what time zone is the 21 of december decentralization deadline in?
I'm in NZ but I'll probably be working into the night tomorrow to finish up all the documentation. We haven't set an exact timezone or time but it will all be released on 21 December at some point. We are on track! Not long to go now  |

I have been following that story as well, just another example of the government for the rich. To fight counterfeiting, the government chose to devalue it's working poor. Nav Coin hosted a Conference in Auckland, New Zealand on the 14th of December and streamed their feature roadmap for 2017. The biggest news from the event was the announcement that Nav Coin is officially partnering with cryptocurrency exchange Changelly. In what is undoubtedly a world first, Changelly and Nav Coin will combine their strengths to create a service to anonymize all cryptocurrencies on the Changelly platform called ‘NAVTech Polymorph.’

To consolidate the NAVTech system we want to merge the Nav Coin and Subchain software into one multichain wallet. We will then bring the NAVTech processing scripts into the wallet itself to make the wallet itself capable of being a standalone NAVTech anonymous transaction processor.
That's pretty snazzy. There'll probably be more anonymizing server clusters on the network, that way, making it more secure. Thanks! Yeah we're keen to streamline the setup and make being a NAVTech processor as accessible as being a Nav Coin user. |

For anyone who missed this news from the conference. We will be publishing a press release about decentralisation as soon as possible. NAVTech Decentralisation Date Set For 21 December 2016
On December 21 2016 we will decentralise the administration of the Navtech network by making the Subchain and NAVTech processing scripts publicly available and operational.
Users will have the option to use official Nav Coin Navtech Servers, switch completely to a 3rd party service or use a mixture of servers. In the later case, the software will randomly pick which network the transaction goes through.
Each cluster will have a public rating; users can upvote / downvote the cluster as well as leave feedback. This feedback and rating system will alert other users to possible scams, long wait times, high fees or hopefully the reliable service they received.

If NAV Dev team said Decentralization will be launch on the 21st why doubt?
If I tell u bruce willis is a tranny and will reveal it on bitcoin december 27 13:13:13 UTC by posting pics of his tram cucumber, right in the announcement section, would u doubt it? Why would anyone give a rats ass if it is the 21st, 22nd, 23rd etc? If the Dev team can get their forecast right within +/- 10 days I will be impressed. I'm hoping that there is a glitch and they miss the 21st so that Team Moron will bring the price down and I can buy more. I think that bruce willis revealing proof of being a tranny on bitcointalk forums is more likely to happen than this team building their anon tech before dec 21. From our testing withdrawing NAV from polo is working fine, but deposits get stuck.
If you have this problem, send the TX-ID in a support ticket to Poloniex.
I don't know what is happening with them but the fact that withdraw works makes me wonder.
