121  Economy / Marketplace / Re: [RAFFLE] 50Gh 1 week mining contract - 7 days left! on: April 21, 2012, 12:10:58 AM
To be honest, I suspect this will be a losing venture, but kudos for trying it in any case.

That's part of the fun of this, we just don't know how it's going to turn out.  The only certainty is that someone who bought 1 or more tickets is going to be more than 220 btc richer at the end of the mining contract. Wink

I'm a sad panda too, but I'm sure pirate is working on stuff and we'll be doing public work soon.
123  Economy / Marketplace / Re: [RAFFLE] 50Gh 1 week mining contract - 7 days left! on: April 20, 2012, 08:23:56 PM
Don't forget that by the time the auction ends difficulty should change, and it looks like almost a 5% decrease.  That would be another 10 btc+ in rewards from the 1 week contract.  Smiley
124  Economy / Marketplace / Re: [RAFFLE] 50Gh 1 week mining contract - 7 days left! on: April 20, 2012, 07:04:33 PM
Some is going to have a nice payday.  What would you do with an extra 220+ btc Wink
125  Economy / Securities / Re: [GLBSE] Bitbond 20Gh/s - the only 110% PPS mining bond on: April 20, 2012, 07:01:26 PM
There's a ton of airflow, so it's quite close to outside air temperature.  Lately it's been in the 50's F and 40's at night.  Inside it might be like 60-65F
126  Economy / Securities / Re: [GLBSE] Bitbond 20Gh/s - the only 110% PPS mining bond on: April 20, 2012, 05:59:14 PM
22,000 cfm - oh my lord!

Smiley  Yeah, my data center blows - literally!
127  Economy / Securities / Re: [GLBSE] Bitbond 20Gh/s - the only 110% PPS mining bond on: April 20, 2012, 05:36:39 PM
Excellent pic -- you definitely need height in your mining room for the heat to escape...  Grin

Also love the drum fan - that is being added to my arrangement as well!

I had considered a couple of options before getting the drum fan.  This one pulls in 22,000 cfm of fresh air (which is quite cool here in the pacific northwest).  Temps have been great ever since I installed it
128  Economy / Securities / Re: [GLBSE] Bitbond 20Gh/s - the only 110% PPS mining bond on: April 20, 2012, 04:38:28 PM
Updates:

1) Verification on GLBSE has been completed

2) I will be offering up the remainder of round 2 bonds on Sunday, 4/22.  I will also likely be expanding the offering to 40Gh/s.  More info to come.

3) If you're interested in what >100Gh/s that backs this bond looks like, here you go Wink

129  Economy / Lending / Re: 210 of 300 btc in loan/loans needed for 2 weeks on: April 19, 2012, 07:15:50 PM
Did you still need loans?

For now I think I'm good.  I'll post a new thread if I'm looking for some.  Might need a loan in a week or so.
130  Economy / Lending / Re: 300 btc of loan/loans needed for 2 weeks on: April 19, 2012, 04:29:01 PM

Recently, if you've been mining on GPUmax and have your price set more than 10% below purchase price, what percentage of your shares are being leased?

Let me know if you decide to part it out.  I'd definitely take the GPU and CPU.  Plus, I'm in Seattle, so you're quite close Wink

PM'd you
138  Economy / Services / Re: GPUMAX | The Bitcoin Mining Marketplace on: April 17, 2012, 01:37:34 AM
I wish we had more insight into what is going on on the demand side.  I can sent my price per share down to 0.00004 and I'm still not leasing any shares, which probably means that there's a hold up on the demand side.  It would be good to know if your price is too high or if demand is help up because purchases are pending.
139  Economy / Services / Looking to buy a 30-day mining contract on: April 16, 2012, 04:34:11 AM
For a couple of projects that I'm working on, I am looking to buy a mining contract.  The more hashes the better, provided you can deliver.  Only stipulation is that it would need to be pointed at a pool of my choosing.
