11881  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [WARNING] SearchTrade.com - Probably a scam ! on: October 04, 2015, 06:47:17 AM
Definitely a scam ... now they are showing 254BTC collected and got published in CCN also https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/searchtrade-uses-bitcoin-reward-people-using-search-platform/ .  Don't know how media outlets publish this stuff without any background work. I guess money talks

I can see that most of this Indian owner whose sites are from other countrys are mostly scamms, you can check with igot.com they are also from other country and have in india office but all are fake owner name , address, and still their site is running and they are cheating with the users. and this cheap media promote them for small amount and give more boost for scammer to do more scamming.

It's not a big deal , if he scams big amounts , I'am pretty sure that the Interpol will take him down , at least this is what I hope .

11882  Other / Meta / Re: Ok I do agree that scammers are not banned but... on: October 03, 2015, 05:03:18 PM
I don't think there is anything to worry about right now , Legendary members usually are trusted and don't sell their accounts and even if they do , they always make sure they sell it to someone trusted .

Little bit off-topic : Didn't we have a scammer tag instead of coins on profile for scammers before ? I'am pretty sure I read it somewhere but can't find it anymore on this topic : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=178608.0 . It would be good if it comes back once again .
11883  Economy / Marketplace / Re: All in one marketplace! What do you think? on: October 03, 2015, 04:29:45 PM
Idea looks pretty nice if it's nicely done , I mean no offense to you dude , but I don't think your website will do better then OpenBazaar , it's not about programming skills but mostly about Advertising and funding etc ...
11884  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you do with your idle coins? on: October 03, 2015, 04:09:46 PM
I have some coins idling around in my wallet but I cannot bear to put it in hyip or risk it. But it is a waste to let it idle around. Yes. I have coins in some "lower risk" hyips to generate some interest which I'm prepared to write off. I also have some coins converted to hashing power in hashnest and BW.com but it has to be monitored else you will suffer a loss instead.  Grin

Unlike fiat currencies, I cannot park these coins into banks backed by governmental institutions. I put my fiat currencies in banks or blue chips but I cannot do it with cryptos.

So, what do you do with your idle coins? Let it sit around?

I personally just leave them and hold them , mostof the websites out there are scam .
Even if you use lending platforms such BTCJam or others , you still have a chance of getting scammed so .. yeah and there is nothing they an help you with if you do
11885  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Coding couse that i should do on: October 03, 2015, 03:07:56 PM
I am always fascinated by scripts that are available online, like the bustabit autobet script or let's say the udemy course ripper script.

My question is that what coding language i have to study and practice to code these kinds of scripts as i am a total noob in computer coding. I am currently using windows.

Thanks
Regards

Hardest languages to learn are probably C & C++ , so I'd recommend you to start learning C# it's pretty simple , known and effective on the same time .
for what comes to the Autobet script that's web , which means it's Probably PHP or NodeJS (most used) , and that Udemy ripper it's writen on Python . IT's a good language to learn however you still can do the same thing with different programming languages of course and you can write in different platforms (iOS , Android , Linux , Windows etc .. )

Major banks are now loudly proclaiming their love for the distributed ledger.

However, the bank's love explosion for blockchain technology may not have been what Satoshi Nakamoto intended – or predicted – when bitcoin was first created.

I forgot to add
The blogs are foreign blogs. You must translate your comments to their respective languages. If it is in Italian, your comment should be Italian too and so on.

Yeah I just checked your PM with the google document , most of them are german and I don't know anything about german  Undecided I speak only French , Arabic & English so I suppose I won't be able to do the job , I was really interested  Cry

Those are just examples. But I got French blogs too if you're still interested.

11892  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Gemini Exchange Moves Toward Launch With Twin NYDFS Approvals on: October 02, 2015, 07:22:08 AM
Gemini, the New York-based bitcoin exchange currently being developed by investors Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss, has received two key approvals from the New York State Department of Financial Services (NYDFS).

Gemini Trust Company received approval on 23rd September for its Articles of Organization, and was granted an exemption from the deposit insurance requirements of Section 32 of the Banking Law, steps president Cameron Winklevoss said put it on the "one yard line" for completing its current goal of entering the US market.

Cameron Winklevoss explained that, with its Articles of Organization approved, Gemini Trust Company is now an established entity, which he said positions it to potentially begin formalizing its relationships with banking providers and vendors.

11896  Other / New forum software / Re: Featurerequest: Give other users the right to moderate a self-moderated thread on: October 01, 2015, 06:49:37 PM
I personally totally support the idea and it should be optional of course . Let's say Mitchełł left the forums or simply don't have anytime anymore , someone else could help him moderate his topic : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953.0 . Same goes for Maroctheminer for his List of escrow and so on ... there is planty of important things around the forums that need to be moderated daily or from time to time . +1

11898  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Bitcoin Websites Experience Service Outage in Venezuela on: October 01, 2015, 06:18:39 PM
A number of bitcoin websites experienced downtime today over a period of roughly four hours due to what appears to be a DNS server error at a major Internet service provider (ISP).

Affected websites included local Latin American exchanges such as BlinkTrade, BitInka and SurBTC, as well as larger international startups such as Bitstamp, Blockchain, BTC-e and Coinbase.

It dosen't make a lot of sense to me , how only BTC websites goes down , it's not like they have something in common or something (like IP adress etc .. )  this can't be an accident if you ask me

11899  Economy / Reputation / Re: Acution scammer camelson on: October 01, 2015, 05:43:46 PM
The user did put some account for auction here :

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1196171

He said it will finish is 48 hours and it have passed allready but then he claims he will cancel it if he does not meet the required ammount! but he did not even said what would be the required ammount!

How he is a scammer just by saying that ? He said on the Original post "End Date: Auction Will Be closed with in 48 Hours, and If i didnt reach the require value i will cancel it."
I found this normal , His auction , his rules .
11900  Economy / Exchanges / Re: The best bitcoin debit card on: October 01, 2015, 04:11:24 PM
Hey guys,

I am about to order one of these and would like to know what would be the best one to select. I do search data about fees and the price of the card, I can look this up by myself. I would like to hear opinions from people who actually own and use these cards. How easy is to load BTC? Is the card accepted everywhere? Have you had any problems buying online and after all, what s the best buy in your opinion and why?
Thx a lot.

Advcash (MasterCard) should be the cheapest if they didn't change anything about their price , It should be 0.99$ Virtual card & 4.99$ Physical card , I failed on doing the Verification for some reasons that I don't know ... so I left it . More about it here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1011381.0

I also tried E-coin.io (Visa card) virtual card it was for free when I first made the account and now it costs 3$ and the Physical card is 17$ (and if you use referal link it should be less as far as I know) . It's pretty easy to load them and it's instant .
First you deposit into your E-coin.io account (you generate an adress) , wait for 6 confirmations then you will see them in your account , after that you go to "Load card" tab and you choose the amount you want to transfer from your BTC adress to your Visa card and it's instant . (Note that the minimum is 10$ so you should deposit 10$ or above) , I personally like it and used it to Verify Paypal and all worked great !
