In the next few years the paper money will still be here, but in the next decades, I think paper money has no future. One of the main reasons is that most people will start using bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies, not controlled by any central authority.

Definitely, in the Philippines in our country we are still a developing country so I think all people will go on full digital. Although the internet is already widely used but there are some people would not easily understand on how to use bitcoin and anything online transaction.

Internet is already all over, people can access the internet if they prefer to but they would rather do facebook and other social media thing than transact online using bitcoin, it is actually the trust issue, even how popular a certain thing but without the approval of the government it will not garnered the trust of the people.

Yup paper money will always survive as people who are not aware about technology or who are poor and illiterate will always prefer to use paper money as they find it very easy to use it.

Even kids are taught to use it. So how can it be deleted from the world. It cannot be and you are right. As long as there is no country or no talks about chanhing it, it will not be done. If bitcoin is what they want as the main currency then law will be made for this. It have to be done accordingly.

Nowadays I barely use cash money since I use either my bank card with NFC, or my smartphone with NFC to pay for things. It's much easier and doesn't require you to have any cash money with you. Here you can use NFC in 80% of the stores. The need for cash money is decreasing with the years.

No doubt transactions are done online but there are many people who prefer to go for shopping physically and by paying physical money and for them its not easy to switch to bitcoins directly.

For people who have a hectic schedule in life they prefer to buy online, but for people like in the middle class wants to go in a physical store as it is they feel more the enjoyment and they have the comfort in using paper money, I think paper money and online transaction will go together as they are both useful for the people.
