You send the middleman BTC
Middleman confirms he received it
I send money to your Paypal
You withdraw to your bank account
After 1-3 days, when you confirm bank transfer is successful, you release the funds.
For paypal transaction middleman cant work. As it can be reverse anytime within 180 days even after 180 days if the payment made from credit card as many bank may take additional time for that. Edit: If the take take the paypal balance on bank when reverse the paypal dollar that will be reversed from bank or card but if failed to do so paypal account of that person will be ban. |
