I still hope that btc will reach $8000 before December. Although at the rate it is going it can hardly reach $7000. All the negative issues should be addressed soon so that at least the market can somehow recover.

I really like Telegram, but it's true that everyone shoud be very carefully there. Scammers are really doing everything to get your money and first rule on Telegram would be not so send money anywhere. Especially if someone PMs you to send money this is obvious it's a scammer.
Some scammers also impersonate admins of ICOs, so always check their username and if someone PMs you and say he is an admin of an ICO it's almost 100% a scammer.
Yea, that's true. It is easy to act like someone you are not on Telegram. Same on Twitter. Before sending someone money, make sure they are the someone they say they are  |

This! I would also add that there are simply too many ICO's going on at the same time and it is really hard for people to find the right one for them which they trust their money with. it's because:
a) founders of ICOs are scammers
b) founders of ICOs don't know anything about what they are doing
c) there are some extra costs and project can't work for long time
d) projcets product is useless and nobody needs it
e) some other random reason

Right now it is best to just listen to real people and ask for their own take, like maybe people in this forum. Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram people... well sometimes, you never know if they are "real" people in there.

There is an agency I know that has a great reputation in the crypto space and they are dedicated to crypto projects, ICO's etc - Savii Digital - you can find them here - www.saviidigital.comI think it is important that people know which agencies to trust in ICO and blockchain business. I agree that there should be a list of good companies. However, the enemy must be known in person. So there should be a list of bad companies too. I propose here to make it up, agree? It all starts with the reason why you want to quit. If the motivation is strong, then it is much easier to do so. Also, smoking is a habit, try to find something to do instead of smoking.

I have found that money is not the best motivator. It can be at first. But when the time goes by, the money matters less and less, then other factors start to gain momentum. Like job itself, colleagues, bosses, working conditions etc.
Edit: I think the majority of people are bad at self-motivation. So, business owners should be paying close attention to keeping workers motivation high.

As OP said, there are some indicators, like the housing market. The housing market was booming before 08 crash, the same thing is happening right now in many countries. That might be something to keep your eye on. Though every crash has their own face.
