I don't think its a scam. I just think they got their shit later than expected and are still assembling boards.
Then what are they currently hashing with?

We want to reassure all investors that the pictures are indeed real and the tray shown is loaded with our chips, also shown are some blades of the miner kit without the controller board.
Labcoin
There was only 1 (shit) picture posted man. It's hard to overstate just how not good this is. FUDers will ride this one to 0019 with no way to stop them.

Awesome work man. Could you post a screenshot of your example self-updating spreadsheet with functions showing (to help out some of us thicker users). Pretty please

This is absurd. He can't offer what he hasn't been told. OP you should delete this thread. Trying to get a man fired for telling you all he can is plain wrong.
Right now you're like John McCain dropping trou to shit all over Susan Rice.

STILL no mining address posted, no pictures, no NOTHING.
And now they suddenly have chips for 10TH out of NOWHERE? Their foundry just decided to throw another 10k chips out now because shareholder are scared right? Jesus fucking christ, who the hell is still buying this?
We do not have 10 TH of chips out of nowhere, we said that we will setup block labeling as soon as we reach that speed, which could be on the first days of october, so in "about" two weeks, or mid october. We will outsource deployment and assembly for the next batch of chips so that we will proceed at a much faster pace in the future. Mid October is a month from now, not two weeks™.

I have not been handed a list unless I missed it somewhere.
I hope the LABCOIN guys don't mind me disclosing this. Over 85% of the 3 million shares have not left a specific account I know is held in the Labcoin name. The other 15% could easily be held in any of the next few top shareholders, but I am not privy to who is who without some assistance.
Edit/add: and this account is not locked. I will not lock it without a specific request from the owner. So they are too busy to ask you to lock them. What a crock, more broken promises. Sure, but that can't be the only thing you got out of that text. -One account controls 85%. -That account hasn't moved those shares

I like the idea of introducing crypto-currency to new, or underdeveloped, markets. However I feel that any region looking to start their own coin (regional market) won't ever benefit as much as if they just adopted Bitcoin instead (global market).
Perhaps look at companies that have had good success with offering cell phone wallets (doesn't have to be a smartphone, only has to be web enabled) to see how they're finding success with Bitcoin in low internet usage areas. M-pesa and Kipochi come to mind.
I don't believe a 100% pre-mined coin backed by x% of Rs could find success anywhere but in India. I don't believe that's a good thing.

I'm more interested in the reason for the disparity between exchanges. Any thoughts? Old money vs. New money?

Reminder: Is the website already in place? Can it be tested? For example with testnet bitcoins?
We are currently finishing up development and running internal tests using testnet coins. The public beta of our site will open on September 10th, at midnight UTC.Wonder if there's a bitbet on this...

So, you plan to sell 500,000 Shares @ 0.0025 so 1250 BTC worth of XBOND 0.001 facial Value. The market cap of XBOND is now 2302 BTC ( https://www.havelockinvestments.com/order.php?symbol=XBOND). I checked the market orderbook there are approx. 30 BTC of XBOND to be bought under .0012 (with 35 BTC) and then, what happend for the 1220 BTC XBOND equivalent to be bought ? So you're telling me that I will have to put my money into this first ? This is similar if someone ask to be paid more than $500,000,000 of BTC overnight this would totaly screw the market. Did I miss something ? The 500,000 shares @ .0025 is the xbond early bird special. The rest of the public ipo shares won't receive any benefit from xbond redemption and will be purchasable on Bitfunder @ .003 per share (and later passthroughs on other exchanges). I believe.

TaT would I have to buy 1 xbond to be able to buy 1 pre-IPVO share, or will 1 xbond enable me to buy as many pre-ipvo shares as I can afford?
The XBONDs are valued at their face value. The conversion would be 2:5, NEOBEEs for XBONDs. Right, sorry I worded that incorrectly. Would I have to redeem 5 xbond per 2 pre-IPVO neobee shares? Or can I just buy 1 xbond and you'll let me buy as many pre-ipvo neobee shares as I can afford? Edit: Also no fees on PT? Edit2: Edit faster!

TaT would I have to buy 1 xbond to be able to buy 1 pre-IPVO share, or will 1 xbond enable me to buy as many pre-ipvo shares as I can afford? Please note that we are managing the entire IPVO, including the BitFunder security and the approved passthroughs. This made the most sense considering our position with LMB Holdings and all of the coordination involved. The passthroughs on any other exchange will not pay dividends any differently than the underlying asset. There won't be any fee for PT?
