121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: investing a money on: November 23, 2023, 05:03:59 PM
Let's assume we have a) $5000 b) $10000 c) $15000 to invest, what do you suggest?

of the three choices, I use 2 methods. If the money is cold money, I choose option C because instead of having the money just sit in the bank, it's better for me to invest in the second method. If the money is the rest of my money, maybe I will choose option B because it's the rest of the money. I will use this for survival or to develop my business but of my two methods there is no option A because I am aware that there are no people in this world who are rich but don't invest because I am sure that investment will give you something in the future.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Doge coin everly hit $1? on: November 19, 2023, 05:44:07 PM
Why do altcoin don't have the characteristics of bitcoin? After the creation of bitcoin thousands of coin surface the crypto market, some altcoin became a huge success but some still reamain dumant and has no hope of even attaining the high of $1

Dogecoin is one of a long time COIN that has been in existence for over 10years now. since December 2013 dogecoin hit 0.0000869 on may 6 2015 and today is $0.076 now am wondering if it could reach $1price after 10years compeard to Bitcoin.

we have to know first the accusation that Dogecoin was created, as far as I know, Dogecoin was created because people were joking about cryptocurrency, why can't it be the same as Bitcoin and can Dogecoin touch 1$? I think it is very possible with the rise of memecoin, especially Doge is one of Elon Musk's favorite coins and It's possible with the Elon Musk factor that Doge can reach 1$, especially Doge's all time high of 0.74$, which is almost close to 1$. I think there is still a possibility that Doge will reach 1$. This is just my opinion. What do you think? Do you agree with me?
123  Economy / Economics / Re: Isreal and Palestine war and losing your wallet phrase and password on: November 19, 2023, 05:17:37 PM
Have you consider that you lose all your coins because the wallet phrase to your coins and PC burn in a war.
So what will you do if you survive after the war to start back your financial struggling and your crypto investment journey. Or can you get the coins back?

No, I didn't lose any assets or my swallow, even though my swallow was destroyed by cold, my PC was destroyed, my house was destroyed during the war. The most important thing is that I remember the 12 word phrase because until now I have self custody cold wallet storage. If you enter the crypto world, remember not your keys, not your coins, don't store your assets on any exchange, learn about cold wallets because they really really help you in saving. assets and from there we also learn what is called responsibility because with self custody that is where we can fully control our assets
124  Economy / Economics / Re: The impact of war on global economy. on: November 19, 2023, 05:06:07 PM
1. Increase in the national GDP is least likely to be caused by a war.
2. Oil is considered the most crucial resource in modern warfare.
3. War affects the stock market by causing a decline in stock prices.

What do you guys think? Is this true or false?

I think it's true that world war will not only have an impact on stocks, even crypto and gold will also have a very big impact and currencies in certain countries will also be affected, I think and oil could be the most important resource, even the price of oil can become very expensive in some countries. What do you think, I'm just saying what's in my head, correct me if I'm wrong, give me your opinion about this, is there a positive impact?
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to identify shitcoins? on: November 19, 2023, 04:15:25 PM
Bitcoin is not a shit coin which is the only coin that I can say it is not a shit coin. But as you want altcoins that are not shit coin, I will suggest you to look for coin lists on Coinmarketcap or Coingecko. The top listed coins are not shit coins. The more you go down checking the coin, the higher a coin can be a shit coin. Marketcap is important to know how valuable a coin is.

In my opinion, it is very important to identify coins before buying, at least we have to look at the market cap so that we don't lose in investing unless our goal is just to speculate on meme coins, but it's important to remember, don't invest in crypto without knowing what we are buying, don't be fomo with the news. All you have to do is do your own research. There is no guarantee of making a profit in investing. There are still risks
126  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Is Better Than Digital Gold on: November 19, 2023, 03:51:09 PM
Bitcoin is a self-custodial entity where you can hold the units. In contrast to digital gold, reserves are only kept by the party issuing the gold securities. You are not allowed to withdraw it from their vaults, and the issuer of the security could be another risk factor in addition to the inherent volatility of physical gold.

I agree with your opinion with Bitcoin, we can claim our city's money, our own money, we control it without a third party, anytime, anywhere, we can send our assets, which is different from digital gold which is held by certain parties and cannot be transferred directly. disburse it whenever we want
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 4 Altcoins to look at in 2023 on: November 18, 2023, 07:56:03 PM
It will be very important as usual to make good selections of our coins and while Bitcoin is looking very bullish right now, holding some Altcoins is very important because in a bull run, Altcoins are frequently outperforming Bitcoin because of new technology and innovation.
Here are my selections:

1# AVALACHE

Avalanche had many great news recently as AMAZON selecting Avalanche because of Subnets and Avalanche has seen numberous new applications launching on Avalanche.
In general, Subnets are a huge game changer on Avalanche: https://medium.com/@demirelo/the-era-of-avalanche-subnets-9e94f377cb65

Subnets are a collection of validators participating in Avalanche consensus. A subnet can have costomized Blockchain characteristics but it's based on Avalanche Blockchain. So, a Subnet can be a customized Blochkchain, validated by Avalanche validators who are also required to validate Avalanche's mainnet.
Every Subnet can have different levels of inclusiveness (for example: permissioned, public or private), Such an unique design opens up many possibilities to implement numberous enterprise applications on Avalanche's Blockchain.
AMAZON has detected Avalanche's potential already, when Amazon selected Avalanche: https://medium.com/avalancheavax/ava-labs-and-aws-bring-scalable-blockchain-solutions-to-enterprises-and-governments-295040a34263
In addition, Avalanche is a capped coin, making it scare and people can buy it as a store of value.

Avalanche can really have huge potential and increase in price massively.

2# ETHEREUM

Ethereum has achieved PoS in 2022, making it a top contender against Bitcoin's PoW when combatting climate change. PoS will make Ethereum less wasteful because PoS requires less energy consumption.
In addition, Ethereum is now more scarce as well even if Ethereum's supply has no hard cap but inflation of Ethereum is reduced since PoS.
Ethereum is still strong in DeFi applications, such like Uniswap. More demand of DeFi applications could drive demand for Ethereum.
Only issue is scalability of Ethereum: while Blockchains such as Avalanche have solved scalability, scalability on Ethereum still needs to be coded, which could take lots of time.

3# DOGECOIN

Dogecoin is an original coin and has been around for a very long time. Dogecoin is very famous because of Doge and it will always attract some people to buy it.
Compared to copies, like Shiba Inu or Elon Doge, Dogecoin will always be an original coin, not a cheap copy.
Dogecoin can be promoted easily because it's a timeless coin.

4# CHAINLINK

Chainlink is a relatively new Coin and it gained interest quickly.
Because Chainlink is very essential in an environment of a large number of Blockchains, which need to be linked, we can expect positive investments if we are long on Chainlink. It is likely to increase interoperability as an important factor between Blockchains and Chainlink is well positioned to be a leading Link coin. Chainlink is also supported by Avalanche core developers.
Finally, Chainlink has a massive support among NATO members advertising for it on various soccial media channels.

After all, coins are always speculative but my examples mentioned above are in my opinion a good selection.
We don't know about profits but in a bull market, Avalanche, Ethereum, Dogecoin and Chainlink could perform very well.

What's your Altcoin to look at in 2023?

I am only interested in 3 altcoins, namely ETH, BNB, XRP and these three coins are currently in my portfolio. and I only paid in installments to buy these three coins apart from bitcoin because I researched these three coins myself which had the potential to increase and give me profits during the bull market. It's not that I'm not interested in other altcoins, but I'm just researching these 3 coins and studying them. I don't want to buy altxoins that I don't know about in order to reduce the risk of rugpull or something else. What do you think?
128  Economy / Economics / Re: How to survive hyperinflation? on: November 18, 2023, 07:41:19 PM
How do you strategically navigate hyperinflation to safeguard your financial well-being?

Would you invest on crypto, stocks or household when the cash is not the king?

my strategy for maintaining my wealth to avoid hyper inflation I will allocate my assets to two types of assets, namely bitcoin and gold, especially bitcoin because these two assets in my opinion will avoid inflation, especially bitcoin because the only asset that has a story of value is bitcoin and Bitcoin is our money, our money and not our coins
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How quick do altcoins pump in bull run? on: November 18, 2023, 07:28:01 PM
2024/25 will be my first bull run and I have been patiently buying and holding for over a year now.

Just wondering for those who were in the last bull run what it was like and how fast prices pump during the peak bull times?

Any advice on how to prepare when it comes to being ready to take profit?

in my last bull run I usually set a profit target if the profit had reached 5-10x. Like it or not, I had to take profit from the coin and sell the coin because I learned in the past that I was greedy and got something more instead of making a profit, but instead made a loss.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What altcoins do you think are currently still cheap but have good potential for on: November 18, 2023, 06:47:17 PM
I want to ask everyone, now the number of altcoins is increasing and the prices are various, do you know, in your opinion, what altcoins are still cheap now but have good potential for the future?
I want to hear an explanation from you?

in my opinion I have 3 altcoins on my list namely eth, bnb, xrp based on my own research I am sure these 3 tokens are currently still cheap and have the potential to rise and give us profits in the future this is not a financial advertisement do your research Alone
131  Economy / Economics / Re: Btc vs dollars on: November 18, 2023, 06:39:08 PM
Presently, should we say it's good the way bitcoin its been tied to dollars? Dollars is not backed up with any resources but to my understanding, bitcoin is a product of great energy surge. We shouldn't let bitcoin tied to dollars but bitcoin standing on its own. What could decide the durability and value of bitcoin? I have some ideas..

I don't think bitcoin will ever be bound by any fiat currency because as far as I know, the purpose of bitcoin was created to replace existing currencies in the world transparently and there is a limit, correct me if I'm wrong
132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are altcoins important? on: November 17, 2023, 12:06:53 PM
Scam, death both have in altcoins market so why you want investing altcoins?
My opinion buy dip and sold faster on some profits like to be best revenge for all altcoins investors!
What's your skills and opinion?

My opinion is right, but altcoins will give you 10x more benefits now than bitcoin, which has a very high price. At the moment, the way to play is also different. I think bitcoin is for maintaining wealth, while altcoins are for building our own wealth, but do research first before buy a coin, especially an altcoin, hopefully people who read this will get big profits in the altcoin of your choice
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's a good app for watching your porfolio? on: November 17, 2023, 11:44:01 AM
Hey guys.

What's a good app for watching your crypto porfolio?

Coins manually entered and not connecting the app with wallets, exchanges etc. (I don't trust it) but nevertheless, being able to watch how much I got, how it changes over time, and whether I have gain or loss, from the initial purchase.

Thanks

Currently I use 2 applications to see the development of my portfolio, Coingecko and CoinMarketCap, both of which have their own advantages, but I use Coingecko more often than Coinmarketcap. Coinmarketcap is only for looking at meme coins or shitcoins because they are more complete there, but Coingecko is for looking at the main portfolio.
134  Economy / Economics / Re: Being rich = not looking at price tag on: November 17, 2023, 11:27:46 AM
I often read people saying they want to earn enough money so they don't have to look at price tag of product. Imo, even if you are rich you wouldn't want to spend money on things that are not worthy of price being paid.

You wanna look at product and then it's price, if it's worthy of price, you purchase the product.

maybe but if you are very rich and want to buy clothes or food maybe you won't look at the label or price before buying it because if we are very rich everything will be free unless we want to buy a business or build a business we will negotiate as cheaply as possible.
That's how rich people I know work
135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If I have 1BTC So how did I use to invest in different Coins on: November 16, 2023, 05:01:34 PM
I usually Invest a very small amount of bitcoin to another coin because I know this time is very crucial to invest in any new coin or even in an old coin.
Any suggestion from your side which is good for long term

My advice is that if you want to build your wealth, focus first on altcoins because altcoins will give you a 10-1000x price increase. For example, I have a close friend, he changed 1000$ to 100,000$ when he bought a Shiba Inu at the beginning of January 2021, but if If you want to maintain your wealth, buy Bitcoin because Bitcoin is future money in the future and Bitcoin is immune to inflation, depending on where you focus.
136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Crypto to buy for 2024 ? on: November 16, 2023, 04:55:32 PM
Personally, there are several tokens that I am looking at and will buy as soon as possible for the next bull run, namely Bitcoin, Eth, Xrp. These 3 coins have the potential to increase up to 10x I think and I researched these coins myself. at least those 3 coins can maintain my wealth now.
This is not a financial advertiser. This is based on my own research and I am only sharing my speculation on the coin.

139  Economy / Economics / Re: If the global economy collapses what's the first thing you do? on: September 17, 2023, 04:18:41 PM
Honestly if you have BTC congrats !!! We are heading  into a major economic shift and I feel like when the tides are turning like this there should be a conscious effort to land on the right side of that shift!!! Am I right? What should bitcoiners be doing right now to prepare for a potential global economic hardship other than the obvious which is to hodl and accumulate as much as you can...

I really agree with what you say if the economy is destroyed everything will fall like a homestead only bitcoin will save us bitcoin is more cross border we move countries yes our assets also move that is one of the advantages of bitcoin no one controls our assets NOT YOUR KEY NOT YOUR COIN Our money is our money
140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Time to collect altcoins now or later? on: September 16, 2023, 06:22:41 PM
Planning about collection some MORE altcoins and thats why i manage extra money for that. But market situation is still confusing and today Altcoins dump minimum 10% even more. So is it really right to collect altcoins?  Or another dump will be coming before bull run? Should i postponed my invest or not? I post this in speculation sector cause we can only predict!  And I'll go with the most predicted result

I don't think there's anything that should be postponed. It's better if you buy in installments from now on because there's no such thing as timing the market because we always postpone it. Do research and read the latest crypto news. Don't be fomo about anything and do your own research.
