Hello dypper, The answer was already provided multiple times: Your bets don't require to be restored since they were lost within the rules. I've seen their banner at CMC. I don't know why they promote a scam site, they have to do at least a little research before advertising on any website. Don't fall into their trap, do your own research before playing on this platform.

We are sorry to see that you have a negative point of view even before using our services, and complaints in this thread don't help to lift it, we understand. I used same payment method, same device, same network.
I sent an email to security and support. Saying hello this is a new duplicate account. Their answer, they couldn't detect it as duplicated account because they don't require any information looool
I guess they will not spend time looking into your account if you don't start winning big. It will only trigger if your account is active and of course you are winning consistently, that might be investigated and you will be discovered using a duplicate account which can lead to closing of your account and freezing your funds. You are right. I'm collecting evidences of all of this. Shame on it |

We believe it's a usual thing that most of the complaints are coming from newbie accounts, which means there will be more restored newbie complaints than others.
All the cases are getting investigated, and deposits are being restored if not withdrawn yet. Those cases that are not getting restored shows only that a player has already withdrawn an amount that equals to his deposits.
There are players on this forum who play with us without having any troubles.
But no one is protected from making a mistake, and to protect our fair players we will keep being active on this forum.

Hello SimpleMachin34, only the security team has access to your transactions history. As a part of neighborhood department i can ask them to check specified info just to make sure. Also, i can ask them to double-check in case there was a mistake. But our security team usually resolve cases without an internal request. Don't expect a quick answer and a quick action on your issues with so many complaints it will take a long time before yours will be resolved, I don't expect new complaints because there are already so many complaints on 1xbit, but people like you did not do proper research on where to deposit and play.

And if a player have withdrawn in total more than he deposited - that means there are nothing to refund. It is simply bad. Their security department doesnt answer a single email.
They are simply free to close any account at any moment without giving any reason. They don't argue, they don't hear. It is simple scam.

I'm wondering since 1xbit is a bit active in their thread and I'm seeing more and more complaints about the site, does some of the concerns here have been really solved? or just OP explaining about their violation and withheld the funds still?

Your case was investigated by our security team, and the answer was already provided. I'm curious why aren't my duplicated accounts closed and bets voided/returned?
What about this promise?
We have stated it in our previos message: 1) There are no violations committed, defense system freeze an account due to suspicious activities. After a manual investigation the account will be restored along with the funds.
Support team doesn't have access to the investigation details. Thus, they expect the first scenario to happen.

I was scammed by 1xbit.com that didn't follow their own rules. My account was closed due to duplicated registration (that is true) and they said my bets were solved with 1:1 odds. I had no winnings in any of my accounts so it is impossible to had profit or neutral balance. They owe me my deposited sum minus the withdraw sum that is over 430mBT. I contacted support via chat and they told me contact Security Department. That department never answers to a single email of me. "We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."
