11941  Other / Off-topic / Re: What would you do if you had 1 million BTC but couldn't keep any of it? on: November 14, 2014, 10:47:38 PM
I would just delete the wallet file. If I can't have it, NO ONE WILL!!!
11942  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hi I'm new!! on: November 14, 2014, 10:45:16 PM
Some people also send spam/virus links via PM, don't click on any of the links.

Doesn't matter what they promise you, just delete it.
11943  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: St. Petersburg, FL first bitcoin ATM on: November 14, 2014, 10:17:21 PM
Are these ATM's providing instant buys and sells? Or do you need to go through an annoying verification process?

11945  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: hiDPI/retina optimized UI on: November 14, 2014, 08:19:16 PM
Would be nice to see a complete UI revamp as the current look isn't really that appealing.

A few extra features would also help, but not likely to happen any time soon.
11946  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC/USD on: November 14, 2014, 08:08:56 PM
You sound just like CryptoCoinsNews.

When the price goes up, they report "we will see an uptrend from this point"

When the price goes down, they report "we are heading down, where is the bottom"

Always AFTER the price went up or down, why not before?
11947  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcointalk.org Is Currently Offline Due to DOS on: November 14, 2014, 06:37:00 PM
I was blaming my 3G connection on my tablet while bitcointalk refused to load  Cheesy

I wounder why someone would want to DOS them?  Undecided

Some idiot probably thinks taking down this server takes down all of bitcoin.  Roll Eyes

The guys that run bitcointalk wouldn't make it that easy for hackers to steal Bitcoins.

Quite a large retailer, let's see how it works. And remember, it's just the beginning  Smiley

Hope they will release some info on how many purchases have been made the first month.

Please check the thread next week for updates because I don't know if the campaign will continue in December.

Hello panda,

any update about the campaign?

THX and regards
Hey, nothing yet, sorry. I should know by Monday.

@tonygal

We are not recruiting at the moment. Come back next week.

I was never enrolled here but it will definitely be sad news if such a long running campaign decide to not continue.

There won't be much left then. Interesting to see what the update is on monday.
11950  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would you sell your account for $$$? on: November 14, 2014, 03:31:13 PM
Nah, it's not worth it. It have cost me a long time to reach nearly Sr Member status.

11951  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: PBMining.com? on: November 14, 2014, 01:04:56 PM
Just now i check PBmining site - price is 0.0014 Smiley just saying..

AMHash is currently selling at 0.0012 BTC/Gh.

Nice offer Smiley
Cloudminr.io is selling GHs for 0.0012 BTC in VIP offer but 2000GHs that's a bit  to much at the beginning..

Nice competition between the cloud miners here, great for people who are buying GHS.

Remember the times when 1GHS was worth over 0.02BTC  Cheesy
11952  Other / Meta / Re: Avata on: November 14, 2014, 12:43:55 PM
So avatars are used to hack the forum. But I'm wondering how?

If you allow users to just upload .jpg files with certain dimensions, nothing will happen I guess.
11953  Other / Off-topic / Re: How can I increase download speed in Torrent? on: November 14, 2014, 10:33:41 AM
I've connection maximum connection available in my area which is 1 Mbps. I'm was thinking is there was any way to pay with setting to increase download speed. Heard you infiltereted JP Morgan's server . Cheesy

Thought, you techies might have idea. Look forward guidance to download world. Tongue

LOL! Sure not, as you already said, your connection is 1MB and that's all you will get.

Playing around with setting won't do anything for you in terms of increasing your speed.

Contact your ISP to see if they can get you a better connection.

Don't download/buy shitty scam software that promises to boost your internet speed.
11954  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: RAOUL PAL: Bitcoin Is Worth $1,000,000 on: November 14, 2014, 10:26:06 AM
In what world is this guy living  Cheesy

I will sell him my Bitcoins for $25,000 so he later can sell them for $1,000,000 That's what I call a perfect deal!

Let's first get the price to $2000 then we can talk about this subject again.

Chances are high that your Sr account will get negative feedback.
11957  Other / MultiBit / Re: WTF happened to my wallet? on: November 13, 2014, 06:56:55 PM
Before sending coins to an address make sure you have made several backups.

Perhaps multibit created a new wallet for you and replaced your original wallet.

11959  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Would you return BTC if it was double sent to you? on: November 13, 2014, 06:14:20 PM
I would definitely return the coins if they ask me to return it. But only to the address it was sent from.

If they don't ask anything, or just don't bother to get it back, I definitely consider it as a donation  Cheesy
