In the following step, properties from our portfolio will go to the market (for sale or rent), where the ELES tokens will be the only mean of payment. We see this as a lot of multinational companies is setting their headquarters for this region in Croatia. Besides this, Croatia has also a lot of business development potential still not exploited so this will drive also the demand of commercial real estate. The tourism segment is Slovenia is rapidly expanding only last few years. There is not so much absolute potential as in Croatia but the relative potential is still very big. From this point of view, the touristic real estate sector might be a bit more interesting in Slovenia than commercial but still, we are witnessing also a strong presence of more and more foreign companies establishing their headquarters in Slovenia. In a way this is a win-win situation for touristic and commercial RE in this case
