It really depends on what your comfortable spot is. But what I can say is that Binance are making smart moves which will drive more users to use them, which is listing projects that already has an actual product. I guess that investors already woke up with the reality that Bitcoin will always get them the profits they wanted and its gonna be difficult achieving that in altcoins. Though there are altcoins that are proving to go on an upward trend because of them having an actual user base of millions within their network. It's always great to see coins being independent and not rely on Bitcoin anymore for their growth.

True, with so much FUD going on in different platforms, true quality projects and coins with the help of being listed in big exchanges like Binance will always deliver and prove their doubters wrong by a showing them a huge spike in their market value. Remember that its how Bitcoin started, so many people looked at it as a bubble but look at them now saying that its their safe haven after having major issues in stocks.

In terms of exchanges, Binance will always be the King of them all, but there are still a lot of good ones out there like Kucoin, LAToken, etc. They're making small moves that will not just benefit their client, but themselves in the long run such as them listing COS that is a part of actual products for somehow the first time. Volume in Binance is also super huge compared to other exchanges, they did not let the recent FUD affect them at all.
