Exactly. I hope we can come up with the solutions already because its really becoming so frustrating as times to wait for your bitcoin to go through your wallet. I think they should step aside for a while and make the decisions already. This is already dragging for some time now, too much politics I guess, which makes the issue kind of disappointing for the bitcoin community. The future of bitcoin is looking good, but if the issue remains, this will somehow prevent bitcoin from moving forward.

I don't believe in third eye either. I think its just symbolic. But they said that to activate your third eye, you need to deeply meditate. Because when you meditate you are relax and open your mind to all posibilities. Once this is accomplished, clairvoyance is easily reached. Again, I don't believe in it so you have one, you are very lucky because you can see beyond vivid visions. But personally, if there is one, I don't want to open mind then regret it later in life.

It won't happen. Bitcoin cannot bring any country on its knees because its not even adopted by mainstream. And even if is mass adopted, the government will not let bitcoin takeover their financial industry like banks because they will be useless if bitcoin became the main currency. Banks are controlled in how much money they can create by Central Banks and Financial Regulators. Banks have controlled the supply of money for so long that they won’t give it up easily. So bitcoin will not bring any country to its knees as far as the financial industry is concern IMHO.

Another Bitcoin ETF Deadline is Already Approaching

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is set to make another bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF) decision later this month.

New York-based startup SolidX revealed last July that it was filing to list a bitcoin ETF on the New York Stock Exchange, seeking to sell as much as $1m worth of shares. The firm raised $3m in late 2014 in a bid to sell financial products tied to the digital currency.

Yet the SEC delayed a decision on that proposed offering in September, punting forward a determination until 30th March.

Bitcoin Exchange and Wallet Service Snapcard Will Halt Operations On May 1st

Running a successful bitcoin business is not an easy task these days. Not only is it difficult to gain market traction among other competitors, but some regions require companies to obtain specific licenses. Snapcard is a service that allows users to buy bitcoin on their Snapcard Bitcoin Wallet. Unfortunately, it appears this service will come to a halt very soon, and the focus will shift to the Masspay product line.

It is always a shame to see platforms facilitating bitcoin purchases go offline after a while. In some cases, platforms have disappeared overnight without offering any type of explanation. Thankfully, the Snapcard team announced their change in business model themselves, giving users every possible chance to move their funds off the platform in the coming weeks.  After all, Snapcard is a bitcoin wallet first and foremost, storing a lot of funds on behalf of customers.

Fortunately, I didn't lost any bitcoin so far from getting infected. I try to be careful not to click links in my email especially for unknown source because it may contain malicious attachment or malware that can be downloaded and installed in my pc without my knowledge. For added protection, I have my other laptop that I usually don't use, so I only used it for transferring or withdrawing my bitcoin around, I don't used it to surf the Internet or download something. I used different PC/laptop for surfing and downloading torrrents but I have a anti-virus, anti-malware installed.

But it was Gordon Hayward who scored 27 against the Clippers carry the team. The win put Utah at no. 4 spot nearing the playoff gaining 2 games ahead of LA Clippers. This is a preview of the playoff, no. 4 vs no. 5 and its gonna be a tough battle, no sweep and this will be a fantastic series to watch IMHO.

It proved all along what I have suspected, ETF or not, bitcoin will not be affected, I speculate give in 1 week to really fully gauge how the ETF decision will play with a slight rise and fall of price. But seeing the current trend of price, I believe it has little to no effect at all. I guess the pump and dump is over and the price will see a steady trend of rising. I also believe that the price is stable as ever. I think $2000 is reachable within the end of year hopefully, because investors has already take notice of bitcoin and will probably invest and cash flow will be going to bitcoin ecosystem making @2000 at the end of year within reach.

I don't think Obama can order the FBI to wiretap on Trump. There are no source that alleges Obama personally order it and it would be illegal it is?
So for me this is not true. I think what Trump is accusing is that maybe the US government tried to monitor communication before Inauguration Day, But I guess Obama has nothing to do about it may FBI do it for political reasons, because Trump and Russia, a hostile foreign country, had something to do to sway the result of the Presidential Election. But for me Obama is not involved in this wire tapping.

UK Government Eyes Blockchain Trials in New Digital Strategy Push

The UK government said it envisions a role for blockchain as part of a broader digitization plan unveiled earlier this month.

The Department for Culture, Media and Sport published its "UK Digital Strategy for 2017" on 1st March, outlining a number of policy initiatives related to supporting digitization efforts in the country’s private sector. It highlighted work at the Digital Catapult Centre, through which government officials would seek "new ways to work with personal data with more control and trust… [and] applications of blockchain and smart contracts".

While it didn’t go deeper into detailing what that work might entail, the strategy outline indicated that it would look to support applications in the manufacturing, healthcare and creative content sectors.

Karen Bradley, Secretary of State for digital affairs, said in a statement that officials would look to foster more communication between the public and private sectors as the UK government pursues its digitization drive.

I think Philadelphia want it more that's why they won the close game. Both teams are very young and continue to play hard, although the 76ers made some play down the stretch to win. I also thought that the Lakers will win this game looking build off Thursday night’s win over the Phoenix Suns. Looks like coach Walton has relegated Nick Young and Deng to the bench which I think could help the Lakers if those two veterans have played more minutes on the floor. So you see NGO, non-for-profit organization that is independent from states and international governmental organizations. Is no longer functioning as what it claimed to be. They are not a front for illegal activities and especially by the US Government. Organization received millions in funding from the Pentagon through a complex web of organizations designed to mask the origin of the cash.

I don't think its killing bitcoin although it may shy away potential bitcoin users because of the increasing mining fee. Although as shield132 pointed out, the fee is somewhat becoming more attractive to miners to continue mining. But this is causing concern among bitcoin enthusiast, the increasing demand for faster transactions has also led to a drastic rise in the miner fee associated with each transfer. I guess, the increasing fee is currently an integral part of bitcoin ecosystem unless a solution has made been to alleviate the currrent crisis.

Electricity and Internet come hand in hand. If there is no or little supply of electricity in your country then basically Internet is also limited then bitcoin used is limited as well. So the number of bitcoin user correlates to countries that consumed a lot of electricity. My guestimate is that bitcoin users will more likely around 2-10% for me. I agree with some saying that bitcoin is still in its infancy, so its still young and needed to grow more in the coming years to reach its potential in year 2020.

Google Ventures Conducts First FinTech Investment

Currencycloud, a London fintech world leader in cross-border payments, announced that it has raised £20 million ($25 million) from Google’s venture capital arm, GV, according to a company statement.

GV, the venture capital arm of Alphabet, Inc. and formerly known as Google Ventures, joins other investors to the five-year-old startup for the series D round, including Notion Capital, Sapphire Ventures, Rakuten FinTech Fund and Anthemis.

This high-profile investment gives the sector a much-needed boost following fears post-Brexit and pushes funding for the company to £44 million ($61 million).

I never heard of a Bitcoin Foundation before. Although our country has a Bitcoin Organization. Which acts as a collaborative networking group where our country's registered Bitcoin businesses, individuals who are interested in Bitcoin, experienced individuals participating in the Bitcoin industry, and newcomers who seek to learn about Bitcoin can all get together and share ideas. It is a non-profit organization dedicated to the development of the Bitcoin industry through education, representation, and community-building. They even seek to educate new members and the general public about Bitcoin by providing free Bitcoin-related resources and regular educational seminars.
