11481  Other / Off-topic / Re: What value does Bitcoin bring to you? on: September 02, 2016, 09:24:48 AM
It gives me more value because I can transact online very fast and it is not just a currency as I can also use this for my investment. Actually I am happy now because I have a lot of opportunity that I am currently enjoying because of bitcoin.
11482  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: September 02, 2016, 09:22:14 AM
You started gambling for fun, so you have to find another thing that brings you fun

But in reality it's not easy to find more attractive than gambling, gambling has so much charm because it give us chance to make money easily, that is very big reason which lead the people to get addicted, but if someone get succeed to do this than it is very easy to stay away from gambling.
It actually is easy to find other things that are fun besides gambling, but because of the addiction you could fail to see joy in those other things.
I've also read a few scientific articles that state it's better to try and quit after a loss than right after you've won due to the negative emotions you will connect to gambling. Getting professional help is usually required though.
That is not necessary if you believe that gambling is only for fun, that is the worst action of a gamble. Addiction is what you called a disease where you will not be able to enjoy gambling anymore but you will always think of it and with that it will not give you a positive result.
11483  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it a good long term investment to buy 1 BTC today? on: September 02, 2016, 08:59:08 AM
I think yes, it's good for long term investment to buy 1 bitcoin today. Because i speculate the price of bitcoin will stable up to the next month and it might be increase in the end of 2016.
I hope God will listen to your speculation so we all gonna be selling for profit, I believe the price will increase but I would love to see it next month although I am not so confident that it will happen just that easily.
11484  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin goes up very high should i buy a house? on: September 02, 2016, 08:53:15 AM

Remember the pizza guy with his 10.000 coins? think what you can buy in 2015 with all those coins.

Please stop using this argument. If not for the 'pizza guy' and others who were giving away hundreds if not thousands of coins, Bitcoin probably would never go off the ground.
Let us move on and forget about the past, we should be focus more on the current situation and I know in the near future we cannot only buy pizza with the money in our hand, believe in bitcoin and do not ever take for granted the opportunity that is in our hands now.
11485  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever on: September 02, 2016, 07:49:25 AM
No target, still buying what I can afford to lose. When the time comes, I won't need fiat, I'll just spend from my btc savings. Which btw,I consider my btc a form of savings account, not a standard investment so I don't really plan to be in and out at the markets whim. Just letting what happens happen. I figure if we ever hit $100k USD per BTC I might buy something nice, but I wouldn't use all my holdings.

Its difficult to expect that high price from bitcoin in future, I don't think bitcoin can go over $10k in future and that is also not sure whether it will achieve that price or not.
Of course it can go that big amount but the question is all about the right time because I do not see it will happen the soonest, we hardly even see the amount of $1,000 again.
yeah I think if you wait for the price of $ 1,000. maybe you will find that prices in some years to come. because I think it would be very difficult to reach that price. better to sell at the right price
Well considering the results from the last halving, is quite a sure that bitcoin will reach 1000 dollars on the next halving, that is predicted to be reached at 2020, soo lets say bitcoin will get a small ammount all years till achieve those. The question is if you able to save bitcoin for the next years and close your eyes to the several opportunities to double and invest your bitcoins, you may get those value if nothing bad happens to bitcoin.
You do not need to put all your money for long term investment because there are opportunities anytime so you need to take that opportunity. To be effective in investing you have to divide your investment into short term and long term.
11486  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you accept bitcoin as your salary? on: September 02, 2016, 07:41:29 AM
I think it is not the best decision at the time. The main reason is that bitcoin is a highly volatile currency, so I could not take the risk of having it as my salary, because the price may change every time that I get it, and manage it will be really difficult.

That is true. You can accept a portion of your salary in Bitcoin.
That way, you will still be able to cover your daily expenses even if Bitcoin crashes.
But you will benefit from gains in the currency.
Good for us but for the others they think of their salary so much because they need the whole amount to feed their family, life is really hard when you are just a mere worker, you will receive a low salary but your needs keep rising. Only those you receive big income will allow that to happen to them.
11487  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do you buy Bitcoins? on: September 02, 2016, 07:35:59 AM
I do not buy bitcoin from the very beginning.  What I have is what I have earned in
this forum. I do not buy because I do not have money. That's why I am very keen in earning some bits here because I really needed the  money for myi daily expenses.
That is sad to hear you will miss the opportunity to invest, I hope you will find your steady income and will not only rely on your income working here, it is not enough and believe me I know that because I have tried it before and I am lucky now I have a stable day job.
11488  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can a newbie earn bitcoins????? on: September 02, 2016, 07:26:07 AM
Newbie is just an rank in this forum, if you hold any technical skills then you can check in services section and you may earn even higher in compare to high rank accounts that are earning in signature campaign.
Right, because the opportunity is not only for the rank up members of this forum, if you have the skills then you are free to do a certain task that pays well and more than what a signature campaign pays. Just find in the service section as I am pretty sure there are a lot of opportunities their.
11489  Economy / Economics / Re: Should I believe in Bitcoin ? on: September 02, 2016, 07:16:32 AM
I believe it is better to trust in bitcoin than to trust only in fiat, considering that the inflation rate for this currency is a big problem. I do not think it would be possible to use only cryptocurrencies these days, then I believe that despite the flaws found in fiat, the best alternative is to use both.
Nah, you don't get the real value of fiat, you are only looking at one side of the coin where in fact fiat is more powerful than bitcoin. We should believe in both as this two will work hand in hand to be successful. I convert my earnings in bitcoin to fiat so I believe in both.
11490  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the easiest way to make a profit from gambling? on: September 02, 2016, 07:04:39 AM

I agree with you if you are just an ordinary gambler and you are just going to play with your excess money and you are just going to treat it for fun. Then you are not going to earn with it. But if you have ample capital as you play gambling for sure even you are going to lose you are able to manage to get back your loses as you have a lot of capital. And most of the people that has a lot of capital with gambling they are the ones who are earning easily with gambling.

I don't really think they can earn an easy money over gambling cause their is no such thing as easy earning over gambling even if they have a large amount of capital it is surely not infinite to not decrease a certain amount of numbers right cause nothing would last that long in these world even a big company get bankrupt too, maybe the method in playing gambling are easy to understand but the randomness in winning over it would not required a knowledge cause it is just a mere coincidence.
That's right no easy money over gambling and the feeling we got to bet on something it's just a coincidence at the time of winning the bet and that too make us go to inside a trap of addicted.
It is not a trap because when we were able to predict the outcome we win but the problem is on how to effectively continue our journey in gambling which a very difficult thing to do as everyone loses in the long run.
11491  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you buy Bitcoin ? on: September 02, 2016, 06:41:04 AM
it will be over 600 $ soon so you can buy btc now.
I do believe on that, it will happen because we have achieve that once this year and we have witness the price has stayed for a little bit so we will see the price to seat on that amount again, just be patient there are still remaining months to realize that so time for buying now.
11492  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: September 02, 2016, 06:31:23 AM
I think paper money will still used in the future, especially on country that the technology still not updated. Like some poor country, they will need paper money than digital money..
Definitely, in the Philippines in our country we are still a developing country so I think all people will go on full digital. Although the internet is already widely used but there are some people would not easily understand on how to use bitcoin and anything online transaction.
11493  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin? on: September 02, 2016, 06:25:33 AM
My plan to get rich with bitcoin is simple. I would buy 10 btc for 4lakh INR I would let my bitcoin rest for 5 years. Then , After 5 years I would sell them to get around 10Lakh INR. Soundsd quit sillly right?
I hope you can see a good price after 5 years because actually there is no definite specific time you can sell your bitcoin for profit, it is all about timing and you can even make that big profit even less than a year when the price of bitcoin will begin to skyrocket.
11494  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years? on: September 02, 2016, 06:15:27 AM
Buy at least 10 btc, but make it sure you have other income when you get retired so you do not depend on that, because we do not know if the value of bitcoin now will be the same or get higher in the future or after 20 years, better to be wise, don't depend your life to that bitcoin..
What if we do not have that amount of money that we can use to buy bitcoins now, I think that would not work unless we are doing it by installment. I know majority of the people here cannot afford to directly buy that amount and others are just saving for it.
11495  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: September 02, 2016, 06:12:43 AM
I wouldn't quit my day job because honestly I have more time with bitcoin when I'm at work. I always make it a point to finish all the tasks assigned to me as early as possible before I work for bitcoin everyday.

That's sounds good and then I don't have job right now, I am looking for day job and I will be in bitcoin as well earn something for my daily expenditure.
After I was quit my job It's really a hard time for me and am struggling to pay my room rent and many things. Hope these all will become alright soon.
Don't worry mate, I was also in the same situation as you before but I never quit on finding job, the will to find a job will bring that to reality. Just believe in yourself and always consider that you can do big improvement to the company you will be working so your employer will value you.
11496  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you actively spend your bitcoins? on: September 02, 2016, 06:09:07 AM
i spend my bitcoins. but only for digital goods.
e.g. my vpn accepts BTC. andi bought some apps with BTC.
That's nice that you are spending your bitcoin with goods is bitcoin are legal in your country where all store or limited store are accepting bitcoin as a payment ? because here in my country limited stores only who acepting bitcoin as a payment so that i only use my bitcoin to pay my bills like water bills and etc.
My income in posting here is actually use to pay our water bill, I have to be thankful with bitcoin as it gives a little ease in my life due to my side job, I do not need to spend money from my personal income in my real job.
So amazing, bitcoin has really help you in any way, although the amount you are earning is not that big but as long as you earn that is something we need to thank of, in return we must continue to support bitcoin by spreading the good news to our friends and families.
11497  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bank or Bitcoin Wallet? on: September 02, 2016, 05:52:57 AM
I prefer to choose both, because I use Bitcoin as an investment and, in the other hand, the bank account give me the possibility to get the physical money, which may be obtained from Bitcoin.

Yeah we need both of them at a moment as we cannot afford to depend only on bitcoin as bitcoin is not accepted everywhere at a moment and we need fiat to take care of our purchases.
You are correct. For me, the two can co-exist depending on what you need them for. If both add convenience to our lives and the transactions made contribute to making our lives better, I would continue supporting banks and bitcoin at the same time. The more options there are available, the better services there will be for us. I think it is a win-win situation if you know how to maximize their usage.
Even in the future the two shall exist, if bitcoin will be more successful the same with the bank because the government does not want to abolish bank just to give way to bitcoin, bitcoin will be dominant in the online transaction but in the end of the day people will still cash out their bitcoin to the bank.
11498  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: September 01, 2016, 09:31:42 AM
I think the easiest way to stay away from gambling is join a community hobby that really use much time, like fishing or something like that. It will makes your forget about gambling.
I think not all of us will not enjoy fishing. But if you love fishing why not try that one? You can also go to an arcade to enjoy there and forget about gambling. Or you can travel with friends just to stay away from gambling.
Maybe you mistook the point of him because he was saying is joining a community which can be about fishing or something else just like you said is a arcade community.

Well that is going to make your attention caught if you are going to get along with the people that you have the same interest at all. That is what I have done from the past when I was still a gambler at all. I did the same interesting things with my friends in able to kill my time with that activity just to avoid the gambling activities.

Putting your time and attention to other things is going to make you stay away from gambling easily. And you are going to put your effort and time in it and you are going to be tight with the management of your time then that is going to be the bests way to stay away from gambling because if you know how to manage your money then you are going to stay away in gambling.
Either make your time busy with work or lose all your money in gambling so you have no reason to gamble again. But the last suggestion is the worst one if you really have no choice.

Making yourself busy with your work really help you stay away in gambling and I have done that, I have a full time job in my day job and in my vacant time I do online work as my side job, after the work my body is so tired that I have no time to gamble anymore.
11499  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever on: September 01, 2016, 09:24:46 AM
Mehhh, If they go up that much in price then it might be better to sell them cause what would you say if half a year later they drop back 2k.. youll have fiat worth almost the same but you lose so much if bitcoins drop
That is the main purpose our bitcoin for a long period of time, we are just holding it without a plan, we need to be specific on what price are we waiting before we sell our bitcoins. I know in the near future the price will rise but without a definite plan we will not be able to get the benefits.
11500  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin goes up very high should i buy a house? on: September 01, 2016, 09:21:51 AM
First of all, don't invest your whole networth into bitcoin, that's irresponsible and could ruin you depending on what happens. Now to your question, yes I think an house is a smart investment it will take away alot of monthly costs but add some new ones dont forget about that.
It is very wise to say that, even how great the opportunity is we should not go all in because we do not hold the future, anything can happen including losing our money in the future, we should have a tolerance on our investment and diversification with our investment.
