Collateral is clear of dept, mortgage or whatever. And I'm the only owner. Currently rented for 0.8BTC/m. Expecting trolling and offers I don't think you'll be getting any offers. If the bank thinks your property is worth 150btc, use it as collateral on your 120btc loan. |
