121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 3 cryptocurrencies to invest in for May 2018 on: May 07, 2018, 08:09:20 AM
Waves is getting more power cause of new developments such as smart contracts new wallet and new dex
These features will carry waves to around 20 usd in few weeks.
Also nano is performing well and never forget trx

Waves even though its a bit late it is still good implementing new features and having progress into the development phases and it seems good but when poloniex rejected them I saw a big drop there.
The Tron (TRX) was pumped too high and I was excited too and bought a small amount when the price was almost all time high and I'm in loss now but I haven't sold yet and I'm holding until the price of tron gets back to $0.20+, I see many partnership with others and it should be something good but lets hope we will see ~$1 of one TRX.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Potential coins on: May 06, 2018, 03:59:35 PM
What are your top 5 or even top 10 list of cheap and potential coins to share and why. I want to choose according to technology, usability and community. WHile the market is bleeding, I guess this is the best time to take action and get some of the coins while cheap.

Ripple
Stellar
Cardano
EOS
LISK
The forecast of crypto-currencies often does not give a real picture of what will happen in the future. This market is still too new and unexplored, which does not allow us to always analyze what is happening with the help of standard economic instruments.

For a while the coins that have a potential to grow faster and more stable are the Bitcoin and Ethereum, dont check the current price as it doens't show the real value of theirs.
123  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Satoshi is dead,If not where is he now on: May 04, 2018, 07:21:08 PM
Is Satoshi is dead,If not where is he now and what is he doing right now..Bitcoin price is down sharply. Can he do something?

I don't think Satoshi is dead. I'm sure that he is still alive and just watching and monitoring his work. It is best for him to remain his identity a secret. In that way Satoshi may able to live freely and safe from the reporters, interrogations, and bad guys. In my opionion, Satoshi can't do anything about the value of the bitcoin due to it moves on its own. Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency meaning the price of it is depend on its users.

Satoshi is anonymous, no one knows who he really is if there is someone who knows i think, his closest friend.
124  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which is more profitable trading exchange or mining and why?? on: May 04, 2018, 02:53:18 PM
I think trade is more reasonable. because mining requires some time and cost. good deals in trade.
The costs of mining are fixed. if the price is low you can be harmful. in trade you can save money.

There are so many things you need to consider if you really want to go into mining and that would determine the profitability of the activity itself.

Mining can be as profitable as trading and does not require much effort than setting up your rig. However, when considering the type of gadget for which type of coin as well as electricity, this is what makes the difference.
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your Country and Cryptos on: May 04, 2018, 02:20:00 PM
In my country, the government and the media have always emphasized scams and bubbles in the encryption market. Which blind investors are protected through a total ban on transactions.

Every country is afraid of bitcoin and in my country the main banks are warning the clients to not use/purchase or sell bitcoin/crypto because it is dangerous, its not managed from them and they can't guarantee that if there happens any scam or if you lose money they can't give the money back to you.
In one side they are right, at the other side the government is very hungry for money and they will try with any force they have to get money from the money that we earn online.
126  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Does signature campaign really help to promote an ICO ? on: May 04, 2018, 02:00:09 PM
As per my experience in the forum, The Signature Campaign is one of the most effective ways, to get exposure to the projects. If people find the potential for the project then they will surely show some interest towards the projects. Of all other campaigns, a Signature campaign is the most effective campaign for any ICO project.

A good project needs a good marketing strategy, and fist of all before marketing it should have a good team without doubting to expand the team especially in the development department and marketing, so in the marketing area it includes also the forum opportunities and I think yes, and its a very good opportunity to help promoting an ICO because the signature codes/designs are shown to a lot of people and it is good also for SEO which I think bitcointalk is very high ranked for mostly everything in the crypto.
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Year of the "DOGE" on: May 03, 2018, 02:44:21 PM
If there's a coin to invest in this year, would you suggest investing in Doge? Why and why not?

Well Doge has not been developed for some time but who knows, this world is very unpredictable. Lets see what will happen to the Doge coin. Finger crossed .

DogeCoin developers almost have "gave up" on this project and as far as I know there is not any update in the past year or almost two years in this coin, so how this coin is being alive is from the community, we all know that this coin was started as a joke and we know how popular dogecoin was in the past but even though there have been many years I'm very fascinated with the current price, I think that one of the reason is that dogecoin transcation are very fast and very low in fees so I think people are avoiding making bitcoin transcation and are moving to dogecoin to save fees and time.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2018 seems like a good year for ALTCOIN on: April 30, 2018, 03:13:12 PM
Definitely. The bull run is back. Upwards 🔝

For majority yes it is a bull run so let's ride through it and enjoy the run. The only problem is when to take the profits as there are times that the moment you sell, the price increases still.

Too early to try any kind of ride. The market is showing mixed signs. My bet is the bull run will start in late May~mid June....

Since cex.io and some other exchanges are allowing new registrations I think that more people will join the crypto and the 2018 will be a good start for many people investing in bitcoin and altcoins.
Well people are understanding the power of altcoins and are spending more in altcoins rather in bitcoin, even though the most fastest way to reach the altcoins are through bitcoins by purchasing with credit/debit cards like in cex.io then buying bitcoins but because of the high translation fees I'm noticing that my friends are using ripple to transfer any amount of their budget from cex.io because it is much cheaper and much faster than bitcoin.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tether: not even a scam on: April 30, 2018, 02:06:21 PM
I am really confused and same time leave with too much question about tether. It's like the only way you could get your fiat back is buying btc again and trade it to btc agains't your local fiat. At first I was oddly confused, what's the use of tether at all if you can't redeem it back. The only use of it from my knowledge is to trade against other crypto. That's all.

It can be used as a hedge against bTC price falling without having to use a fiat portal, that and it can be created out of thin air and used to pump. I think those are it's 2 main uses. Smiley

The difference between USDT and USD are very huge but the fact that when USDT was created is was to have an equivalent value to the US dollars, so we know that the US dollars doesn't have the same value and we can see the historical graph of the value of US dollars and any other nation currency but the good thing is that USDT is helping people to trade more easily and more confidently with they own money but avoiding any potential loss when the price of Cryptocurrencies drops a lot. 2 Billion is a lot and I think they have to prove it?
130  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons why not to invest in bitcoin? on: April 30, 2018, 01:12:04 PM
So there has been a lot of hype about bitcoin lately and I know it is revolutionary and has lots of advantages. But let's try to state the reasons why exactly do you personally think that bitcoin is not great and lacks in some points. I know it has great applications and is just great but it is not falwless right?
My question is simple and straight, What are the flaws of bitcoin?
Except its high volatility and "Dark use" (in illegal activities).

There was always the "hype" about bitcoin, not just lately but especially for the past months after bitcoin reached All Time High and then it crashed a lot and we see now the price around 9k which is more than 50% loss ($11k+) for those who invested when the price was $20k+
Another reason why I think you should not invest in bitcoin or not risk your estimated money for investing in bitcoin is if you expect to become rich or very rich then you have to be super lucky or you will be disappointed when losing a lot of money into cryptocurrencies.
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🚀[Ann][ICO] NICEBYTES-a token that brings satisfaction🚀 on: April 29, 2018, 02:45:20 PM
I received Today/Last night some Nicebytes in my byteball wallet and wondered what are these NiceBytes that I have never heard about.
After a while after searching about the NBT I found this thread and the website, I watched also the video and it seems nice
I have a question, how can I get the most of NTB, I really want to have lots of coins and want to get most of it, how?
132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All in for Stellar (XLM) on: April 27, 2018, 02:20:08 PM
In the past 6 months I´d been studying crypo to jump in the market. I´m a longtime trader of stocks and options, over 10yrs, but crypo it´s an entire new ecosystem and should keep evolving, growing and it seems a correct moment to jump in steadly now, after this correction seems over. I think it will resume falling in the next days and maybe BTC will find support on USD 8/7k area which will ultimatelly provoke supports for altcoins likewise...

I was firstly considering Ripple, but my study in XPR devired to Stellar. After all my reading, I think the current discount of XLM to XPR should not be that large as it is, not to say they should at least be close in MKT Cap terms.

I will buy Stellar and hold it for long. Impossible to say where the price support should found ground, if USD 0,30 will hold or should it slide to 0,20/0,15. I really see this baby at least reaching 1,00 again, and if it succeed to broke this up, should move like Ripple and achieve 3,00 quickly.

Usually penny stocks has a relationship between some numbers, like 1, 3 and 5 as primary targets when it begins  ( those are prime numbers, have also some relation with fibo sequence). I think the development of a price building for crypo should follow such pattern.

All in for XLM!

One of the things about stellar is that it is very cheap comparing with other coins in the top15 (except Tron/TRX) but as always I won't prefer to go All In because it is too risky and fortunately there are many other coins which worth investing if not experimenting a bit.
I've been watching Stellar and Ripple too and saying the truth as far as I know stellar is funded by someone in the team of Ripple so I think these two coins are linked with each other and when one of them is in rise the other one is too, and the same is when the price crash and we both see that they are red or green at the same time together.
Thats right, should not all in one coin, because it is very risky, like the proverbial do not put eggs in one basket,
because we never know what will happen with the basket later

"Don't put all eggs in one basket"
Stellar is a good coin, even though the CEO is one of main man (or was one of them) in Ripple and who created the Stellar and it has become very successful as the stellar network is growing fast.
In the past I've seen that we can trade inside the stellar.org site if we had an account, it had been a while I'm not using the Stellar but I have a very small amount holding which I hope will sell when I need to and the price became >$1.
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The longer the bounty, the fewer the earnings? on: April 27, 2018, 10:33:04 AM
My friend just told me recently that he is leaving the bounty that we both joined last January. The ICO has been delayed many times and it is getting longer. He said that the longer the bounty period of an ICO, the fewer the coins that you will earn. So it is true based from your experience? Should I also leave or stay?

That is expected. If a certain bounty stretches its schedule that means you will also be devoting more time to it. If the bounty payment will not be restructured then you will be earning a little. You could have joined and finished another bounty with the time extension that they made. This is what happened to my current bounty. From April, they extended the ICO end on the last day of June, that is twice as long already of the entire original bounty duration. I hope the team will also multiply the bounty by 2. And cut the entry of new participants.

Whatever the project is, the long the campaign is the less participants will stay from day 1 until the last day of the campaign, because there is high risk, so much time consumed and if the project fails or if the ICO turns into a scam then how can you say that you invested many months staying in a such campaign, doing so many stuff then all of this turns in 0, it hurts and this is why it is so risky.
If fixed then yes, if weekly it depends.
134  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What if everyone withdrew their coin in fiat? on: April 23, 2018, 09:10:57 AM
Would there be enough money in the exchanges? Would bitcoin fail?
If you were asking if Bitcoin will fall, I strongly believe that Bitcoin will never fail. Why? Most of the countries are starting to accept cryptocurrency as an alternative mode of payment and considering Blockchain technology apply to different platforms.

If Bitcoin will not fall, I think I don’t have to answer your first question.

This is impossible, at least not all the people can withdraw their coins in fiat, some will exceed the limit to withdraw the coins in fiat (daily/weekly/monthly or even yearly), some others will immediately close their exchange or their website will go "offline" due to some errors in their servers or even some maintenance.
The price of course will start falling down because this makes a huge panic to the people and this is the best moment to buy and banks at this stage buy which they plan to sell later at ATH.
135  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think is Bitcoin become legal in all countries? on: April 23, 2018, 08:05:22 AM
Of course everyone expect this can happen.
Imagine if all country legalize bitcoin, bitcoin will worth more than $ 500.000 / btc which is insane, right ?

But the fact is it's difficult to happen because bitcoin still controversy currency that can be use for criminal attempt !

It is very much difficult to comment on this thing right now. There are certain countries who are taking a keen interest in bitcoin and are planning of declaring it as legal currency but no one out of us knows when exactly this will happen.
However, there are countries who are not that much concerned about bitcoin and it is very much difficult to regulate bitcoin in those countries.
136  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin prices going up to 9.3k$? on: April 22, 2018, 03:21:26 PM
Omg I just checked on the price and it suddenly took a leap from 8.8k to 9.3k$.
People predicted it would reach 10k$ by year end ,what are your predictions ,any new trading strategy you have come up with?
This has been long predicted and it is becoming glaring and clearer by the day. It is normal to expect a correction after this bull run which is normal at this point probably to $8000, however, after that, we should get a balance on a value very close to $10000 or a little bit above $10000 from the look of things right now. We all expected $10000 before the end of the year but no one knows it would get this close before the end of November.
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you choose to hold Bitcoin or Ethereum? on: April 20, 2018, 01:12:26 PM
I think Ethereum has more chances to grow up. This is due to the fact that bitcoins are under very serious pressure
from central banks and financial regulators of many countries. Moreover, ETH is a second-generation crypto currency, it's more perfect than bitcoin.

I'm holding both of them but according to me, bitcoin has more potential to make a individual rich and bitcoin can really give huge profits in the future.

ETH is also known good for giving profits in the future but the profit will be definitely low as compared to bitcoins. Bitcoins now have reach a great limit and it is hard for any other altcoin to compare with bitcoins.

Bitcoins will still continue to grow and will give more profits in the future. ETH is good for some 3-4 months investment but we can't completely rely on ETH.
138  Economy / Economics / Re: will next decade be the bitcoin era ?? on: April 18, 2018, 12:24:27 PM
As by seeing the usage graph and profiting graph i can easily assume that in next decade of 2020 people will mainly relay on bitcoin and the main thing to survive in the next era will be bitcoin and it will be frequently used by everyone and that will help many regions to boost their economy as well so hope for the best, many people are eagerly waiting for the btc system to be implemented.

Bitcoin is the future of all cryptocurrency in the world as it is the most famous and most valued digital currency until now. Bitcoin has the potential to grow and become a global currency by looking at its currency spread rate. It is becoming famous very fast and its value is also increasing. Till 2020 I too think bitcoin will become a globally accepted crypto currency and every on can use it freely.

Bitcoin can also increase the job and earning opportunity due to its earning methods. This will also help a country to increase its economy. Bitcoin has many profits over other currency and will surely make a bitcoin era.
139  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where I can learn Bitcoin Trading? on: April 18, 2018, 09:51:56 AM
the first thing you need to decide when going to trade in bitcoin market is choosing the right strategy is one of the first steps to ensure that you have made trading right at the right time. finding the right strategy to use in a particular market is still a part the mystery of making a profitable trade. By understanding the time period of your investment, then you are someone who thinks bitcoin could be worth millions of dollars someday, then you will probably stick with a long-term strategy. By putting long-term bitcoin purchases, reducing the possibility of purchasing bitcoins at high prices and selling them at low prices.
The fact is that it's only members of the Bounty of companies or investors who receive coins after the end of the company's ico, put their coins on the stock exchanges for early sale. Well, if a trailer works, then it does it every day, while controlling the market every minute.

If someone want to learn anything, he will definitely read books, newspapers, magazines, which is now considered as an old fashioned method or read Google articles regarding the topic but if someone will not apply his knowledge in his life then it is of no use to read a lot of Papers.

Trading is basically a practical thing so in order to get the real idea, a person must perform it practically. It is not very difficult and starting with small amount will also save from big loss.
140  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When do you plan to sell? on: April 16, 2018, 03:03:06 PM
For me, I want to sell my bitcoin/altcoin when the price of the coins i am holding will be increase very high and to earn more profits of it. When the price of ethereum and bitcoin is will be going to increase very high i will surely sell it and buy another coins that has a lower price with a bright future. But i must have to be wise on choosing what coins that i have yo invest or trade.

All of us when we first have put our first money into a coin when we have invested some in early phases (Pre-ICO or ICO) or within first months/years after being released we have make a plan and a strategy when should we sell these assets and we set a goal, for example we set a goal that if this coin/token price reaches x2 we will sell, and after a period of time we see that the price has reached x2 and was unexpected but we expect more, we expect x3, x4 and so on and we don't stop thinking being millionaire with a small amount of money and end up selling for cheap. Best is to make a backup plan and planing to invest somewhere else if we reached the ROI.
