121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XST] Stealth-Coin.com | Tor | StealthText | BlockNet | PoD 5+ on: April 18, 2017, 07:17:35 AM
Interested in buying into XST; especially at this price. Integration with BlockNet is a plus.

What does the Slack community look like? What are the development plans for this crypto? Looks like everyone is out to lunch?

Any new innovations in the pipeline?

Just keep an eye on this thread and XST Twitter page. I think if there is any news - it's going to be huge Smiley

Stop trolling.  This coin is death one guy have 10 btcs on bittrex stealth to sell then coin will be delisted... dump this troll xst if you dont want lose everything

Fudding does not work here anymore like in case of BRK. Both coins have found their bottom level long ago.

To those who don`t know:
XST dev is Bittrex verified which gives him more credibility: https://bittrex.com/home/markets
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [BRK] Breakout Chain | Coin Sale Complete | Multicurrencies | Gaming + eSports on: April 16, 2017, 07:30:32 PM
If you look back at my post history, you will see that I correctly 'predicted' the long-term BRK/BRX dump.

After some news, I'm back with another 'prediction'..from this point on, both BRK & BRX will be some of the highest rated alts by ROI% by the end of the year. I have yet to be wrong. Maybe it's time for some 'angry' folks here to stop the intentional FUD to get some cheap coins? You can only play stupid for so long...

Looks like FUD does not work here anymore. BRK seems to find its bottom 2-3 months ago. Time to go long!
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Blocknet] The internet of blockchains | XBridge | true cross-chain P2P on: April 16, 2017, 07:25:11 PM
Crypto hunter I agree, I think Blocknet will easily surpass $5, When the Launch happens and all goes well. I think it will be in $150.00 range. Look at monero it's about $20 right now with a supply of 14,304,185 and doesn't have Blocknet tech. What would this trade at with the market cap of monero $292,257,378 ?

With its decentralized exchange platform BLOCK will be one of those very few coins which have real world usage.

Another real life application of BLOCK will be utilizing Blocknet platform for rendering services through various blockchains.

haha yeah your right almost forgot Tongue I also have to get moving clean the house before the girlfriend is coming and sees this mess Roll Eyes

Really curious about what he has to say on the differences between block, ark and waves

Happy Eastern everybody

Regarding ARK, I just read the relevant section on inter-chain tech ("Smartbridge") in their whitepaper, browsed Bitcointalk, and elsewhere, and I can see no mention of their actual technical approach, of the security scenario, and/or of what services this tech can actually support. This doesn't mean it's bad tech - for all I know it's great - but from what I can see it's essentially a system of "dumb oracles" by which a node on one chain can be informed of a state change on another chain.

That is, it doesn't look like a system that can achieve "trustless" monetised inter-chain service delivery, but I'm open to being corrected.

Regarding waves, it's just a coloured coin approach. As such, as a trader, you'd have to deposit your coins for some underlying token in order to trade. This does not decentralise deposits. Additionally it requires you to trust some manner of intermediary to redeem your coloured coins for a real coin when you want to withdraw. My opinion on this is that if you're building a decentralised exchange, the main objective is to provide an alternative to having to trust some intermediary with your coin deposits. Coloured coins cannot achieve that, and so I cannot consider any exchange of this type a decentralised one.

Thanks a lot dude for this statement so this mean Block has no serious competition in this area right now. Block has very limited supply than it will skyrocket to the moon very soon and take it place where it has to be at the moment.

Blocknet is currently the only truly decentralized exchange!

Block is still under the radar and development has entered in final phases. Once the date for hard fork is announced there will be just uptrend in market. Block will be among top 10 markets in no time as market is reacting very fast now when things are out.

What are u talking about? Development? It's non-present, don't u think so? how can it enter into a phase. Two years have passed, what now? Nothing. Arc borrowed its concept and vision of bridged chains from blocknets whitepaper and is moving upwards non-stop while being a dummy coin. Whereas blocknet scam remain lethargic.

You don`t know what you are talking about! The BLOCK tech is ready and is currently public tested.
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Blocknet] The internet of blockchains | XBridge | true cross-chain P2P on: April 13, 2017, 06:19:18 PM
Very unique indeed. When the whales realize what this means, it'll be an awesome sight to see.

How many exchanges require proof of identity? Not this one.

Withdrawal limits? Nope.

Send thousands of dollars worth of the crypto of your choice to a third party. Ha, that'll be in the past.

Looking forward to the future.

Good points. Unlike centralized exchanges BLOCK`s dx:
1) will not have any ID requirement that is it will be anonymous.
2) will not have any limits on trades, withdrawals, deposits.
3) will be 100% secure and safe. No worries someone will scam you and runs away with your coins.

Also note that dx is only 1 pillar of Blocknet. Blocknet also has another feature: it will be a bridge between multiple blockchains, Dapps, services!
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Blocknet] The internet of blockchains | XBridge | true cross-chain P2P on: April 08, 2017, 10:08:17 AM
Was there an ICO ? what was the price ?
If not, how was the Blocknet coins distributed ?

Thx !

There was an ITO (Initial token offer). BLOCK is a token not a coin.

ITO took place in November 2014 and the development of the project began asap the ITO finished.

BLOCK`s ITO price was 25.000 satoshis (around $ 0.085 at that time).

The project is gaining more and more attention. More and more people are joining BLOCK slack channel.

Public testing is going live very soon. Enjoy!

Bull mode.. time

http://coinmarketcap.com/charts/

then click the 26 billion market cap at the top

Bitcoin`s market share is currently under 70%. This percentage will slowly diminish with the time as there are better coins/tokens/project on the market.

134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP at the top 3 of Market Capitalizations - Ripple 79.03% Up in last 24h on: March 31, 2017, 10:51:09 AM
Because there are a finite number of XRP and contrary to the belief no more can be created. Each time a wallet is created 20 XRP are locked as a reserve and for each transaction a small number of XRP are destroyed

Number is finite yes, but 2/3 was not given avay yet but it will be in upcoming years.

These 2/3 coins are not going to be dumped on the market asap. They will be locked in beneficiaries`s accounts for a certain period in order to avoid price crash.

While BTC`s future is uncertain, people began converting their BTC to Litecoins.
the future is uncertain ( for the weak hands)  ^^ . Bitcoin wont fork. Litecoin = pump&dump

Nobody guarantees that BTC won`t fork.
136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Litecoin - a lite version of Bitcoin. Launched! on: March 30, 2017, 12:54:11 PM
Litecoin is pumping because people are realizing it's the perfect hedge against a bitcoin hardfork.

Yup, exactly. While BTC`s future is uncertain, people began converting their BTC to LTC.

We'll see whether we can capture some videos (or at the very least, screenshots) of decentralised exchange transactions.

Any suggestions as to software that does video screen captures well?

What is progress of this latest testing waiting to see some exiting videos of this amazing achievement. We need some awesome news at this stage to get more attention from the people who believe in bright future.

Minor update: a Linux build is being verified now.
