As someone who lives in NY and personally watched the towers burn for days, i find it hard to believe the conspiracy theories. The suffering and death was clearly an act of complete hatred meant to kill and maim as many as possible. I knew 5 people who died that day. One just died a year ago due to exposure to the toxic dust.

This was the result of using contra exercises to preserve natural dexterity. If one spent 20 minutes punching a bag full of ball bearings, one needed to spend the next 20 minutes avoiding the loss of mobility. Very cool. Still to this day, once or twice a year Dan Inosanto comes to town and does a weekend long seminar. He was one of Bruce Lee’s closest friends and training partner. He has a lot of great stories about Lee. |

We need to be clear here. There is fat loss and weight loss. As someone who walks around at 205lbs and regularly gets down to 185 and 175 for competitions, there is a huge difference.
To lose weight you drink less water, and eat less carbs.
To lose fat you exercise multiple times a day, keep a strict low carb/High protein diet,and strength train.
The bottom line is I know people who work out 7 days a week and look like shit.
I also know people who never work out and look great.
Diet is the most important factor here.
