I do not what is going on lately but the underdogs have been winning. Will Lawler be another victim of this? I am predicting yes. Woodley will be very explosive and take advantage of Lawler's slow start.

I agree that XEM might go up higher. But before that it should go down first. There are no more speculators willing to buy many more at the present price. People will want to accumulate if it will go down some more.

Discuss. I think it will be, because reasons.
What do you mean by this? That Vitalik can only be surpassed by Vitalik? In all seriousness we really do not know what chain will emerge as the longest chain. I foresee that a mining arms race will start now for the battle of the longest chain.

you are a fool if you think people ever loved ethereum.
maybe some found the project somewhat interesting at some point. or liked it at best.
but in general everybody is loving the pump and dump and the BTC and $ they are earning from the pump and dump and that is all there is to it.
This guy speaks the truth. The real intention here is to make money. The group supporting the original Ethereum classic is now looking for their opportunity to get their light in the day and make profit. But I hope they intend to build a better platform side by side with making money. That is only fair.

can someone explain the 250BTC Sell Wall on Polo? This question can be answered only be the Wall owner lol. Do you have any more ideas? Actually it can be answered by experienced traders. The only reason to put up a wall that big on a lower volume coin is if you want to influence the market. I have to agree with others that the whale is trying to keep the price down so accumulation can happen. If he/she was really interested in selling that much they would do it in smaller icrements as to not spook the market and sell at a higher price. Likely the wall will be pulled once the whale has enough and the price will rise. I believe this is a good sign for Lisk's near term future. This maybe true. In all honesty I want the growth of the price to be real and not a pump by day traders. Because if it is real the price will stay and will not be dumped making it crash. That sell wall is good to discourage pump and dumps.

Yes if you look at the whole chart you will see that XEM has gone a very long way and still has a lot to offer. It is just "resting" right now and it will go down because it is impossible for the people to keep buying forever. Wiat for this to go down at the lows and you should start buying again. Make sure you buy as an investment and hold it very long. XEM is a good investment.

I pity Minecache. He is fighting with a losing side. The ideals and principles of a person in him that is attracted to the cryptosphere is corrupted by his master Vitalik. He is blind and does not see anything anymore because he has become blinded by money he will get in ETH trades. ETC is a threat in his profit making so now he is attacking it and posting anything even stupid things.

Let us agree with calling the attacker a "thief". He got coins that weren't his without permission, so yes he is a thief.
He's a thief regarding moral standards. In the same way that the state is a thief when it collects taxes. Whether he's a thief according to legal standards (which ones ?) is to be seen, and can only be pronounced by a court. And in the system at hand, he's no thief at all, because he acted legally (the code). So I agree with you to call him a moral thief, like the state is a thief. Why do you think Vitalik just left the thief alone? He knows he will lose against him. He is losing even now after the hard fork.
Because in going to court, Vitalik was going to get much more from the whip than the thief whose identity is unknown. Analogy: If you are the owner of a money laundering service, is going to court because they stole from you an option ? The funny thing is the attacker knew all of this before the attack. It was carefully planed and any move Vitalik will be doing the attacker is ahead of him. If Vitalik thinks of another way to circumvent everything let us wait for the attacker's move. It is like a game of chess with the attacker zeroing in on Vitalik's king.

Yes. The new support momentum coming in to the original Ethereum classic is coming from the bitcoiners. I think even the attacker is a bitcoiner himself. There are even discussions that the attacker is the group of Mircea Popescu. He is one of the most feared men in bitcoin.

We have decided to launch legal action against the Ethereum foundation and the Slock.it development team. Please join us if you feel you have been effected in any way through the actions of the Ethereum foundation or Slock.it. We are motivated by our crypto morals, ethics and the unspoken law within our culture. We are backed by the real word legal system and the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Not only do we challenge the foundation but we demand a full public Audit of the funds and transactions related to the Ethereum Foundation and developers. https://bitflikz.com/blogs/news/the-theft-of-a-1-billion-dollar-blockchain-community-legal-action-beginsLol. It is just a blog by someone who is trying to make things happen. I do not think anything will happen to the slock.it team and Vitalik. The SEC will not want to do in any of this because the legal background of cryptocurrencies cannot be defined as of yet. They will not risk filing a case because if Vitalik wins this will set a precedent for all cryptocurrencies as an escape route from being charged.

Let us agree with calling the attacker a "thief". He got coins that weren't his without permission, so yes he is a thief. But let us also agree that he is a thief that will not be charged of any cases filed against him because technically he didn't steal anything. Why do you think Vitalik just left the thief alone? He knows he will lose against him. He is losing even now after the hard fork.

must be sweet being btc-e. you don't have to answer to anyone as they'll never know who you are. all of these people making sweeping statements are likely to look pretty dumb when expectations are bucked. they should sit back, serve their customers and shut the hell up.
They need to declare that it is a scam so that they will be in the right when they decide not to serve ETC for their users. As someone said they want all that free coins. But wait for it to get listed at BTC-e and enjoy the hipocrisy. They cannot hold out on the fees of high volume trading with ETC.

This is the beginning of the end for the fork. The Ethereum foundation developers and Vitalik are holding on with the forked chain because they are paying themselves with the ICO money to do so. Are the slock.it developers part of this payout also? It is a shame how this project turned out.

Ok let us call him a thief. He is a bad person. Ok. Now whos fault is it that the DAO was poorly coded? Do you think a low dirty thief would not take advantage of this? Of course any smart person would know a thief will find every opportunity to do his job. Now who is at fault that investor's money got stolen?
So ok they tried to fix it by tweaking and tinkering with the transaction history thru the hard fork. After that what happened? ETC was born. Now you all cry in the forum blaming the thief for doing his job well when it is really slock.it developers and Vitalk's fault because they did not do theirs well.
If Vitalik started an antivirus company I will laugh hard.
I think it is much deeper than that. No complex system of software can be guaranteed to be without a deviation, in border cases, from intend. People call that "bugs" and "exploits" (depending on whether it happens like this, or is looked for). As such, no complex smart contract will work as intended, and you can't correct for it, because it is the law, the whole law, and nothing else is the law. Correcting bugs in a smart contract is essentially breaking the law, which is unheard of in human law. So in essence, you can forget about the concept of complex smart contracts. That is what this story told us. Why did the creators of the DAO say it was safe to put $150,000,000 of ETH in it? Were we warned that there will be bugs or exploits? No. They said it was safe because it went thru a security audit. Who is stupid and at fault here? You know the answer.

Coinbase got drained, but are they the only bad coders out there? I mean, how many exchanges did probably get drained from the replay attacks? My guess: many and a new dark age might be dawning for crypto
Coinbase got drained? Is this true? How much are their losses and please post the link of the news please. I would like to read more about it.

Good luck to you and your crypto jacks. But the best way to know what altcoin is good is to do your own research and avoid letting others decide for you. That is a fast way to lose all your money. By also asking that question here prepare for funny and entertaining answers coming from the shills.

One way to avoid scams is to know the team behind the ICO. Make sure to ask around who these people are in the cryptosphere. But even if you think they are good developers sometimes they still make stupid mistakes. One good example of this is the slock.it team. They are the ones who created the DAO.

I was unlucky missed the etc train and also lost so much selling at 100k which i have bought at 130k price.
It is quite risky to trade ETC. You do not know when the DAO hacker will dump his ETC and if he is part of the ETC whales. He's going to dump this weekend. ETC soon to 0.00. Source? Seems like this would be shooting himself in the foot, and the guy is obviously a competent trader, that short was a work of art. Why would he supress the price of an asset he is a major holder of, when there is an obvious uptrend in progress? And what books would he even dump on? Polo? I think they would see the incoming deposit and figure out who it is. It is possible the hacker is involved in the ETC initiation. Otherwise, no other people dare to pump the ETC. If he did then now we know part of his motivation is to bring The Ethereum fork down. I speculated that his motivation is to destroy Vitalik's Ethereum because the hacker might be a bitcoiner. There is also news that the attacker is Mircea Popescu. He is an oldschool bitcoiner and he is feared by everyone even Vitalik himself.

So I felt like I've been gambling too much so I invested .12 BTC in crypto-games.net
What are you're guys experience investing at crypto games
I am also thinking about this. My question is how much do you expect to earn with your investment? Also how long do you have to invest with them? Who are the owners of the site. I hope they are trustworthy.
