After they confirmed you can withdraw your balance, what's the status now? Did you able to get back your deposit? As long as they are still actively promoting outside the forum and there are some paid review websites out there the 1xbit from others are still good especially for new players who are looking for crypto bookmakers and they are the ones are immune to 1xbit scam but.
We can't control that. At least, reviews from the community here in Bitcointalk is more powerful compare to just referring to a review sites. I admire those gambling-related service websites that considered 1Xbit reputation as untrustworthy e.g BTCGOSU , bestodds.ai etc. |

You are a disgrace for the forum how you treat customers. The only one you help is yourself, by always using the same pattern. Customers deposit, when they lose their money no Terms are voided and the winnings are confiscated by 1xbit. I have some critical questions as well for your policy, but I know you are not going to answer these. For example: Why is 1xbit not blocking any country to acces your page, while 1xbet and other white label sites from betb2b are? Is the Gaming commission in Curacao aware of your scam activities? |

my 1xbit account has been closed without knowing the reason. after sending an email, I got 1 answer and then they ignored me. there is still 290 mbtc on it and I can't get to it anymore ..

Unfortunately, not a player only could be deceived. We didn't take a bit of the user's money, he managed to withdraw every penny he deposited. You are not here to solve cases, you are here to manipulate users so you can scam them again.
The way you "solve" cases is by closing accounts, and return the deposit. And the money that is won by users, is confiscated by 1xbit (for faked argument that the terms have been void)
But, if a user loses a lot of money, then there is no breach of the terms.
Why do you let people access the site from countries that are not allowed from the License of Curacao? Should we Write an official letter to Betb2b?
