I get the the project and is cool and all but I wonder who is your main target people who will invest. You don't need small investments you need people with deep pockets right? Are those mainly from tech industry or real estate industry, private family offices or ?

In the current phase (private period) we are mostly targeting HNWIs and family offices yes. But we believe our ELES token will be interesting also for crowd “with not so deep pockets” as you stated. This is because of many reasons but to name a few of them - utilization possibilities of ELES tokens (i.e. renting RE for holidays) and token economics that is reducing active tokens in circulation.

We got some news from London. As you know Mr. Silič was again in London for several meetings and follow-ups from last week’s Investors lunch together with our advisor, Mr. Sanjeet. He talked to several private contributors, family offices, and received more positive feedback on our project and potential cooperations. Meetings will continue after documents on our project go through their extensive due diligence. Reflection on the value growth of the ELES token A small part of the crowd sale funds will go to the development of the platform, while the majority will be distributed to building the real estate portfolio. With the increase of real estate over a period of time, more and more properties will become available for rent and sale. We only have a KYC for individuals that have to prove their identity with an identification document (i.e. passport). If there is contribution over company we need to get final UBO (ultimate benefeciary owner). so we have to do just one whitelist and KYC and that's it if i understand right at https://elementsestates.io Exactly right!

Real platform will look exactly like prototype or will you do some modifications? For now we are following the timeline. Following the timeline, the ELES platform completion is planned in June 2019. So there will be some modifications and developments regarding the platform. And maybe another 'work in progress' version along the way.
