammer and chances are high that the account may get a negative rating (if the person is a scammer). Buying a non-signed account is just calling for trouble and escrows wouldn't help in this case to keep the money for a month.
11469  Other / Meta / Re: Reputation abuse help on: July 09, 2015, 09:09:41 PM
Why bother about the feedback given by a newbie? It won't harm your reputation here and plus since trust system isn't moderated, this doesn't count as reputation abuse unless the newbie spams his ratings. He has already got a negative trust rating and I guess he won't come back to the forum now  Wink
11470  Economy / Services / Re: :: SIGNATURE Ad DESIGN CONTEST :: $25 AMAZON Gift Card OR .10 BITCOIN to WINNER! on: July 09, 2015, 08:36:51 PM
The OP is legit as even he gifted me a card earlier for participating in his contest. However, he wanted 5 users to compete in this contest and hence may be that's the reason he dint declare any winner.

So it mean the contest is still running now? If so, I am interested to submit my design.

I don't think so as OP has almost forgotten about this contest. LOL

You can PM him to remind him about this thread and ask if you can submit your design  Smiley
11471  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Unconfirmed transaction - 9 hours! on: July 09, 2015, 08:29:17 PM
I feel that blockchain is having an issue as 0.0001 BTC is their normal fee and still the transaction is unconfirmed so in this case even setting a higher fee won't work. You need to wait till blockchain is back to normal.

11472  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Visa: Bitcoin Has a Future in Payments on: July 09, 2015, 04:59:52 PM
Visa is more reputed and trustworthy with regards to bitcoins and hence the former adopting the later is highly not possible. Visa just recognizes the growing popularity of bitcoins but does understand that it cannot adopt bitcoins.

11474  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: Tomatocage if you remove Quickseller from your Trust I will pay you 2 BTC on: July 09, 2015, 04:54:20 PM
KoS was most probably joking here and he will not pay anyone for removing a user from the DT. The fact of saying that he was offered the amount and shortly after that he removed a user doesn't make sense as TC has earned a lot of reputation and trust here and I don't even think the nhndc claim was to frame just 1 user. Anyone could have done it with the intention of hurting nhndc's trust. I don't even think anyone was aware of nhndc being offline for that time period as he wasn't in contact of anybody and this incident was merely to tease him rather than any other user. However, this incident has made both quite alert of what could happen to anyone of us.
11475  Other / Meta / Re: "How to sign a message?!" sticky request. on: July 09, 2015, 12:28:33 PM
I want it to be a sticky thread but in the relevant sections. As of now, there is a necessity of it being stickied not only in Meta (for hacked accounts) but also the digital goods section where the accounts are sold. Also, I guess we already have 5 sticky threads and hence why can't we have a section where all the important threads find a place. It sometimes gets too clustered to have over 5-6 stickies in 1 particular section and especially since this is a Meta section, there needs to be a section for these important threads.
11476  Other / Meta / Re: Publish URL in a new thread? on: July 09, 2015, 12:21:41 PM
You can't. New users are prohibited from posting links except to specific trusted sites.

Means only newbies can't post external links to other untrusted websites? I have often seen newbies/junior members posting links of malicious websites/software links but that wasn't  prohibited. I used to report those threads and they used to get deleted then.
11477  Other / Meta / Re: It is Wednesday (Activity confusion followup) on: July 09, 2015, 09:58:59 AM
^^ You don't lose activity points if you don't log in but only if you delete old posts, the activity decreases. I don't think there has been a new change in this activity calculation as my activity has been updated on 7th when it had to.

Answered it for you. detailed survey I should say

Did you get the reward for completing this survey?
11479  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN BUYING AN ACCOUNT on: July 08, 2015, 03:54:02 PM
^^ The buyer/escrow needs to inquire with the admin as well to get to know if the account was banned before. The escrow can also get an idea with the posting style of the account and checking the posts but it's a tedious job. That's why it is not preferred to buy accounts unless the seller is a reputed person of the forum.
