Please, anyone had made his/her points, can we move on?
I'm starting to wish pirate stop his business just so we can move on more productive attitudes/discussions.
And please, ponzi detractors, don't let the "I know better than others" attitude make you wish for a central authority to regulate bitcoin. The whole point of bitcoin is to get rid of those central authorities (at least in monetary matters). Everyone has to assume the consequences of his/her acts, that's freedom. GLBSE or forum moderators aren't responsible for anyone investments in Pirate's business, whatever it is. I invested some coins in it because I think I know what pirate is doing. If it turns out to be scam, I AM SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MY LOSSES. Nefario isn't, bitcointalk isn't, just me. Your attitude is exactely where central states step in to "correct our mistakes" because they know better, and we end up in an economy where so many parasites organize their legal racket at the expense of the people.

From the Summons: NOTICE! You have been sued. The court may decide against you without your being heard unless you respond within 30 days. Read the information below.
You have 30 CALENDAR DAYS after the summons and legal papers are served on you to file a written response at this court and have a copy served on the plaintiff. A letter or phone call will not protect you. Is there a chance the Intersango guys might not respond within 30 days? If so, what would happen in this case? Clearly that notice isn't showing them any fucking respect, so its doubtful they will respond.

First off congrats on the new gig.
can you tell us when the last FPGA singles will be made/shipped and all lines moved over to the new ASICs will start?
Can you tell us the initial shipment planes for ASICs? e.g. start shipping as soon as the first one comes off the line, or create a decent stock and ship out 200pcs the first day.

Not yet.
Translation: "I want to buy bitcoins at < $10 for the next year" Not really. Not counting my house, most of my net worth is in BTC already. Sure, it would be nice, but we're not there yet. Translation: "I'm thinking about selling my house and buying bitcoins and being homeless for the next year while i await becoming a billionaire" Sweet! I just got me a new retirement plan...

Question. I have a deposit with weekly payout. If I have a pending payout today, can I withdrawal that deposit and get the interest for the week, or do I need to withdrawal it the day after I get the interest?
If it shows pending weekly payment then you are ok to put your withdrawal request in. Thanks for your business. Thanks. Withdrawal request sent and both the weekly interest and the deposit amount show as pending now. Pleasure doing business with you, I still have several other deposits and will do business again for sure.

I would say that one condition be that the loan is paid direct to the people owed rather than sent to TheBitMan to distribute. Might be a little extra work, but would prevent a (low chance, but still possible) double con.

Pretty much any mining bond/stock on GLBSE pays out 1.25-2.5% per week. Are all of them scams as well?

I've set aside 100 bitcoins for this or another similar car project if one comes along. Whenever I can buy a car with those 100 bitcoins I will.

If he has the cash we can help. The question is will PayPal allow the funds to be withdrawn to his bank account? If his account is indeed frozen they won't and it will likely be 180 days. If PayPal is directing the funds back to his bank account on record there may be options.
Assuming he has or can get the cash we are willing to sell to him at cost and even cover any cost to get us the funds. TheBitMan just needs to get certified funds to our account. Acceptable methods are bank wire, cashier's check send by overnight mail to our business address, or cash/cashier's check deposit at any Bank Of America branch. If TheBitMan provides us a list of people he owes, the amounts and bitcoin addresses (obtained from each creditor) we can disburse the funds owed directly.
Our cost: nothing. We will even cover the origination cost of a bank wire or cashier's check. Happy to act as a trusted third party and build some good PR.
I think we should do this. Can we all agree to it? I agree. All TheBitMan needs to do is get the money out of his PP account, get certified funds, and take the certified funds to BofA and deposit it OR if not BofA is available once he has the certified funds just mail the check to TC. Works for me. Just tell me what info is needed from me.

I'm fine with my money going thru Tangible Cryptography LLC Done business with them before in the past.
This option works for me as well. Just let me know how you are doing the transfer, and when, and I'll provide whatever details are needed to complete.
