That will depend on the exchange, to this day some exchanges have not given to their customers their BCH, so you will need to look at the policy of the exchange regarding the nearest fork that is bitcoin gold, if the exchange is going to give you the coins then it may be a good idea to leave your coins there to trade them immediately for bitcoin. |

I learnt my lessons some years back when I was waiting for the best price and I was never able to buy at that present price till today as it kept rising in value until I just settled for the period I bought in eventually and it is still obviously paying me till today even at the price that I considered too much as at then. This is the issue with people, they are always looking for the best moment to get into bitcoin not realizing that the best moment is right now, if you do not get in, you are going regret it when bitcoin reaches a price that no one thought it was possible, it was not long ago that people were wondering if bitcoin will reach 1000 dollar again and now we are close to 5000. When bitcoin price going up they will hope that price will down. Then bitcoin price was decrease still they are waiting for more dips and become worried because they think if they will buy at that dips they think price will decrease more. And now that price is increasing, you will see people regrets that they didn't able to buy lol. How can they put an end to this regrets if they don't have guts to face the risks. I could not have said that better myself, some people just lack the guts to take their chances, bitcoin is a new technology, so it is very obvious there are going to be risks, for example bitcoin could be banned tomorrow but it could go mainstream too, I’m investing in bitcoin thinking that at some point we are going to reach mainstream adoption and so the value is going to skyrocket. |

Many altcoins have no future. Only some of them have no prospects to live a long time. But who knows the future? All believe in a long life of bitcoin. While no one can be sure of this. Altcoins can be compared with flowers. Every spring they bloom. Encouraging us to fall and then to die in spring to bloom again.
Most of the coins that have been created have disappeared, that is why it is important to look for coins with original ideas, if a coin is noting but a copy of another but with a few addons then it is very likely that coins is not going to go very far, just look at bitcoin cash. It is not disappeared dude. Most of ivo tokens are been introduced to here and some of the ICO owner cheat us after the succession of the pre sale or post token sale to the distribution. Alts like BCH and ETH are having potential to compete in altcoin list. If you go with the bad alts means please do research about the white paper details before investing to it. I stand by what I said, are there many coins that have a future and are good coins? Yes, but for every coin that has a future there are 5 that are not worth a thing, if we were to look at all the coins that exist today and see if those coins still exists in five years I think we will see that more than half of those coins will be dead at that point. |

So now that the price is dropping, do not fret as it's the perfect time to buy! with bitcoin once again in the 3000's $100 will go much farther now than it did just a few weeks ago. at the end of september we get the news that there will be hardfork for BTC, which is named BTC Gold.
and the effect, the price of BTC rose very high. because people buy BTC to get free BTC Gold.
but the oddity is, hardfork stay a few days away, but there has been no official statement of any market that will support it.
Unlike the BCH hardfork, which is where a month before Hardfork happened, there are already many markets that support BCH.
I wonder if BTC gold is just a joke? made to raise the btc price?
Bitcoin gold is a joke but this was not done to make the price of bitcoin to go up, this was done by some people that want to change the mining algorithm and replace it for something that will need graphic cards, that will only change who is at the top of the mining world if they were successful but they are going to fail since no one supports the fork. |

There shouldn't be any cap on the number of tokens you are holding provided they all meet tour investment strategy, but some people prefer to cap them base on their position on the coinmarketcap and their trading volume which I think it is important factor to consider for big investors
Correct the only issue is that we are able to monitor our coins effectively, I do not have that many coins and to monitor them can be a pain and can be very exhausting so I cannot imagine how those people that have many coins can do it, maybe that is all what they do in the day. |

In my point of view buying bitcoins is already an investment.You don't have to do anything thing just simply keep you bitcoin for some years then it will gives you high profits. Investing money in bitcoins is the best thing to do but holding bitcoins will never help you in growing your coins so if you want to grow your coins you need to take a risk of investing your bitcoins and the best place to invest is in altcoins where you have many opportunities to make profits and multiply your coins as investing bitcoins on any investment site involves huge risk. The only problem is that those that invest in altcoin most of the time want fast profits since they do not want to hold alts for too long, because they fear the alt is going to disappear or something, so holding alts is not as easy as holding bitcoin since you know that bitcoin is going to survive no matter what. |

Stratis is already too high. I dont thin its going to pump again in one year. Stratis has given 600x againt dollar from its initial ico price. Its time to o5her alt coin to pump. I think next altcoin to get pump is cindicator. It is very good fundamental project.and really usefull for trade.
And even if it pumps it is not going to be anything close to what the early investors already got, when I see a coin that already pumped like that I just move on, there is no point in investing in a coin like that, you are just going to lose your money, especially if you invest right now with the current price that is too high. |

If bitcoin is used worldwide i consider it a yes. But now, a large portion of the population is not familiar with it especially in those in 3rd world country like mine. Tangible cash is still consider the best. We can use bitcoin in our country if we convert it to cash.
Bitcoin is not going to be adopted with the same speed in all the countries of the world, most of the time the richer countries adopt new technologies first and then poorer countries follow them, so take advantage that not may people in your country know about bitcoin and make money that way. |

Bitcoin has pumped back to $4000 and up, without no chinese markets involved, proving that we can survive government bans. I am very confident now in a strong recovery to an ATH. Once we reach ATH in a post-Chinese ban environment, we are going to prove to the world that bans on Bitcoin are useless, so they will either join us or keep getting exposed.
I predict chinese exchanges will eventually be back under regulated licenses, pumping the price even further. Get in now or cry later.
China is slowly understanding that the more they get out of bitcoin the bigger it grows, they thought that with their tactics they could scare people away but instead the community is becoming even more supportive of bitcoin and now we are seeing the consequences of that trust, another all time high. |

i am using BTC from almost 2 years and now i want to invest in other cryptocurrencies i just want to know is it profitable to invest in ETH and LTC because these are the fastest growing currencies after BTC,just need your suggestion about it.
It is difficult to tell, bitcoin at the moment is very expensive so there is not a reason to get out of bitcoin especially since we are going to receive airdropped coins, but after that and if the price of those coins is still as cheap as right now then I think those two are a great investment for anyone willing to hold them for the long term, maybe a couple of years or more. |

I have noticing that Ethereum is stagnant between 290 - 300 . While Bitcoin had sureged 500 upwards in last 10 days.
I do not see any momentum evenethough there are so many tokens are using ethereum tokens ERC20 platform for their ICO and listing.
The banning of icos coming form china affect ethereum a lot more than it affected bitcoin, how many icos are running over bitcoin and how many are running over ETH? You have your answer, besides many icos gave bonuses to those that bought with ETH and the sparked demand, but with icos banned in china the demand for those bonuses has decreased as well. The only people who really care about the China crackdown are those that run the Chinese government. People care that is why you saw the price to get that low, but after sometime passes and the uncertainty in the market ends then things return to normal, people were shocked and scared but after some days bitcoin regained its value and now the value has reached an all time high. |

I do not know if it will increase again. because now ETH-based ICO coin is very much. I think LTC will decrease
LTC has a tendency to not move much but then suddenly it goes up a lot, you need to be lucky to get that pump, many people invest in litecoin for years and it does not move at all and then they move their money to other coins with more action and then they miss the pump. |

Bitcoin and bankers do not go together that is for certain. Bankers are the reason Bitcoin came out. Quantitative easing just won't cut it anymore and it was never a good solution to begin with in the first place.

how to control this ? = put orders (buy/sell) and close the platform
It's easy, don't easily get panic when the price suddenly dropped. just wait and hold. The time will come. This is not easy for a newbie trader, there is a strong temptation to sell your holdings and stop the bleeding but as we know if you are invested in a solid coin then we know that coin is going to regain its value after some time so the only thing we can do at that moment is to keep holding our coins. |
