I have to say, that I thought your blackjack game was more than unfair. But that's not as bad as the cashiering system you have. I've lost 3.3BTC to MtGox due to the bunk way you handled the withdrawal.

Also, since you never responded to my emails, I've not been able to recover the 3.3BTC you mistakenly sent to the address your received them from.

I's been a while, so I'm not sure you feel the anger i have toward your organization for effectively stealing money from me.

Saying we never respond to your email is simply not true. We have records of 3 emails with answers to all your questions we even offered as a courtesy to refund you the amount should you not be able to recover it from mt.gox.

In last email we you wanted full detail of the transaction we send back to mt.gox we returned your request with full details of our logs within hours of your request.

Due to AML regulations and facility of use we send back winnings to the depositing address. We do at multiple time in the cashier and in the emails send point out that winnings will be returned back to the depositing address.

We are always open for improvement so if you see a better way we can handle deposits we will be more than happy to implement it.

Regarding game fairness the games were tested by TST and found to be fair. On the couple of hands you have played we could not detect any anomaly.

You can use PM to discuss it further if you prefer to discuss it openly I would enjoy it if you tell the true facts.

IMO, You should not accept deposit from MtGox green addresses - IIRC I sent from one. (Mt.Gox expressed serious frustration to me about bc-casino over the w/d to sending addresses issue)

I would be curious to see your testing data from TST. My historical record at blackjack is significantly different than my record in your casino.

I found it a very disheartening experience. $50 usually lasts me a minimum of all night, but in your game it lasted far far less.

Either way, I do very much appreciate the response here. Thank you.

What truly disturb me is that Mt.gox and another exchanger decide to not refund or send back the funds that were send to their address and that clearly do not belong to them. We gave them prove that we send the players fund and simply asked them to return back the amount but they decided to ignore our request and keep the funds for themselves! It's not our style to discuss this kind of issues publicly but now that you raised it up I also wanted to point this fact. We end up paying players twice to keep our customer happy and the exchangers keep the bitcoins and do not refund them.

I like your idea not to accept deposits from known green addresses but we honestly have no ideas how to refuse incoming deposits to our wallet. If any knowledgeable bitcoin expert developers could confirm this to be possible we would be glad to implement it.

This is the primary reason that I have removed all of my funds from Mt.Gox. I found this to be exceptionally dishonest. I provided them the TXid and your email from your finance dept. from the withdrawal from you. The admitted this was a problem they were having w/ bc-casino.

I found it to be extremely dishonest to keep those funds when they knew it was an issue.

However, I'm going to raise this issue w/ MtGox again, and see if they won't recover the BTC now that I have proof of both sides of the TX. If they do, I will return it to you Smiley

Perhaps offering a bounty here in the development board might get us a solution to refuse incoming transactions from "blacklisted" addresses (i.e. MtGox green addresses, etc)

If you do offer a bounty, I will kick in an additional bitcoin or two (I'm not very rich yet, or I'd offer more) Wink

Thank you for posting back.

I would be happy to offer a 10 BTC bounty to solve this issue as it's truly annoying and some of our customers are not aware that it's not their address. They also have no chances to see it they do own the address or not. We are having this issue with two exchangers and none would refund the wrongly assigned transactions. One even told us the address we send back the winnings to is owned by another customer!

Please post this bounty in the dev forum you surely can better explain the issue.

Brian,

After a fairly lengthy discussion, I think we've come up with the majority of a plan for you.  Smiley

etotheipi has an awesome powerful wallet, Armory, that will do the majority of what you need to allow all but the customer's first deposit. You MUST prevent that from coming from unreturnable addresses as much as possible.

Because of the precise nature of the bitcoin network, you may not prevent the first contact from coming from any address.

I believe that there is a workable a plan for you to
1) Immediately "bounce" initial deposits received from a Green address that are not associated with a customer account - this is a "best effort" with ZERO guarantee the actual sender will receive.
2) Accept payment from a Green address once a customer has established an account with you.

Armory has more features than I can even begin to test. With the dev to work with you, I think that you can find several ways to better serve your customers.

It will still be up to you to place a very strong warning on your website for new customers sending initial deposits from any shared type wallet, such as an exchange may result in the loss of funds

IMO, if we can setup a plan for you to immediately bounce payments w/a message there is a much greater chance that your customers will not lose incorrectly sent initial deposits. (anything is much greater than 0%!) Wink

I'd like to recommend that you contribute the 10BTC bounty to etotheipi. I believe that he is intrigued by the project, and will assist you in configuring things.  (Perhaps you might kick him more if he spends some time assisting you guys) Smiley Since I build & deploy systems, I'd be very interested in the project as well. I'd learn a great deal.

I'm also going to kick etotheipi some coin for patiently understanding the need, explaining a solution, and the hard limits of the solution, without thinking there was a desire to change the design of the network Smiley

I was very happy with BC-Casino.com and i made over 100 BTC to BC-Casino since becoming a member. I have to admit, i've made withdrawals almost instantly too. But yesterday i've made a deposit of 1 BTC and made it 10.15 BTC in an hour and made a withdrawal request. My withdrawal request is still "Pending" after 24 hours. I prefer gambling with Bitcoins because of anonymity and fast withdrawals and deposits. Please process my withdrawal request. Apart from that i must admit that i've passed great time playing your games and i've enjoyed always instant withdrawals. Thanks.

Does anyone else play this casino?  I've had poor experience.  Some trouble withdrawing, and more recently a large bet won, but didn't get paid, the bet just sat on the table instead.  I got a message from support saying the video feed just broke.
