Dear friends of BC Casino

Due to a corrupted wallet all pending withdrawals from the last 24hours just went out at the moment.

We are very sorry for this delay but restoring the blockchain was extremely time consuming!

Should any of you still have unprocessed withdrawals please contact me directly or our finance support.

Thank you for your patience and your ongoing trust in BC Casino.

thank you for adding bc casino to your exclusive bitcoin gambling list!

great idea and surely helpful to players to get a global overview of the bitcoin gambling world.

keep on the great work and maybe extend the criteria list with more player relevant information i.e bonus amount given, US players accepted, instant automated deposit and cashout...
124  Economy / Gambling / Re: OFFICIAL | BC Casino Thread on: April 15, 2012, 04:05:19 PM
thank you mem! great idea.

you might want to mention that we are the only bitcoin casino with a live dealer roulette.

check bullet number 14. http://calvinayre.com/2011/12/27/business/calvin-ayre-2012-gambling-industry-predictions/

Extract:
14. ANONYMOUS PAYMENT SYSTEMS: This will be the year a modified version of Bitcoin hits the net. Someone is going to figure out how to make this work and when they do, all the anti-gambling, over-regulating authoritarian governments will be exposed as emperors without clothes. It might not be obvious that this is even happening at first, since these systems are by definition stealthy affairs.
127  Economy / Gambling / Re: OFFICIAL | BC Casino Thread on: March 31, 2012, 05:11:02 PM
Thank you for posting back.

I would be happy to offer a 10 BTC bounty to solve this issue as it's truly annoying and some of our customers are not aware that it's not their address. They also have no chances to see it they do own the address or not. We are having this issue with two exchangers and none would refund the wrongly assigned transactions. One even told us the address we send back the winnings to is owned by another customer!

Please post this bounty in the dev forum you surely can better explain the issue.

Kind regards
Brian
128  Economy / Gambling / Re: OFFICIAL | BC Casino Thread on: March 31, 2012, 03:42:27 PM
I will accept the refund if it is still offered.

You may send to the address in my sig. If/When it is received I will note that here.

I cannot find any record in any mail account of your response(s). Your mails were marked "important" in my gmail.

IMO, You should not accept deposit from MtGox green addresses - IIRC I sent from one. (Mt.Gox expressed serious frustration to me about bc-casino over the w/d to sending addresses issue)

I would be curious to see your testing data from TST. My historical record at blackjack is significantly different than my record in your casino.

I found it a very disheartening experience. $50 usually lasts me a minimum of all night, but in your game it lasted far far less.

Either way, I do very much appreciate the response here. Thank you.

Dear Guruvan

Sure the refund is still offered and was processed back to your wallet address 1LWGDvYJTiKhZGTvv2sp8XJCv6q1rcamBs TRN:26155d9ea22cf30733c95eec2a070b2a2db163f1030c5ec313d38c21f2746565.

What truly disturb me is that Mt.gox and another exchanger decide to not refund or send back the funds that were send to their address and that clearly do not belong to them. We gave them prove that we send the players fund and simply asked them to return back the amount but they decided to ignore our request and keep the funds for themselves! It's not our style to discuss this kind of issues publicly but now that you raised it up I also wanted to point this fact. We end up paying players twice to keep our customer happy and the exchangers keep the bitcoins and do not refund them.

I like your idea not to accept deposits from known green addresses but we honestly have no ideas how to refuse incoming deposits to our wallet. If any knowledgeable bitcoin expert developers could confirm this to be possible we would be glad to implement it.

This was the last email we send you after two previous email conversations from our support email. Please check your SPAM folder for it

Dear Mr XXXX

We can confirm this to be the transaction in question as these addresses as well as the transaction number is listed in our wallet.

{
    "amount" : -3.30000000,
    "fee" : -0.00050000,
    "confirmations" : 725,
    "txid" : "19f889a9fcee58a879e03e1e1f84db0d4006a1f137cb8584b6d542ea08d23a46",
    "time" : 1331332082,
    "details" : [
        {
            "account" : "",
            "address" : "1LNWw6yCxkUmkhArb2Nf2MPw6vG7u5WG7q",
            "category" : "send",
            "amount" : -3.30000000,
            "fee" : -0.00050000
        }
    ]
}

Please let us know if we can be of further help.

In the meantime we have taken your critic seriously and have improve the checkout process to warn customers to verify the address the payout will be processed to.

Due to security and regulation purposes we do not process withdrawals to new unknown addresses. In cases where you are not the owner of the depositing address we would require you to contact our support or finance team.

We hope that you will be able to claim this transfer at Mtgox otherwise ask them to transfer back this payment to the sender address we will then transfer it back to your wallet.

Should Mtgox not react we will refund you 3.30 BTC to show you are appreciation to have you as one of our customer.

Keep us updated of any progress.

Best regards
BC Casio Support

you are bc-casino.com? If so,

I have to say, that I thought your blackjack game was more than unfair. But that's not as bad as the cashiering system you have. I've lost 3.3BTC to MtGox due to the bunk way you handled the withdrawal.

Also, since you never responded to my emails, I've not been able to recover the 3.3BTC you mistakenly sent to the address your received them from.

I's been a while, so I'm not sure you feel the anger i have toward your organization for effectively stealing money from me.

Dear guruvan

Saying we never respond to your email is simply not true. We have records of 3 emails with answers to all your questions we even offered as a courtesy to refund you the amount should you not be able to recover it from mt.gox.

In last email we you wanted full detail of the transaction we send back to mt.gox we returned your request with full details of our logs within hours of your request.

Due to AML regulations and facility of use we send back winnings to the depositing address. We do at multiple time in the cashier and in the emails send point out that winnings will be returned back to the depositing address.

We are always open for improvement so if you see a better way we can handle deposits we will be more than happy to implement it.

Regarding game fairness the games were tested by TST and found to be fair. On the couple of hands you have played we could not detect any anomaly.

You can use PM to discuss it further if you prefer to discuss it openly I would enjoy it if you tell the true facts.

Looking forward to solve your issue at your satisfaction
Brian

Got up past 400 playing blackjack -- your apps are pretty slick, although I noticed a bit of hesitation on the BJ, not sure if it was my connection or not. Hands seemed fair, although I'd like a higher max-bet. (Nothing like putting it all on a single hand.)

Account is vanderbleek.

1NSSqnWegCuem9Bd8vLmnJSSACpTC173TX

thank you for taking the time to write a short feedback it is essential to us to be able to improve.

the 1 btc was send to your address, congratulation on doubling your initial deposit!

regarding connection time we will look into it. during peak hours the network connection can have latency depending on your location. we are planing a move at the end of the month to more powerful servers and bigger bandwidth to support the lunch of our live dealer games.

regarding the BJ table limit we needed to be careful as we do give 20% play bonus on each deposit valid on any games without any wagering requirements. we could end up losing quite some BTC on the BJ tables so we limited our maximal exposure this way. We might increase it in the future once we have more historical data.
