If scalpers are forced to sell at lower prices there will be even fewer GPU's available. The more expensive GPU's are, the fewer are bought. When they are cheaper, more are bought. This is economics 101.

'Expensive' is cheaper than 'not available', in a sense.

I have a Sapphire RX 5700 (non-XT) Pulse with a broken fan shroud.

Does anyone happen to have a dead card of this model, and would sell me the shroud only (with or without fans)?
