How much do I need to pay in USD (BTC rate) for my Internet Bill of Rs. 736?

It doesnt really work like that. It took you almost a year to pay back a loan. Looks to me like you've only paid it back because you've realised your account is worth more than what you scammed.
Since he has paid the loan, the negative trust is invalid and it can be changed to neutral. He must have had issues earlier but that makes him untrustworthy but not a scammer. If the negative feedback isn't removed even after paying back the loan, all loan defaulters would giveaway their account instead of paying back their loan. Is this what we want?

The story doesn't sound convincing and the statement is not completely true. Freedom never existed in the first place, nor earlier and not now. When there's a Government, it automatically makes us all their bonded laborers who have no freedom. All Policemen are not that bad but 99% are and if they even finds you walking on the street, they threaten to arrest you and extort money. Unless one is powerful like a Lawyer or Minister or someone with a high authority, the person is just slaves.

Bitcoins are mainly earned by freelancers and it's not a permanent job income which needs to be taxed. Freelancers don't pay any taxes as their income is not fixed and hence bitcoins will not be taxed as well. Until and unless the currency is not regulated, no taxes are applied.
What sort of logic is that? Earnings from freelancing are taxed in almost all the countries, where there is a tax on net income (I am not talking about countries which are not having the income tax, such as the Bahamas, Andorra, Monaco, Kuwait, Qatar and Saudi Arabia). In my country, the earnings from freelancing are treated just like any other type of income, and taxed at the default rate. I was working as a freelancer and my income was not taxed ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif) They don't usually tax self employed people as compared to paid employees. If in case your income crosses a particular value, you need to fill a form so that you don't get taxed. I know what I'm saying. At first I paid TDS and then I filled the Income Tax form (I guess it was 16) and then I received a refund of my money which means I did not have to pay taxes.

He's supporting terrorism and others start blaming bitcoins? Even if he had used any other currency instead of BTC, he would be arrested, although I don't support it as he did not go about and commit any crime. His case is more related to cyber crime. People are just so free while tweeting and don't realize the consequences. I've seen much more people talking about sensitive issues in such a disgraceful manner that can land them in trouble anytime but I wouldn't be shocked if bitcoins are abused by terrorists. It's an easy target.

Use Xapo instead and you don't need to worry about the transaction fee as it's free.
Blockchain is ridiculous when it comes to fees especially when you receive money from faucets. They charged me $0.6 fee when I had to send just $1 from my wallet and hence I stopped using faucets long back due to this issue and now I only use Xapo.
The regular fee of Blockchain if you receive big amounts (>$1) is 0.0001 ($0.02) which is OK.
Xapo stores all your coins at a central address and won't care about how big is the transaction from your wallet as they don't need the funds to confirm easily. They have a big reserve behind them. And, Xapo is not secure enough. Bc.info is not too. But, Xapo can always run away with your funds on their hand. At least Bc.info can't run away with your funds on their hand. Why blockchain can't shut down? Xapo also makes a user to verify their mobile number while Blockchain.info has no verification process. Xapo has introduced their own debit card as well and seem to be much more reliable than BC.info.

what about Skrill? Is this same as PayPal?
skrill you can chargeback as well, even if the funds are NOT from credit card it does not matter.. it's a bit harder to chargeback but it works Only if you prove that your account was hacked but they'll check the IP and other details then and in such cases, it's not possible to always win. PayPal is much easier for chargebacks.

what is the minimum payout of your site Most of the gpt sites offers surveys to only us, uk, canada is there any earning opportunities for countries like India.
The minimum payout is 250 coins/points = $0.5 via PayPal/Payza/BTC/PM and there are other payment options as well. No fee is charged if we withdraw via PayPal but Payza charges fee. Also, I've completed one survey earlier and there are many survey opportunities. Qualifying for them is tough though but you can check the offer walls. Many offers are available ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

I've also been using Moneybookers and have never had any problem in receving and sending funds. My account is verified as well and there has never been any chargeback issues due to which my account has been safe. If they detect any currency exchange, there's a possibility that they may close your account but since I've been doing tasks for the Skrill cash, I've never had any issues. Just read the Help section and TOS if you are at doubt anytime: https://help.skrill.com/en https://www.skrill.com/en/siteinformation/terms-conditions/

I wanted to know how to escape from Chargebacks?
Let's say if you are going to sell BTC for PayPal.
So I'm giving one of my PayPal email and once I received the BTC, if I transfer the payment to another PayPal email of mine, still is there any possibility to chargeback my second PayPal which TRANSFERRED TO?
Please advise.
First of all PayPal doesn't like bitcoin transactions and second fact is that PP doesn't offer Seller protection for any digital product/good. the only way to be safe which exchanging PP to BTC is to ask the Buyer to send the payment via mass payment as I guess mass payments cannot be chargedback or the other option is deal with a trusted buyer only.

It's been a good day. Two scammers have come out of the closet and confessed to their crimes. It even looks like one victim will get his money back.
But still none of them claim to be puzzle.me. Cryptoforcause says that his friend is puzzel.me and thebitcoinquiz doesn't admit to scamming anyone. It's getting confusing now as puzzel.me is missing but I'm glad that at least someone got their money back because of the OP and others putting pressure on cryptoforcause. If stellar is puzzle.me, then I have his mobile number as I had recharged it via a website but I'm not sure if it's legal to give anyone his number as I don't have any proof of him being a scammer.

All starbucks cards sold here are not 100% carded cards and I've myself sold a legitimate starbucks gift card and even I sell legitimate Amazon gift cards which have no chance of expiring ever. It's sad to see even senior members selling illegal stuff and there are very less chances of you getting legitimate gift cards in exchange.

Chemotherapy is painful but it is the only method which is trusted and hence people opt for it. There may be other treatments but Cancer is quite a dangerous illness that people who cannot afford Chemotherapy only opt for it. Chemotherapy is damn expensive and people mostly get their illness detected in the second or third stage which makes their survival chances almost nil and the natural treatments are not even know of.

Even if you are a proven scammer, still your account won't be banned as scammers aren't banned. Admins may or may not be able to track your IP as members use TOR/proxies while joining this forum and even if you're trying to prove you're innocent, it's of no use. If you want to get banned, then you can just abandon your account.

So you know me ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) , I make lot payment for you, if I remember,PP me not alowed sent you as for friend only as goods, and To avoid fee I always paid via PM, but it was important for small amounts. Yes, I'm erikalui from EMS. What's your ID on EMS? I've contacted my buyer to pay me via PP and since he sends via mass payment option, I won't get charged any PP fee. I am just waiting for his reply and if he doesn't reply, I'll contact you. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I am kipschas ![Embarrassed](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/embarrassed.gif) , I many time bought you lose and bits ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Yeah I remember you but I guess you couldn't send me PP payment (as your paypal refused to send personal payments to Indian PP account) and hence you used to pay me via Perfect Money for the lose I used to send you. Anyways, great to meet you here ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)
