I should re-iterate that your ETN has never been at risk and no ETN or ETN earnings have been lost through this delay. If your payment failed at any time in the past, it will automatically be re-tried until you get it. We understand your frustration if payouts have been slow, but we've only just come out of BETA and this has been a great test of the payout system, uncovering some bugs that needed fixing. At some point there will be an increase in the payout threshold, which will help to reduce the number of blockchain transactions. We've kept it deliberately low at 10 ETN to stress test the system and find the weak points before our corporate partners go live. We are rolling out an app update soon that gives more notifications about the mining payments, making it easier to understand and follow. Yesterday we had over 125,000 miners at some point during 24 hours - but we only saw 77,000 miners live at any one time. With that information, and the fact that Apple have still pushed back on the iPhone app, we would like to ask YOU, our community to answer a quick poll about the mobile miner, which could enable us to find a solution for Apple iPhone users and developing world users that have limited internet access. The miner currently has to work in the background of your phone and you need to ensure you always have internet access. Yes, it does! Just check it regularly, for example if you switch places - home, school/university/work and so on if it is still mining. I, for example, have some issues with the miner when I switch places and I still cannot understand why, but everytime I leave the office or my place I need to restart the miner. I am constantly on mobile data, dunno what's causing this issue. Thanks I let the app run and went back to check and it was stopped to I had to restart it I whish they would fix it I'd like to leave it run while I'm working I don't have time to keep checking it This issue is with some users, I'm using ETN app on 4 phones and mined almost 800 ETN in 15 days. I'm sure they will fix it, actually nowadays they are working on the transaction system |

Correctly and have made that would delete your branch. Mobile mining is a Scam. I don't know where you get stats on 80,000 users. I don't believe there are so many stupid people. Perhaps you are focusing on the statistics of users who have downloaded your application. But I'm sure most of them have already removed the app.

The ETN miner is indeed nice for awareness but you won't earn anything meaningless using it. I have tried mining with a powerful smartphone (octa core + 8GB ram) but it doesn't compare to any PC/laptop that you can buy with the money you would pay for the smartphone. I was able to get about 40 h/s, any mid range PC/Laptop would get you at least 80 - 100 h/s just by mining it with your CPU. Throw in a second-hand GPU and you'll be making a lot more. How can you say that we can not earn anything, I have earned ETN worth 20$ in just 15 days from my phone. That means I will get ETN worth 40$ a month. The price of ETN is also rising day by day. That will be a good benefit for me if I continue my Mobile Miner in same way. Many users are earning more than me because of their phone capabilities. So I recommend ETN mobile miner. It is giving less but it is giving 100% my friend. |

We did not talk bad about the Proxy team nor will we. At the outset after their ICO, we connected with them and thought they would fit perfectly into our ecosystem; they would provide a wallet. They helped us with this so we helped them – with marketing, promotion, etc. Over the last few weeks, questions were raised regarding security of the wallet, but sincerely none of their devs acknowledged those concerns. We’re not saying they were security issues, but rather questions regarding security. The communication was unfortunately somehow one-sided. Thereafter, we had realized that we had been recommending a wallet to our community of which we have no insights. Several attempts to have a conference call sincerely failed.
At this point, our Team agreed to go separate ways, and to end the partnership civilly, since we did not want to confuse our holders or damage either team’s reputation in any way. Well, it turns out that the separation was not executed with the best intentions by Proxy. We are really sorry for this and apologize for all the confusion.
Anyhow, we do try to see the good things. We have now woken up, and will make our own wallet which we can ensure everything is secured and we have control, since we have the responsibility toward you, our investors. We’ve hired a professional Team for this as well we have professionals in our core team who are setting up a secure server infrastructure that will be needed.
Due to all dramas, we are no longer willing to spend our time, money or ideas as volunteers, or get treated poorly by people, for whom we contribute.
