121  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Benefits of gambling? Yes - it exists! on: July 24, 2018, 02:29:40 PM
Playing the dice game is a great way to pass the time, and if you play it conservatively you cant lose all your money.
Its nice that I can roll the dice and only risk a few cents- instead of when I bet sports and there is a few mbtc minimum (chance to lose more).

The chances of wining are high in dice but also what you win is relatively very small percentage of the amount you risk it. SO say you keep on playing and in between keep on losing so overall you may still be in negative as when you lose the amount is 100% lost and not just a % of it.

Gambling is more for fun and entertainment and less for making money as gamblers play different games and want to earn money but this is not a perfect place and you can lose as well. In other traditional investments or modern investments you can make money using your knowledge but game has winning and losing so you can be busted here. Never consider it for money but for fun and you can win if you are experienced.

Yes, Winning at gambling is not easy and it’s a hard lifestyle for those who practice it full-time. If you only gamble with money you can afford to lose, and not with the money you need for bills and to live on, you’re probably okay. And yeah, gambling is a great group activity for friends, colleagues and family, and many groups do organize special gambling trips to casinos that are maybe a few hours drive away. So, gambling benefits do exists I may say.
122  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Bitcoin making the world go crazy? on: July 23, 2018, 12:57:15 PM
Bitcoins have made people head spin for 8 years now and become unbelievable since December 2017, when the value of 1 bitcoin rose up to 20 000 USD! But how this phenomenon appeared, what are the causes of this craziness… Found out in this article
https://blog.bitspark.io/why-is-bitcoin-making-the-world-go-crazy/

The people who had invested in 2013 they are millionaires now so the other people got shocked by seeing the price change of Bitcoin from 2013 to 2017 and for this all the people got crazy for Bitcoins as we all are greedy so we will go to that way where profit will be there.. but now investing in Bitcoin is like gambling as the price of Bitcoin is too much unstable it is changing time to time so many people are getting loss also who are investing a lot in Bitcoins.

People are crazy over bitcoin because they don’t need to put their sweat on it as they would have if they were investing in stock market. As stock market need significant time to research for a good company to invest. People want to earn more without paying a single penny as wage and that is why they are in love with cryptocurrency nowadays. Cryptocurrencies are on boom and they will give a better return at the same time. Which makes them super trendy nowadays.
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm very disappointed with myself. on: July 23, 2018, 02:37:27 AM
I'm extremely depressed about my impatience and persistence.
I'm a stupid man. Fuck myself.
I bought the ETC when its price was 15$, i kept it for three months, including when it down at 9$, I still don't sell, because i believe it. And when ETC rise to 15$. I sold everything and waited it down $ 13 to buy more. But, fuck myself, the next day it rise to fucking 30$, Are you kidding me?
I bought 5000 XRP from May, i still believe it, I bought more yesterday, I bought when its price was 0,00001610sts, and when it down 0,00001558, i afraid BTC up, XRP down. So i sold everything. And... This morning I woke up with a sense of chest not say words.

This is my mistake, definitely like that. I can't blame anyone.
I told myself, "The market is still there. Nothing to hurry"
I don't complain, i post here just relieve stress. I didn't  tell anyone about this, including my wife.
Thank for listening.
all of trader have to go through the bad period of investing like you at the moment. we are human so making a mistake is normal.
If we can't control our fear well or be patient. there are still more alternative investment like doing long-term investment.
to reduce that feeling we have to learn more about knowledge what we are investing. when you know it, you would handle all of situations.

It happens to anyone don’t worry because you are not alone. That is always a mistake to anybody in cryptocurrency business. At least you learn your lesson from it. So next time you will be able to do the right decision before selling your coin. But actually you have nothing to regret although you gain a small profit from your investment it is still a profit you are not lossing anyway. Just goodluck to your next investment.
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: BOUNTY HUNTERS,This is for you on: July 22, 2018, 09:18:38 PM
Hey there,

Wondering which criterias do you follow to pick a bounty where to participate?
Definitely should check the team, roadmap, whitepaper, but is there something specific that you consider before participating?

In addition to these port folio of team members and response of community to their project. All these things make overall ranking of a certain bounty. Expert reviews and investment also play an important factor for the selection. If you know except these do let me know as well..

I would prefer looking dor a bounty campaign that is managed by a reputable managers. And also an ICO tjat only last dor 2-3months. Those ICO that last more than that usually are scam projects. Yes, roadmap, whitepaper are also good basis in choosing an ICO but lately there are many fake ICO tjat have good toadmaps, whitepaper but atill end up scam because they are good in making fake roadmaps and whitepaper too. Better choose the reputable manager to avoid being scammed.

127  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To quit gambling is to quit yourself on: July 21, 2018, 07:18:51 AM
Its not easy to quit gambling, I have to agree that some people commit suicide because of this addiction but for me you cannot do this alone better to have someone that can be on your side in times like this. It takes time to do so, but if you really want to quit gambling you will start right now.

I don’t believe that this phrase is realistic “to quit gambling is to quit yourself “ because I believe the other way around. To quit gambling is to give more time to yourself and to your love ones. Having a good quality time to your children and spouse. Gambling becomes the center of your attention/attraction and forget the things that is more important and matters to you which the relationship with your family. Quit gambling is start living the true essence of your existence. That is the real and most valuable thing to do.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why hold ethereum on: July 21, 2018, 02:18:53 AM
I believe Ethereum has great potential in the world of cryptos. Its currently one of the best there is, in fact its only second to bitcoin in both Value and market cap, and out performs bitcoin in important sections such a the transaction rates, the technology upon which it operates is one of the best and it keeps improving.

The other reason being is that there are a lot of good projects getting built on Ethereum as a platform. This has resulted in the diversification of Ethereum's presence in the market. Because of this, its value will shoot in future, thanks to the the number of ICOs launching on its platform.

Fingers crossed, if any of the project becomes popular, hold this coin till that time and you will no regret.

Cheers!!

Hold ethereum because next to bitcoin ethereum is the second best and has the most promising future in the cryptocurrency business. Second most valuable coin and potentially expensive coin to invest in. Nothing can go wrong if we choose ethereum and hold for a long term. This will surely reward us with a huge amount of money in the future.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All Alt Coins are a scam. on: July 20, 2018, 02:17:17 PM
He claims that ETH, DASH, shit 99.5% of all the ALTS are scams and the only coin that will survive is Bitcoin.
I agree that DASH is a very weak coin, which has no future. It is used only for speculation. And such tokens as etherium, ripple and others will be used not only in the cryptomarket, but also in banks and other financial organizations.

There are lots of potential altcoins so I don’t believe that all altcoins are scam coins. Some maybe are just going through a little time to prove themselves. Just like bitcoin these altcoins too are having their own storms that needs to be experienced. And soon they will become more successful and profitable investment to everyone who owns them.

131  Economy / Speculation / Re: What to expect from Bitcoin in 2018? on: July 18, 2018, 02:34:40 PM
I await your reasonable arguments. Smiley Wink

Same with all bitcoin members I am too is expecting the best for bitcoin in 2018. That the price will rise and become stable like last years price or even higher than it. I hope the growth will continue to go up and steady. Now as we can see the market is slowly crawling up and we see green colors in bitcoin and other altcoins follows. This will be the beginning of the bitcoin rise together with other coins.
132  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why gambling is portrayed negatively almost everywhere? on: July 16, 2018, 07:39:10 AM
Because its a way for wasting money instead of making your money useful like spending it the right way. And gambling attracts greediness and all the negative things a gambler can do.
Sure, but it depends on the context: there are greedy people losing money, and unfortunately this is a majority and that is why it has such a general negative feedback. It is like with alcohol. There are abusers and they created all the bad press.

But there are also people who use it as a not-so-regular pleasure in a mild manner and I don't see anything wrong with it.

Gambling is portrayed negatively wherever in the society because it cause bad consequences to the people who don’t know how to control their gambling habit. Many families and relationships was broken because of gambling. It is also a reason to commit crime when an addicted gambler ran out of money to gamble. And mostly of the gamblers are also drunkard and lost their mind when drunk. That is why gamblers have negative impact in the society.
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Newbie bounty manager on: July 15, 2018, 02:02:41 PM
We all know that newbie accounts do not make people trust in the project, but anyway who knows if that i not a multiple account
Maybe it is just a manager who decided to work with a new account.

I guess the best way to understand if that is not a scam is to read all the documentation and try to connect with the team

I don't think the position/rank of the user in the forum is necessary because they maybe using a new account to bring their name but it doesn't mean they are new. They just want to bring the project name in the account name for branding. To think there are lots of high ranked account that are scamming so it is not the basis to tell is scam or not. It is the project itself that needs to evaluated and how viable is the said project to the public.
134  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does positive thinking affect your edge in gambling on: July 15, 2018, 01:29:22 PM
Some people think that strong feeling affect the outcome of your bet. But for me its all about luck., what do you think guys.

It depends what kind of game they are playing. If they play about dice, then luck is the only way to win the game but in cards it needs skills to win the game. Strong feeling is similar to say that we/you will be lucky within that day IMO.

For me yes, i believe it has a big effect in gambling because positive thinking will lead to a positive outcome. When you are gambling and you feel stressed you will be filled with negative energy which eventually becomes a reason to lose. But still it depends  on the kind of gambling game you will play.
135  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Who is selling some merit? on: July 15, 2018, 12:27:00 PM
Who is selling some merit? and how much is it?

None here is selling merits in any amount you can afford. You should not start a topic like this because it will lead to ruining your account. You can be red trusted or even banned. You can post anything other than this. Merit is not for  sell it is gained for having a good and constructive post in the forum. Do more research and try to read dos and don’ts so you will be guided accordingly.
136  Economy / Speculation / Re: For all those frustrated by the price on: July 15, 2018, 10:07:35 AM
You have a very cruel sense of humor. Those who have lost bitcoins, it is not funny. They're upset. So what do they need to go to McDuck to work now Huh?

Seems to me that if you are lossing money in bitcoin, there is McDonald outlet that is ready to help you. Lol, i don’t get it. But for me the point here is do not give up your job in exchange to to full time bitcoin because both can be done together it is just a matter of time management.
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: full-time cryptocurrency on: July 15, 2018, 06:47:54 AM
Is it good to leave my job to dedicate myself to full-time cryptocurrency?
in case you have enough money for a rainy day and in case you need to cope with some troubles, so i think you shoyld think

It is not advisable to leave a job to do full time crypto because we don't know if crypto is always there. There are lots of corrections to do to regulate crypto around the globe. Other government in different countries have different adaptation and reaction to crypto. We don't know what lies in the future of this business. So just keep your job and do crypto if you have vacant time in the day. Just to make your income is stable in a monthly basis.
138  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What does bitcoin need to improve? on: July 12, 2018, 11:02:45 PM
I can clearly see that there are other cryptocurrencies that are beginning to dethrone bitcoin, showing off there quick and secured transactions, though bitcoin continues to be the king. What does bitcoin need to improve state your opinions.

I think bitcoin needs to improve its volatility to make it more profitable. And second, it needs to improve its transaction fees because it is very expensive to do transfers. And lastly, bitcoin needs to improve the speed in transactions transfer because it takes a long time to send and receive payment. So far those are the things very important to be improved in bitcoin.
139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Token goes down. Wait or sell? on: July 12, 2018, 02:36:26 PM
Hello everyone!

We all know that the situation with market is not that good as we want it to be. Thus it affects a lot of ICO projects. On the one hand people don't invest in coin so much money as they did last year. On the other bounty hunters sell tokens fast and the price goes very low. That is why some projects prefer list their token on Idex first. They want to see how a coin plays on market.

And what investors should do in such situation? Sell all they have for small money or wait until a token will go up?

I'm asking as a person working in such project. After ICO token price went down (KCY, I'm sure you heard of it). And It is interesting to know investor's opinion about such situation.

What is your idea?

I think holding is the best thing to do. Sometimes being too afraid to lose money from investing will likely lost it. We know cryptocurrency business is risky so we should have been ready before we started investing. Bitcoin price is not always bad sooner or later it will slowly begin to pull up and we will see all good things about holding our coins for a better gain.
